One of the flight attendants was incredibly rude. She knocked into me five times and never apologized once. She spoke harshly to several other people as well. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name.

Minusy: "The real reason for the negative review is a combination of the cost of this flight, loss of my baggage and poor service after the flight. I paid nearly $4,500 for an economy ticket from New York to New Delhi. The first leg of the flight, from New York to Zurich was delayed long enough that I made my connecting flight to Delhi within seconds of them closing the gate and as a result my baggage was lost. Once I got to Delhi I had to take a connecting flight to Goa and then drive an hour to my destination, where I was attending a good friend's wedding. All of my baggage was lost during transit by the airline, and unfortunately they never delivered by baggage to my hotel...so I was without formal clothes and normal clothes for the wedding for 4 days. The customer service line was no help, and the airline refused to deliver the baggage to me...the closest they would bring it was the Goa airport which was an hour and a half away."

My connected flight from Warsaw was late. We have to run to the gate in Istanbul. Our bags did not arrive to Boston with us. Three days later we still do not have them.

They helped me to get a visa and they say it will be reimbursed, but all of those things took time when I was so exhausted after a long flight. Overall, it was wonderful to have that opportunity to rest and shower on a long wait, but it would be even better if it was closer and it was clear ahead of time that a visa would be needed."

I paid for this incompetence by missing Christmas and a business meeting. Do not think it will never happen to you, it is just a matter of time that this kind of bad service catches up to you. The system is so disconnected or careless that it can't even figure out I couldn't take the flight which it is is asking me a review for."

Then, all of our electronics (laptop, camera, even headphones) other than our phones had to be taken. As everyone had to go through it , this delayed our flight by 1 hour. When we landed, we waited literally 1.5h before they started handing out our electronics. All in all, it took me 4 hours to leave the airport."
Minusy: "My flight was delayed, and the wrong gate was initially listed for my connecting flight, causing me to miss my flight. I asked to transfer to the next flight, but the staff there argued with me and refused to do so, saying I must purchase another ticket. I was forced to purchase a visa, go through passport processing, and purchase a new ticket that cost nearly as much as my entire round trip ticket from the US. I then had to pay to stay overnight in a hotel and had to make alternate arrangements to meet my hosts when I finally reached my destination."

So congratulations on good food! I just have one suggestion about the food: Just because someone is vegetarian, it doesn't mean that they don't want dessert! I notice that where others have chocolate pudding, for example, I get fruit. I like fruit... but a piece of cake or some other sweet is good too!"
Minusy: "The pull-down food trays are often angled down so that the food slips into your lap. I often have to hold the cup or glass so it doesn't slip off."

It did cool down eventually so they must have turned on air or fans, but I know the heat was on at some points which made it a bit uncomfortable for such a long flight."

Flight was delayed for takeoff, that wasn't the airline's fault (air traffic) so that didn't factor in my review. Although the food is generally tasty, the dessert could be upgraded. I flew on 4 Turkish Airline flights this year and have never finished a dessert as I've not liked any of them. The bathrooms should be cleaned mid-flight for a 13 hour flight. It started out great but towards the middle of the flight, the bathrooms got really disgusting."

Lost both flight’s because the flight got delayed
Nice airplane, quick boarding, excellent crew. The entertainment choices are very poor comparing to previous trips with LH. Food was horrible, neither one of us ate it.
Lufthansa can't handle the new challenges the pandemic brought. Next time I would do everything possible not to flight with them.

A l'enregistrement à punta cana il a fallut négocier pendant une heure et demander à parler à un responsable car la personne voulait nous faire payer nos deux bagages en soute 200 dollars alors qu'ils étaient compris dans notre réservation. Cela nous a fait perdre du temps avec notre petite fille de 3 ans. L'escale de 2h à New York est trop courte, les files d'attente sont très très longues pour le contrôle des passeports et aussi pour la douane. Il a fallut négocier avec beaucoup de personnes pour demander à passer devant, et aux États-Unis cette pratique n'est pas du tout appréciée, et tout ca avec ma fille dans les bras. Nous sommes arrivés 30 min avant le décollage àla porte d'embarquement, juste au moment de d'embarquer, mais le vol a finalement été retardé d'une heure. Et enfin nous avions demandé à été placés ensemble côté hublot, à l'enregistrement on nous a dit oui évidemment mais au premier vol on était même pas à côté ( il a fallut négocier encore une fois) et au deuxième nous étions dans la rangée du milieu. Bref ce voyage retour à été très stressant et épuisant !
When boarding started, it was like refugees rushing to a life boat. Everyone was rushing to the front. Only one KLM staff standing there saying "... now is this group, yours is next,,,, we will call it out...." While he stopped some travelers, he did allowed some others passed without even checking their ticket. They have all the digital gears, and the screens to show the current boarding sequences, why don't they just use that. For some of us that did not have a excellent hearing, it was hard not trying to get closer to understanding what is going on.
Lot był rezerwowany na godzinę 16:25. Nikt nie poinformował nawet o odwołaniu tego lotu. Dowiedziałem się dopiero po telefonie do linii lotniczych kiedy to postanowiłem zadzwonić, bo nie mogłem się odmeldować online kilka godzin przed podróżą na lotnisko... Przez co z lotniska do domu wróciliśmy nad ranem, a plany były wrócić za widoku dnia poprzedniego... Brak szacunku do klienta i jawna kpina ze strony KLM
Wylot opóźniony o ponad godzinę bez podania przyczyn. Walizka nie doleciała. Odbiór,gdy dotarła tylko z lotniska, nie dostarczają do hotelu. KLM przesyłał mi informacje po holendersku zamiast po angielsku.
I do not know how, but, rude crew and counter personnel is here, rest of things looks pretty standard without any difference with other airlines, that was not the case in the past

