Minusy: "The flight attendants had been un attentive. I was missing a headset so I asked for one, but I never got it. I borrowed that of the person seated next to me. When it was time for serving hot beverages, I skipped tea and waited for the coffee. However, the flight attendant who was serving the coffee never looked my way, and she passed so fast before I got the chance to signal her. Afterwards, I asked three other flight attendants and even though they said they would come back with the coffee, they never did. Finally, when I was about to get up and head to the crew cabin, one flight attendant came by and I pointed to her that I wasn't offered coffe so I was about to go and see if I could get a cup of coffee from the cabin. She said that I didn't need to get up for that and she would get it to me. They eventually brought that coffee one hour after my first request."

Minusy: "The Star Alliance flights aren't that cheap. Comparable price between Lufthansa, Swiss, SAS and Austrian. Lufthansa gives you food, and has friendly service. SAS gives you coffee and tea. On Austrian and Swiss I didn't get anything. For same price range and same alliance, that is a point I keep in mind. Now I mainly try to get onto Lufthansa flights (or Turkish Airlines which is my favorite). Even on Aegean, I got better food, and the magazine was better, plus there were some monitors to track the flight. Austrian feels cheaper than the others. That is the main point I didn't like."

We heard several different reasons, none of which made is feel better about the two middle seats we were told we had no choice but to take, while people who had NOT prepaid sat in our aisle seat. It was offensive to be forced to pay to select our seats in advance on a major international airline in the first place, and then to not have those honored just made it worse."

I check it on the original receipt I received by e-mail, there is ECONOMY CLASS and 1st baggage free of charge, another for a fee. So I do not understand and for two tickets I have paid 2 x 30 €."

Minusy: "I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint."

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Minusy: "Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."
Minusy: "Flight was delayed 8 hours. Arriving at Incheon, discovered ground crew were unaware of our arrival to take this connecting flight. However, we were put up overnight in a hotel, which was nice."

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

There were all these secret ways of getting help that they said we didn't qualify for. Supervisors and managers were not available unless I left their desk and went to departures. They said I would have to go back through immigration.. but thankfully, right before I did, someone came and spoke to me. From our several interactions, we received no apologies, but felt that the theme was that everything was my fault.. not the best feeling as a customer. Only my one chat with the supervisor was very nice. She was very patient, sat down with me and helped direct my concerns. Especially with a 13 hour delay. Nairobi seemed great, but our interactions with the staff really took away from our experience. And we missed our vacation in the end.."

Plusy: "This company obviously trains its employees to belittle and disregard customers. I have never dealt with a company so at fault for an issue and so utterly unwilling to make up for it. First, they cancel the first of our 3 flights to Delhi 18 hrs before it is to leave. The flight they replaced it with would leave us 10 min to make the connection. So we went to the counter and they told us they'd hold the plane, as did the stewardess on the flight. They lied. The plane left 10 min before we landed. We were stranded. Also, I got food poisoning from their food. They did nothing to help. They would not pay for the hotel we wanted, when we asked they rudely served everyone else they stranded first. The employee would not call his supervisor or give his name. The next morning i saw a doctor but the stomache infection was so bad i couldn't sit up or walk. The doctor wrote this on my clearance to fly document. I needed to get to India to get better medical help. We presented this to the kenya airlines agent and she would do nothing to help. She had business class reclining seats available but would not upgrade me. Even after everything this shitty airline has caused. Unbelievable. Every step along the way of this nightmare could have been made better, so much better, by some human decency but instead we got rude disregard."

Minusy: "They served "breakfast" halfway through which was two tiny servings of meat and a piece of chocolate cake. Not much food and not really what I wanted to eat in the middle of the night! Boarding was completely chaotic, some screens said the flight was delayed, others said it was on time (it was delayed). When we arrived in Nairobi they hardly apologized for the delay, and also insisted on sending a bus to come pick us up from the plane because it was raining, which took forever. Missed my connection by about 5 minutes and had to wait almost 10 hours for the next one."

It took long to get baggage delivered to domestic side and when baggage arrived some including mine were wet with stinking liquid in spite of no rain around airport. at the end Passengers on a later flight made it smoothly out and eventually lost 45 minutes since landing and dirty baggage."

Minusy: "Most use line airline in the world. I got the flight from Guangzhou to Nairobi. All of a sudden the flight was delayed for 6 hours and the airline put me up at the hotel. Woke me up early in the morning saying that the flight is now ready to leave. When I get to the airport, there is a delay of 3 hours. When I get to NAIROBI, MY FLIGHT TO Blantyre has left. Next morning , I take a flight to Lusaka/ Harare and finally to Blantyre. I reach my final destination after some 3o hours. Return journey was even worse. Flight was to leave at the scheduled time from Nairobi and again there was a 7 hour delay. Guests were taken to the hotels in a broken down bus from the scrap yard. Again, got. Early call in the morning, and was at the airport at 5am . Flight did not leave until 10am. Basically , Kenya Airways has a novel way to torture their passengers. I will never ever travel again on KENYA Airways even if it is free or they pay me to fly on their flights. They are in the wrong business . They should get out of this business so that customers will not have to suffer."

Not checking the time or believing there was a schedule change, I crashed the line and ran breathless across the terminal to the gate. There I met confusion and multiple disorganized lines. After too many minutes, some pushing, and groups getting in front of me led by uniformed staff, I proceeded to waiting room one. Approximately one hour later, we moved to waiting room two. About 15 minutes later we were allowed to board by color zones. What a nightmare! I rushed without a drink only to sit in a restricted area for 1 hour +."

Some of them were elderly coming from Umra on connecting flight and air hostesses were almost screaming at them. Shame Emirate Shame."
Minusy: "This one has multiple problems: 1. First no one clearly tells you where to go for FlyDubai flight and you really have to fight your way to get this information. 2. Then when you know that you have to go to terminal 2 for this flight, it takes them minimum 45 minutes to transport you from emirates terminal to terminal 2. 3. FlyDubai staff in general is less courteous and cooperative than emirates. 3. T2 is minimally maintained terminal with even basic amenities missing in some parts of terminal. 4. It also feels less secure."

The FlyDubai terminal in Dubai is also quite lacking- I felt like I was trapped in crappy restaurant. I'm not certain that I will ever use use this airline again- not impressed."

He denied the request, had me stand awkwardly while he checked other peoples tickets for 3 minutes to find a single person who was not seated in their middle seat and was forced to move whereupon i recieved dirty looks for the remainder of the flight and right through baggage claim at our destination. I did Flydubai a favor and gave up my seat for the woman and her family. A hassle free otherwise empty business class seat would have been the appropriate response."
