Minusy: "They didnt load a special meal (child) that I had requested for my two year old. Luckily we had packed extra food. They returned that car seat all wet at SFO. Didn't even have the decency to put a plastic cover on it. Overall I found the crew lacking any warmth and the service was mediocre at best. The food was below average. Overall highly disappointed. I had assumed that Turkish would be like it's other middle Eastern airlines line Emirates or Qutar but they are not. I would take my business elsewhere"

Minusy: "Seating in Economy class is terrible. For tall persons like me it is a punshment to be squeazed in such a narrow space. Turkish airlines should add more space and comfort with their seating in Economy. Introduce a Premium Economy Class would solve that problem"
Minusy: "Lost my baggage, refused to give another ticket when getting to Istanbul late made me miss my next flight. Had to sit 10 hours and buy another ticket from another airline to make My destination a day late."
Minusy: "My only complaint would have to be that their bathrooms on the plane were a dirty. Other then that the airlines was excellent!!!! I would definitely recommend Turkish Airlines to family and friends."
Plusy: "I was so impressed by every staff of Turkish Airlines.. I was very young when TWA. Was an elite airlines, with the flight attendants dress perfect.. it made me feel like I was flying first class...with this being my first time using Turkish airlines I actually will use them over the American Airlines; just because the way I was treated and how quickly someone was willing to assist anyone.... I say you are the best!"

Minusy: "The Customer Service at the Istanbul air port is the WORSE service I have ever seen in the entire world, in fact you can not call it customer service, these people duel on older people that depend on their services and they treat them like garbage. I have always like Turkish Airlines but now I will try to go with any other Airline because of that problem, all their flight are routed true Istanbul and I do not want to risk being stacked there again!!!!!"

Minusy: "The fact that I missed my connection flight in Thailand because of a two hour delay. I was never informed why there was so much of a delay and in turn I had to pay triple of what I payed before for my flight. Very disappointed. Won't be flying this airline again. Service was rude. They should be more responsible when it comes to timing. We were on the flight waiting for two hours!!!"

Plusy: "Great crew. Super nice to our 4 year old daughter. They were quick, extra polite and efficient. I'm usually quite picky but this leg was perfect."

Plusy: "We were fed and offered drinks, given blankets, pillows and complimentary travel kits, issues with flight changes and other questions were answered quickly, ticketing was a breeze, the flight crew was extremely courteous, and flying back with my electronics was covered with professional care of my equipment and certainty that I wouldn't miss my flight."
Plusy: "It was a short flight but they still fed us and supplied beverages. So many airlines do not do this or charge you for everything!"
Minusy: "Why does Turkish Air boarding always have to be so chaotic - pushing and shoving, etc. Why cant TK control their business class space - people from economy always coming up for bathrooms when there are plenty in the back....."
Plusy: "I made it home a few minutes early. The flight attendants. The inflight bathroom was clean. The dinner rolls were warm."
Minusy: "The airport felt like 95 degrees. There was no elevator to carry luggage and my cat downstairs. Everything had to be hand carried, two large bags, a carry-on and my handbag and my cat. I was kept waiting many times without explanation. The carpet in the plane was soaking wet...when you step on it you could feel liquid splash up on your feet. the airplane was quite warm. The seat would not stay upright. The children behind me kicked my seat the entire 11.5 hour flight. The monitor to watch TV also would not stay upright. The solitaire game would never load. The airport crew had conflicting instructions. My checked bags were damaged and bungee cords were missing. I was not alerted before boarding that my computer, tablet and camera would be confiscated until my ATL destination and therefore they were not properly padded for flight. A long time to disembark the plane...The attendant had to call and ask where the connector was to let us leave."
Minusy: "When I arrived in Lagos my luggage did not show up and I had to arrange everything including a private pick up and courier service and I had to pay for it all and got it 6 days later and the 180.00 naira which was in the luggage was stolen."

Plusy: "Better food and service than other airlines on which I've traveled recently. Loading passengers was disciplined and speedy. Staff very helpful. Istanbul airport is great for a long wait. If you go to a gate waiting area with no flight soon, you can stretch out and sleep. Good English-language bookstore."

Ms. Meryam was the rudest human being/ female I met so far! Extremely rude , unprofessionally and very unfriendly Ummi G. Gunturk"
Minusy: "I didn't like anything! My seat was broken, didn't move , the seat arm was broken , TV screen was broken and the crew didn't have the curtesy to even bother to upgrade me to a better seat. Instead the dumped me to the second to the last seat all the way in the way which the seat didn't work either. I been on the broken seat with my neck braces around my neck on (due to a neck injury) for 11 hours and the crew didn't give a damn about me!!"
Plusy: "Service from the flight attendants were fantastic. The food was delicious and the entertainment included plenty of movie options. I'm also glad that my bags were never lost throughout all of my flights this summer on Turkish Airlines."
Minusy: "I know seats in the 777-300 recline but do not disrupt the next row's space. That was not the case on the Airbus A330-300. It would be nice if the same seats were on the Airbus aircraft I flew from Istanbul to Bangkok."

Minusy: "The seats area are too small my knees hurt as they hit just the edge of the food tray, impossible flight with the seat other than straight as you will be disturbing a lot the other passengers, although unfortunately some people do not care about the confort of the others"

Minusy: "Still a tight space. US to Europe by going several hours out of the way to Istanbul still doesn't make any sense."

Plusy: "We were pleasantly surprised when we received a full box of snacks on our short flight from Zagreb to Instabul. The trip was comfortable and we enjoyed that there was a movie available overhead and they provided headphones for. Overall, it was a fine experience."
Minusy: "Service was fine until our water bottle (which we thought was empty) leaked a bit in the overhead compartment and the female crewmember was incredibly rude and gave the most disgusted look when we claimed the bag that had a small leak of water (about a tablespoon). She also whispered something in Turkish to fellow crewmembers and they all laughed. It was embarrassing and unnecessary. We also were left in the bus on the tarmac for 10 minutes before we could board without any notification of what was going on."

Minusy: "flight left about 11 pm, after dinner service was over the crew never offered water/juice at all until breakfast was served, hard to stay hydrated!!!!!!!"