The site did not reflect it either. I left work on the second day to go check and there it was, under a few other bags, which gave the impression it had been there waiting a day already. Going to try and avoid Kenya airways in the future if possible."
Plusy: "I got moved to a different airline and was not notified so when I got there over 2 hours early for KENYA FLIGHT I was hustled and bustled and BUSSED TO A DIFERENT TERMINAL at Dubai airport, then chastise, harangued and insulted by new airline staff for being "Late" and they couldn't guarantee I would make the flight. I it on board and someone else was in my seat. HE. Got bumped to first class..."

Minusy: "The plane was old. Some seats didn't recline. My husband's sound system didn't work. The audio selection was minimal. The bathroom started out filthy with urine everywhere, and stayed that way. These things are inconvenient on a 10 hour flight!"
Plusy: "I liked the alerts from crew about the journey.They kept time about the journey."
Minusy: "The space between one row and another in economy class was too small as compared to other flights I have had. I did not like the lay over time."
Minusy: "The airline doesn't accept payments for changing flights over the phone. I arrived at Lilongwe airport and they said I couldn't pay them there and that I should pay in Nairobi. The plane was of course late leaving Malawi and when I arrived in Nairobi, the plane was getting ready to leave. The customer service line had +20 people in it. I waited my turn then the agent said it was my fault that I missed the flight and the next flight would be $243 USD instead of $90 like the gate agent stated. Then they told me I had to pay the $243 in cash and they didn't accept credit cards. All of the ATMs were broken there. I returned to the agent and they did accept credit cards, they just didn't want to go to the office to swipe it. The entire ordeal took +4 hours. Worst customer service ever."
Plusy: "Flight management was okay from Mombasa up to landing in Nairobi"
Minusy: "Plane could not park at the domestic arrival, yet at the international slot we had to wait over 15 Minutes without communication by crew. Captain only announced when parking slot became available. It took long to get baggage delivered to domestic side and when baggage arrived some including mine were wet with stinking liquid in spite of no rain around airport. at the end Passengers on a later flight made it smoothly out and eventually lost 45 minutes since landing and dirty baggage."
Minusy: "With the exception of one male flight attendant who was friendly and professional, the Kenya airways flight attendants were surly, invompetent and unprofessional. One yelled at us for asking if we could get a vegetarian meal (on the advice of another Kenya airways flight attendant). Another only bothered to give water to the first 2/3 of the plane and then for some unknown reason simply stopped passing out water. All three of the Kenya airways fights were late but no one said so or why. I would avoid this airline at all costs."

Plusy: "The flight was delayed in leaving but the Captain didn't say anything until we were about to land. The overnight flight was pleasant but the food was pretty mediocre."
Minusy: "Crew were pretty good and the Dreamliner is an excellent aircraft, particularly in business class."
Minusy: "My flight was 36 hours delayed and Kenya Airlines did not tell us why. I then heard that the same flight had been delayed three nights in a row. This led me to book another flight to my destination, so that I did not miss anymore of my trip. I am going to pursue a refund of my original flight. It seemed to me that Kenya Airlines new the flight would be delayed and said nothing until two hours before. Also how they handled the situation was very poor. I will never fly with Kenya Airlines again."
Plusy: "My travel itinerary was one with long layover times. Thank you Kenya, Airways for allowing the day use of your lounge areas for a fee. Got some sleep, a wonderful Turkey Lunch on Christmas Day, before my connecting flight to Guangzhou. Smooth Short field landing and take off in the 787-8. No rattling sounds during landing and take off so the Plane must have also been new. Kudos!!"
Minusy: "Suffered with the unattended toilets. Food for thought, could the toliets on flights be designated according to gender? toilet seat was always covered in sprayed urine( which I wiped clean every time before sitting and using the toilets, made several trips during the 9 hour flight. Hand Soap run out at some point."

Minusy: "That the flight time was changed from 8am to 10am and we were not informed until check-in time. Then the flight was changed from 10 to midday, but we were only told during boarding and told to go for breakfast at some restaurant without getting directions. On arriving at the restaurant, we were made to sit in a waiting area for over 30 mins then later told to move to another restaurant, without directions. After going through the gate to board for the midday flight and waiting over an hour, we were informed that we were to fly at 4:15pm! The flight was uncomfortable with seats that had absolutely no leg room and non reclining seats"

Plusy: "Crew and food"
Minusy: "Hour late even though we had a late arrival of 1:35 am. Made us miss our airport transfer so it took over 2.5 hours to get to hotel"
Plusy: "Flight from Entebbe left late, we arrived in Nairobi late but still could have missed our connection but the airline refused to let us board. We were told they were booking a hotel for us and would fly out in the morning, we were left for an hour to wait for the KQ employee to return. We ended up sleeping in the KQ lounge and my bag was left in Nairobi. A day later they called to tell me the bag arrived, when I asked for them to deliver it they were very apprehensive and upset because they were not sure how they would organize this. No voucher was provided for this inconvenience and the customer service was sub part. Will not fly KQ in the future unless the airline makes a gesture to rectify this."
