Bardzo dobra obsługa, jedzenie i wygodne fotele. Pomiędzy fotelami na dole są gniazdka elektryczne a w oparciach z przodu złącza USB. Lepiej wziąć swoje słuchawki na małego jacka, bo te które rozdają mogą nie pasować dobrze do Twoich uszu;)

Wylot opóźniony o ponad godzinę bez podania przyczyn. Walizka nie doleciała. Odbiór,gdy dotarła tylko z lotniska, nie dostarczają do hotelu. KLM przesyłał mi informacje po holendersku zamiast po angielsku.

They behaved like a low cost company with one answer to any request, and this is the word "NO". It does not seem logical that we ever go with Austrian again. We do deserve a compensation for the delay and the behavior."

The agent had to talk to someone in order to even issue the boarding pass and even though the bags were checked in all the way to Pittsburgh boarding passes were not issued. I cannot blame the agent because Luftansa had issued the ticket for this Austrian Airline flight."

Minusy: "I was very disappointed with Austrian airlines. I was not able to pick my own seat even after I checked in and the actual seats on the plane were extremely small and uncomfortable. This made it impossible for me to enjoy mi flight. A 5'6' person should not have any issues but my knees were touching the seat in front of me. The seat was very narrow - it felt cramped and as if they turned a space designed for 2-4-2 into a 3-4-3. When I called the customer service before the flight to get a seat next to my husband who had a separate reservation, it took about 4 calls before anyone even mentioned that out reservations could be linked together. will not fly Austrian airlines again."

Nic mi się nie podobało. Nie mogłem skorzystać ani z automatów, ani nie przesłaliście mi kart pokładowej na maila.

Minusy: "Not only the first flight got delayed for over 2 hours. I had to re-book the second - connecting - flight because of that. Now it made my layover instead of 1 h 45 m - 5 hours! Then the second flight got delayed!! So instead of 5 hours layover it was over 7 hours!!! Very inconvenient and upsetting experience. The only reason I booked these particular flights is because they were advertized as "the shortest trip" time on your website..."

Also was a delay because they're waiting for a some passenger from a connecting flight . Seats haven't enough leg room for person 5"8 but crew and food was amazing."
Plusy: "I have Parkinson's disease, and my ability to walk is dependent on how long it has been since I last took carbidopa/levodopa, and how much I have exercised while standing since taking my medicine. I have difficulty walking narrow aisles, and in crowds. The staff was very understanding, and let me pre-board, ensured someone was there to help me deplane, carried my carry-on for me, and did everything possible to assist me. The crew/staff was wonderful!"

Minusy: "flight # 742 canceled put in another plane, from other provider (LOT) going straight to Chicago; was not ready for it; we arrived at airport 2 hr before time of boarding and were rushed to plane going up in 45 min; very stressful; my daughter cried and we had no time to say good bays to family paid for selected seats - money not returned selected special meal - stayed hungry (8 hr fly) because they were not aware about our special needs; Finnair shold take care of it when canceling flight and putting us with other provider."

Plusy: "Flight was cancelled at lasy minute. so, all other flights missed. Last minute notification. rebooked on Lufthansa, but wrote wrong codes - more delay."

Minusy: "Worst food I ever had on a plane (frequent traveler), I would be afraid to feed it to my dog, let alone eat it myself. Barely ate anything, spent most of my flight very hungry. Refused to eat breakfast at all, it was that bad! Please do something about it, it is outrageous to give people garbage like that."
Plusy: "They moved my boyfriend and I from the back two seats on the plane up to the front with four seats across the middle! This was amazing for the long flight and allowed us to be very comfortable throughout the flight. Great service as well with three food servings and constant trash pickup."

Minusy: "Even though we had booked this flight in September we were never able to choose a seat for this flight. We kept trying and the only way we could pick a seat months and weeks ahead was if we bought an upgrade. We had already spent over $1000 to fly to Paris each and did not want to buy an upgrade. We just wanted the assignment of a seat. When we got closer to the date we were told that we would get a seat assignment at check in. At check in we were told we would get a seat assignment at the airport. At the airport we were told we would get a seat assignment at the GATE! At the GATE the attendant had difficulty finding our seats and finally found them with the help of another attendant. This adding extreme stress to a trip that was planned in September and should have been a pleasureable experience. Our seats were not together and we then had to go on the plane and ask other travelers to change their seats in order to be near each other. This was not our job! We ended up near each other but not together. Then when we arrived in Paris we noticed that our suitcases had been tagged STAND BY!!!!!! We were glad that we did not see that at the Philadelphia airport because it would have added even more stress to a long anticipated pleasure trip to Paris. Next time we will make sure that the tickets we are purchasing (FINNAIR) have nothing to do with American Airlines."

Minusy: "$100 for your second checked bag and then another $100 if it's overweight. I think this was criminal for an international flight, and I will not fly Finn Air again because of this. Also you have to pay 25 Euro for your seat after already booking the flight. Additionally the leg room is average at best."

Minusy: "Main course of chicken and rice was clearly on the small size for a 10+ hour flight. The chicken was in some vague sweet and sour sauce. It was a good thing that I had bought sandwiches before boarding. Return flight LHR to LAX was on BA and the main course of chicken and mashed potatoes was substantially larger and tastier."

Minusy: "Sat at gate 4 1/2 hours before 9 1/2 hour flight. Never heard how problem was resolved. Very bumpy ride."
Plusy: "The flight was fantastic. It wasn't a full flight so I was moved to an exit row for more leg space. All the crew was very nice except for one lady. They distributed water often which was nice. You get options for dinner and breakfast."
Minusy: "My problems began after landing. I booked a flight from LAX to Amsterdam, with a layover at Heathrow. When I originally checked in, they didn't send my things all the way through to my final destination. I had to exit the airport at Heathrow to retrieve my bag and go back through security, while trying to make my connecting flight."

Plusy: "It was pleasant surprise to learn that Finnair is serviced by British Airways out of the Atlanta, GA airport. The service is amazing. Having never flown Finnair or British Air, I was up for a fun new experience. British Air lived up to its great reputation."
