A day after I perches a multi destination tickets I called Swiss air costumer service requesting to upgrade my tickets to business class. no one would even try to help me. They just kept saying I need to contact my travel agent. After 3 phone calls I gave up and decided to wait and upgrade my ticket at the airport. 2. In Prague the night before my second flight I hurt my knee real bad to a point that I couldn't walk at all. The next morning I call Swiss air costumer service again trying to explain them my situation telling them I can't fly and won't be able to make it to my flight. Costumer service cancelled immediately all of my remaining tickets and try to sell me new tickets for a full price. I said I don't mind buy and pay for the one flight I missed but there is no reason for her to re sell me the rest of my tickets that I already paid for, again. Then she start to change prices up and down like in a Chinese flea market. At that point I begged her to talk to a supervisor but she Kept ignoring my request and just try to negotiat for a lower charg she kept me on the phone for 5 hours. My hotel phone bill for that one call cost me 150€. I never got to talk to a supervisor but she took down the charge to 517$ Not included a new ticket flying out of Prague. 3. For my last flight going home. I showed up 2.5 hours Earlier. asking to upgrade my sit to business fin desk send me to talk to asupervisor. The supervisor was trying to process my request but didn't seem to know what he was doing at all. One minute he was on his computer then the next minute on the phone with Swiss air headquarter then back on his computer for more then 35 minutes with no resolute. I still had an hour and half before take off when he told me he can print me the ticket but it's to late now since the gate for my flight is close and I already missed my flight. I said that's impossible cause I still have an hour and half to my flight but he insist on the gate been close and there is no way I can get on that flight. Right away I run back to front desk asking them to print my ticket as fast as possible cause I would really like to get on that flight. In front desk they told me not to worry cause I got plenty of time to get on that flight. So I gave up on the business upgrade and told them that at that point I'll be just as happy to sit by the window. Of course they put me on the very end exactly in the middle. After the door was locked I looked around and saw plenty of free sits available including by the window. 4. In Zurich I finally managed to upgrade my last flight coming back to Tampa fl to business and noticed that the only way they could do that was by contacting Swiss air headquarter for approval. When I asked why is that since I fly a lot and never seen anything like that before one of the lady's there told how Swiss air left all of their front desk powerless and all decisions must be made by headquarters."

Minusy: "una valija se perdió. Eso desató el descontrol que tiene KLM para seguir el equipaje. No hay como hacer tracking. No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Also flight was delayed leaving and there was rubbish and chewing gum from previous flights. we had to clean the tables ourselves with wet wipes as they were dirty from previous flights."

Plusy: "The movie and tv selection were fantastic. Crew was kind and helpful. Chairs were pretty comfortable."
Minusy: "It was so cold on the plane with most people including grown men with blankets wrapped up to their neck! I understand the crew moves a lot so want it cold but maybe there’s a happy medium? The cold snack sandwich with cheese and spread of some sort was awful. The main meal was better but not as good as some others I’ve had."
Plusy: "I liked that it was available for me to return to Amsterdam in such late notice. Got there quickly and even earlier (10 mins) then expected."
Minusy: "No on offered me anything to drink or a snack the entire flight or even a hand towel but others in front and behind me were receiving them. I didnt even feel acknowledged during the flight. Even though the tine was good, the price was way too high but since I was desperate I paid it."

Minusy: "Hottest I have ever been in a plane (we were in 40G and H) and I “run cold”. We were sweating and drinking water like crazy (they gave us one bottle and did not routinely walk the aisles handing out more). Luckily we brought our own water. Early June and headed to Scandinavia, not someplace hot. Seats were hard and I put my unused blankets under me."

Minusy: "This flight was ~3.5 hours and there was no 'free' food; it was all for purchase. SAS can learn from their competitors and realize that flights over 2 hours are different than short haul ones."

And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."

This was a great inconvenience for us. Never again on Air Canada. I suggest you explore the baggage process used by Delta."

Minusy: "I am not sure why this happened, but our daughter, travelling away from home for the first time, was targeted at every step of her journey. From the terminal in DCA to Cincinnati, to CDG. Delta/Air France clearly singled her out. i am outraged! I have traveled many, many times and have sent hundreds of students on nearly the same trip -- and none have had as rough a time as she had. They will be hearing from me."
Minusy: "1/ the transfer crew needed 50 mn to enter my son’s visa number in her computer and she almost let us miss our flight 2/ we were separated (party of 3, my son being 5 YEARS OLD) - how can they allow a boarding and expecting my 5 year old to do a 10 hours flight BY HIMSELF???? 3/ no kids menus, even if I had ordered it before 4/ food in general was very mediocre 5/ crew was unprofessional and they acted bored"
Minusy: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."
