Minusy: Boarding was sooooo long and slow. Bad shape of seats, I had really back ache while flying for 3 hours. I Had long trip through up the ocean for 9 hours right before that and I had no same problem
Plusy: Nothing. This airline is the worst. Treatment is horrible, the people at the front desks are rude to everyone and they treat customers in a very unfair way and rude condescending manner and threatened me and another two not to allow us to get on the flight because of their “sudden rules change”.
Minusy: The employee’s could be better at treating people. They are the rudest ever. They could offer more than a cup of water on the flight.
Plusy: We arrived safely
Minusy: Flight was 3 hours late. Crew was disorganized & inefficient. Announcements were repetive & not helpful. Waited 2-1/2 hours on plane before departure because crew was terribly ineffective boarding passengers that were re-routed from another flight. No weather or mechanical issues, bad decisions.
Minusy: Screen is slow and outdated. Easy upgrade from one class to another.
Plusy: I liked the food
Minusy: Crew could have been more available. Once we took off, rarely to be seen.

Plusy: The flight was smooth and on time. The flight crew did everything alright.
Minusy: Connecting flights. All lies, no cooperation. Not a small airport as it takes nearly half an hour to get to Gate E. Too few characters allowed to explain all we went thru.
Minusy: They charged about $230 to convey my skis, compared to about $80 for the first bag. This is such ab unexpectedly big difference as to be a trap. Swiss Air are, in my opinion, con artists. Do not fly with them.

Plusy: NOTHING. My experience won't fit in the negative comments, so I'm starting it here. (1/4) We had a 21 hour layover in Iceland, so we left the airport for the night. The next morning, on our way to the airport, we tried to check-in online, but the online check-in service was not working. We arrived about two hours before our scheduled departure and had to wait in a long line since the online check-in service was not working. We checked our bags and ran into our first unfortunate encounter with the airport staff. He sent my friend's bags through, without checking the weight. When he weighed my bag, he then noticed that the first bag sent through was overweight, and mentioned that he had made a mistake. He decided to weigh both our bags together as one entity (to equal 88 lbs.) and made me empty out my suitcase of the extra weight from not only my single bag, but the extra weight from the first bag, as well. He said it was too late to retrieve the first bag, so my friend and I had to divvy up my stuff between our carry on bags. Had we known the first bag was overweight, we would have been able to easily taken stuff out of our OWN suitcases and into our OWN carry ons. Which would have been helpful for what was to come... We then walked through the foodcourt to buy some overpriced snacks for the plane. When we decided it was time to go to our gate, we passed a horrifically long line of people that we assumed couldn't be the line to get through customs, because the last few times we had been at this airport, there was always a maximum of 20 people in line. Once we realized that this line was for customs, we asked an employee working the line if we'd be able to make our flight on time if we had to wait in this line. He said not to worry, that we would be okay, because all of the airlines were notified of the unexpected delay at customs. We patiently waited in this line, and as soon as we were through, ran to our gates. At this point, we knew we were going to JUST miss the time for the gate to close, but were consoled by the fact that the employee at customs had told us that the airlines were notified that some of us would be late arriving due to the unexpected delay and line. We arrived at the gate, and the airport staff working the gate laughed in our faces and told us it was too late. They said they never heard from anyone about any delays at customs, and that the transportation bus to the airplane had left ten minutes ago. "Too bad!" they said. How could it have left ten minutes prior, if the gate said it had closed only a few minutes before we arrived? A lie. We asked about our luggage.
Minusy: (2/4) They said that they would notify the plane, and the bags would be taken off, and that we could find them at baggage claim. So let me get this straight - the plane can wait for someone to sift through all of the baggage, find our bags, and remove them from the plane, but wouldn't allow us to take the probably less time to just get on the plane? We asked if there was anyone from WOW that we could speak to, and they pointed us in the direction of another gate. Once we got to that area, there was another group of people that also missed their flight due to the unexpected line at customs. They were speaking with a lady who was telling them that no one from WOW was at the airport, they all went home for the day. We also attempted to talk to this lady, but she was in a hurry to leave for the day, as well, and was very dismissive and talked to us in passing. On our way to baggage claim, we passed customs, which by this time, had no line. We spoke to three people that were standing in that area, and were looking for the guy who told us that our plane was notified of the delay. He was no longer around, but the staff standing there had said that they were unsure why we were told that any aircrafts were notified of delays because that was not true, and that they also were not even ALLOWED to tell travelers this information. So.... the guy that we spoke to in the customs line lied to my face, and was not even allowed to tell us what he did. This infuriates me for MANY reasons. If I had known that we would not make it through the customs line in time, I would have politely asked other travelers towards the front of the line if we could pass them. Most people are very nice, and would of course let us in front of them. I know I would have done that for someone. But instead, since a KEF AIRPORT STAFF told me that MY PLANE WAS NOTIFIED OF THE DELAY, I patiently waited in line. Yet another lie. We finally got to baggage claim, and spoke with one of the employees there. He told us that he was not aware of any bags coming back in, but it usually takes about 30 mins. At this point, it probably had already been that long, but my friend waited anyways. Meanwhile, I went back to the check-in area to see if there was anyone available to talk to about the circumstances, or if there was another flight we could get on because both my friend and I had to work the next day. There was no one anywhere, except for at the the Icelandair counter. The woman I spoke to there was very nice (shocker), but there was nothing she could do, that all of the flights leaving the airport to the US for the rest of the day had just closed their time for purchasing tickets. If we had not been lied to and if the staff had not been rude and pointing us in all different directions, I probably could have gotten us on a flight out that night. But yet again, we JUST missed the mark due to being misinformed and mistreated by the airport staff.

