Plusy: The crew was ok. The seating was comfortable as we had good leg room as we booked on a premium economy class.
Minusy: We requested for a chicken meal at dinner time but instead my husband and I was served the beef meal. I was very disappointed as firstly the way the beef was cooked tasted horrid. Secondly a mix up at the catering dept like labelling beef meal as chicken should never happen!
Minusy: I could not purchase transport for an extra bag on the website. I did purchase it at Larnaca Airport. There, I checked in, dropped off the bag, had to go to another counter to pay (long delay in them being able to generate a receipt). Then I had to run the receipt back to the ticket counter.
Plusy: Crew was friendly.

Minusy: Clear up-front notification about first checked bag not being included in ticket price. This info did not appear at the time the booking was made. Very frustrating.
Minusy: They lost my luggage during the tranfer in Frankfurt. They did return it however within 24 hours.

Minusy: I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again.

Waited 2-1/2 hours on plane before departure because crew was terribly ineffective boarding passengers that were re-routed from another flight. No weather or mechanical issues, bad decisions.

Minusy: in general the male flight attendant was very disinterested in resolving nonconformities such as that the light of the chair did not turn on or request for support in completing Customs form and uncomfortable seat
Plusy: The crew was good. The comfort level of the seats were awful. People throw their luggage in the overhead compartment to fit theirs and nobody else. I had to put my backpack in front of me and had absolutely no leg room. The seats were smaller than usual.
Minusy: Serve some pretzels at least.

Minusy: Not really an Air France flight, AF not interested in taking care of their frequent fliers.
Plusy: The gate reps from CDG to MSP were professionals. The cabin crew on the Delta flight were exceptional! This was not my experience in Copenhagen with the Air France staff, they seemed to be self centered and rude.
Minusy: Delta please make excellence a priority in all areas of customer service. Set high standards for staff so customers know that you appreciate them and are ready for business. The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand

Minusy: On the transatlantic flight the crew was unattractive and somewhat rude. They skipped our entire row serving morning refreshments and then complained and tried to shame us all for calling them back. Food quality was on par with Alegent Airlines. We even got charged for one piece of checked luggage 46lb on a international flight. That was a first!!!
Minusy: Delayed flight caused me to miss connection.

Plusy: The wheel chair service at Munich airport was excellent. She received us at the door, helped us find a connection after we lost our flight and communicating every step and giving us First Class service on coach. Thank you!

Minusy: On the way out Lufthansa charged us a total of £129 to take our bags with us (all under 23KG). On the way back with the same 3 identical bags Lufthansa charged us $399.47 (£306.92), again all under 23KG. How can it be fair to charge passengers 2.4 times more to return home with their bags?

Plusy: The crew was nice and helpful (our flight was 2h late so they put us on the one before in business class for us not to miss our connection)
Minusy: A lot of delays, on both flights. We spent twice as much time waiting than flying.
Plusy: Crew was amazing, seats were comfortable with enough leg space even without choosing extra space seats. It was my childhood dream come true to fly with KLM. It was really an exciting trip for me, just that it was short.
Minusy: Well, for me everything was on point. Those who have never travelled with KLM, I would encourage them to do so and I’m sure they will not regret.

Plusy: The plane was 2 hours late and I could not get home. Missed the connection to Greenville at 11:38. They told me there were no hotels in Atlanta and I would have to stay in the airport and then take the 8:55 am fight to Greenville. That took an hour in line and there was no help.
Minusy: The pilot was awesome. He flew as fast as he could to help anyone make their connection but it didn’t help. But I appreciate him trying. Just frustrated that being military I didn’t get to board earlier or that they didn’t help me find a way home
Minusy: There was barely any room on my seat and in front. It was the worst flight experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve flown on a fair bit of airlines from 3rd world countries.
