Minusy: "Biggest problem was late arrival, missing connection. Lateness caused by them at first, then a departing passenger caused further delay. But they were late to begin with. Next problem was their REFUSAL to give me an aisle seat. I reserved an aisle seat originally, aisle seats were available when I tried to change, but agent REFUSED to accommodate me with either aisle or window. Sat in middle with huge guy next to me. Very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre on this leg. Oh, and late departing AGAIN. Will seriously look for other options on next trip."

Minusy: "Being vegetarian I chose the pasta entree. It was good. It included a small salad. All other food was carbs- bread, crackers, a packaged dessert, ice cream, pizza, muffin. ( The pizza was good the muffin was processed gross. ) I didn't eat all the items and still felt yucky from poor nutrition. A piece of fruit in place of muffin, dessert, crackers would help a lot."

Refused to eat breakfast at all, it was that bad! Please do something about it, it is outrageous to give people garbage like that."

I was not offered any compensation however I heard some passengers were given $7 food vouchers to be spent only in a small convenience store that was the only store open."

It was not a full flight (either way to or from Madrid) and there was plenty of room to spread out and sleep which was nice. The entertainment system was great with many options from TV to movies to games and music. The food was only fair but included a meal and a large snack. I will definitely take this flight again."

The ride is comfortable, enjoyable, entertaining, adequate space, excellent service, food and drinks are the best I have had, and exceptional services and attention. This goes for both flights. I have been recommending Britsh Airways over the last several weeks to pretty much everyone I know. My family and I will be looking to British Airways for overseas flights as a priority."

Minusy: "This Finnair flight was operated by American Airlines, but American Airlines did not notify me about the change in flight number until I called in a panic the night before because I was unable to check in. The plane was nearly 2 hours late departing from Chicago O'Hare with no explanation given. 1hr and 45 minutes is a long time to sit without going anywhere. Food was incredibly uninspiring and the staff was kind, but generally seemed distracted. I asked for a beverage at one point, but the flight attendant was too busy trying to get the passenger next to me who was passed out on sleeping pills to put the window shade down to give it to me. American Airlines is one of the only carriers left that has not upgraded to individual entertainment units for transatlantic flights and so the entertainment was like something straight out of Mad Men. Probably my worst flying experience to date."

Plusy: "The crew was very nice and helpful and the flight went well and was ontime, in fact early."
Minusy: "I thought that I got one bag checked for free and another one would cost $50. But when I got my boarding pass I was charged $100."

Minusy: "Stating it’s a train from the beginning and not having to go from one train station to another."

Minusy: "boarding the flight on time instead of delaying it two times... and also putting the information at the flight information screen if I haven't gone to ask to the airport information stand I would never know the flight departure gate that was at the complete opposite side of the airport of were the initial flight was going to depart."

Plusy: "Great crew and entertainment. Terrible experience at CDG airport but that’s the airports fault."

Minusy: "Virtually no information at boarding which made everybody just make a huge line. Boarding they a bus, it was raining and we got wet."

Minusy: "When I purchased my flight ticket , I purchased with a checked bag (23 kg /50 #) how ever ( who will fly to Ukraine with a 10kg suitcase) I booked for a KLM flight , they used (partener airlines ) when I arrived to LA I flew with Delta , they checked my Suitcase at no cost all the way to my final destinations , that was expected ! When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"

Minusy: "Being in the middle of the 4 seats with guys on both sides. They tend to restrict the space by using the arm rests."

Minusy: "The food was cold. We were served about 40 minutes after most of the plane got their food. The overhead compartments kept opening by themselves through out the flight. Food was horrible."

Minusy: "A screaming child for 8 hours (understood this is not their fault, but it did make the journey unpleasant). Old aircraft with small screens, no power etc."

Minusy: "My pregnant wife was downgraded from business to economy 20 minutes before departure because the airline made a mistake with the reservation for our puppy traveling in the cabin with us. If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

Minusy: "Boarding process is total chaos Took 40 mins to.check in at desk , pre ordered for wheelchair Never showed ...total zoo Beds advertised as lie flat bu they are NOT 180 degree flat , legs hang down - bad for circulation"

Minusy: "The premium economy seat is not reclined at all. The neighbor's seat is too much flexible. This is a maintenance problem. We report these problems to the crew, though there ignored... I should have chosen an economy class seat."

Minusy: "Movies were dated. Crew spoke limited and broken English, not good enough for international flights."

Plusy: "Very poor sound quality on the earphones. Made it very difficult to watch a movie and almost impossible to listen to music."

Minusy: "Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services.."

Then bad info at airport which led to multiple trips through security trying to make weight on a bag that should have been checked but was told didn't need to. Ended up missing flight, having to rebook at full fare and no one knows where the bag that was checked is. STAY AWAY!"

Plusy: "Missed connection and it was airport not Delta that was the problem. Not a good way to start a vacation. Rating is for the Paris Airport, not the flight crew or Air France employees. Still sitting in the airport when we should be at our destination."
Minusy: "Hundreds of people missed their flights. Delta had us into Paris with an hour and a half to get to connecting flight. Missed flight due to huge delay in passport approval. They seemed completely unprepared."

Plusy: "All crew I interacted with was great, friendly, and helpful."
Minusy: "Flight was late. Boarding very slow. Entertainment was ok by today's standards. Each seat had a display, but movie selection was not great. For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good."