Minusy: Not enough leg room, I didn't expect to be in first class but even sitting upright I could barely sit in my seat.

Minusy: It was delayed. I paid very expensive to fly on Business to be on the first row. Because every minute count for me on this trip. But it was delayed. I feel I should get a refund for sum of the money I spent
Plusy: The crew at the gate as well as in the plane were tu nice and helpful.
Minusy: Juste the toilet were not so clean and smelled very bad.
Minusy: I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again.
Plusy: Not a lot. Just that the departure was on time.
Minusy: This Business-class seat is a proper rip-off. The only difference from Economy is the in-between seat is not used. No extra leg room whatsoever. Economy from Honolulu to Los Angeles I had more leg room then this one. Unacceptable response from the crew: "that's how it's been the last years".

Minusy: London airport NOT OFFERING WHEEL CHAIR even there was a wheel chair assistance required. My mother has to walk despite choosing the wheel chair assistance. Now she is in pain.
Plusy: Arrival to the terminal was a breeze, and security was fast and efficient. What more can a traveler ask for?
Minusy: The executive lounge was a bit crowded. But if that is my only complaint, that’s not too bad. A well designed airport!

Plusy: From start to finish, Sevdije was in great hands. She had to be in a wheelchair, and there were three connecting flights in countries where she doesn't speak the language. It could have been so complicated, and everyone made it SO EASY. She was all smiles when she arrived in Boston. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Plusy: most of the flight attendants were excellent except one particular one who was basically yelling at passengers. she had a a logo or a badage on her that identifies her as a manager or a crew lead. she had poor manners and need major improvement

Minusy: The airline fix the booking problem because my trip was from Zurich to Brussels to Washington DC to Austin and went I print my boarding passes only show to Brussels. The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it
Plusy: Boarding was simple compared to the complexity of many airlines with all their zones - peasants in the back type of thing. Fare was about half that of other airlines. Delays on both planes, but weather may have been an issue.
Minusy: My allocated seat was so cramped my knees were compressed against the seat back in front, however I sat. I am not unduly tall. They did actually move me and that was a bit better. Had to pay for water - that's wrong!
Plusy: Delay was minimized. Wow left enough leeway to naked up some time after a big snow storm.
Plusy: The price for the flight was very nice and the staff was on top of things especially for how long the flight was.
Minusy: The food and drinks were very overpriced and taxed as well.
Minusy: Snow storm cancelled dozens of flights. I was told I couldn't be rebooked at the airport and needed to call in. Spent 6+ hours on hold. Following day was informed at airport that I couldn't be rebooked by customer service and was given no further options. I bought a ticket on another airline. I'll never fly WOW again.
Minusy: Food/drinks are overpriced. Seats are too small. There’s no entertainment for long haul flights. Water isn’t even served. The front desk was very dismissive of any customer service when our plane was late.
Minusy: This was a smooth as clockwork journey, the transit was easy and we were kept well informed about changes in the gate number
Plusy: Boarding was great. There is priority boarding available for those booked on connecting long haul premium economy flights.
Minusy: The seat was very uncomfortable. For a 2 hour flight, it was okay. Any longer would have been difficult.

Minusy: I originally booked a straight flight from KEF to SFO 2 months in advance and all of a sudden WOW sent me an email saying that they changed my flight to a different one with 6 hour lay-over in LAX due to overbooking. And the email notice was sent < 24 hours before the actual departure. So if I didn’t check in online, I would never find out before coming to the airport. When called to inquire more info and request to change to a different flight that would work better for my schedule than the one WOW automatically decided to switch me to, the representative was not very helpful and giving push back. I had to talk to a manager... Long story short, the flight itself, the seats, and attendant crew were all fine, but the booking/scheduling is a bit of uncertainty (like they can change flight on you whenever and to whatever they want).
Plusy: In flight staff was friendly.
Minusy: $46 for a carry on bag that I was not initially charged for on my flight from Cleveland. Bag had even less contents than when i came.
Plusy: Crew was lovely, patient with all us skiers returning from the slopes. The food was EXCELLENT- for airline food. And I was in economy.
Minusy: The Entertainment tech was not smooth, had difficulty getting it to function and likely annoyed the person in front of me with all my tapping.

Minusy: Hand carry was checked 3 different times. Goes to show that Swiss staff doesn’t trust its colleagues to determine if the bag passes muster.
Minusy: First plane from Barcelona to Zurich was turned around mid flight for medical emergency. Missed connection flight and had to wait 24 hours for next flight to LA.
