Dowiedziałem się dopiero po telefonie do linii lotniczych kiedy to postanowiłem zadzwonić, bo nie mogłem się odmeldować online kilka godzin przed podróżą na lotnisko... Przez co z lotniska do domu wróciliśmy nad ranem, a plany były wrócić za widoku dnia poprzedniego... Brak szacunku do klienta i jawna kpina ze strony KLM
Wylot opóźniony o ponad godzinę bez podania przyczyn. Walizka nie doleciała. Odbiór,gdy dotarła tylko z lotniska, nie dostarczają do hotelu. KLM przesyłał mi informacje po holendersku zamiast po angielsku.
Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

Reliable flight with a good airline.
Worst airline ever. Pilot strike and bankruptcy was the best part of the experience. The website didn’t work to purchase specified seats, no one answered the phone, and I couldn’t even enter any birthdate on their website for anyone born on the first of a month without getting an invalid date error. If any airline ever deserved what to go bankrupt it’s this one. And after booking 9 people to take a once in a lifetime trip for my 90 year old father to travel back to his homeland we will likely never see the $12,000 we spent on tickets. Then because of the late cancellation we had to pay $16,000 for less convenient flights with another airline.
We were 3 minutes late to the gate, along with at least a dozen other people trying to make this connection, but the flight did not wait for us. Awful. We were only late because there was only one person at the security checkpoint, and they checked every bag and every person one by one.

Everything. We arrived at our destination with a nearly 3 day delay. That's almost a week from my vacation including the travel from Canada and after the delay in Poland. Staying TWO days in Poland is unacceptable.

It's great to have higher air quality for better jet lag, but water is prime in that regard. It seems to be a recurring pattern in this flight, no water service. Of course, you can just go and walk up to them and ask for water, but chances are you will get frown at for the annoyance. - Upset staff: Another passenger was seating on my seat when I boarded and asked me to swap places so that he wouldn't have to move. I agreed, and I notified the flight attendants of the change so they knew where to take the meals. I thought I was being nice to them, but I still got rolling eyes and lost stares whenever they came for meal service and they had to revisit the situation. I don't get it."

Minusy: "The cabin crew didn't have any personality, and didn't look happy most of the time, a smile goes along way. When you look for a cost effective flight especially when flying with family including 2 young children you think it is good that the flight costs were quite good, however when you add in the additional baggage fees each way and the reserving you seats so you can all sit together the overall flight costs including the extortionate food prices on board makes them out to be much the same if not higher than that of one of the premium airlines that already include all those things in your flight cost. Not to mention when arriving home in Boston around 40 passengers bags had been left in London and there was NO Norweign staff available to help with this, it tool numerous requests from passengers as well as the flight services people to get a Norweign member of staff to come and help. SO there were a lot of unhappy passengers. I will be seriously considering whether i use Norweign any more in the future because of this."

Minusy: "Hot sandwhich, cold sandwhich... didn't matter what we tried to order. It all was horrid. And I like bad food. I like bad airplane food. But the hot sandwhich the first time was still frozen in the middle. The second time it was all warm but still taste was awful. The cold sandwhich... also gross. And I don't mind bad samdwhiches from a 711 or a gas station at a rest stop. But I could hardly touch either of these."
Minusy: "First time with this airline, so didn't know what to expect. All food, including water, must be purchased. No big deal if prepared for it, but different compared to other airlines that customarily provide non-alcoholic drinks or at least cups of water on long-haul flights."

Plusy: "The plane was beautiful and very modern, and the in-flight crew was very nice. Lots of space for carry-on baggage. You have to purchase meals in advance when you book your flight, otherwise you don't get much. But you can buy snacks and drinks on demand through the screen each passenger has."
Minusy: "The boarding process felt a little chaotic. They boarded the back half of the plane and then opened general boarding. People who knew about it lined up to wait to board for 45 mins before the flight began boarding... because the way it's done is so open. It doesn't create the most relaxing wait experience. But once I got on the plane, all was good. The check-in process was also a bit tiring too. There is no automated check-in option, so you have to stand in a really long line to get your boarding pass for international flights. Make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to check-in... especially given that there's a long security line next."

Good check-in and boarding, No hassles with baggage, On-time departure and early arrival on Malta. Cabin crew was good but overly enthusiastic (many loud in-flight announcements) for a 6:30 a.m. flight. Overall, a good experience. Only airline with direct connection from Gdańsk to Malta, so best choice generally.
Dublin AirPort security was awful. It took nearly 2:30 hours to check in and get through security

Plusy: "I was pleased with the RyanAir staff at the Dublin airport and on the flight. Easy booking process and many options to help make traveling a bit easier"
Minusy: "I have an American passport and did not realize I needed to get a visa stamp before boarding the plane. While I do realize now that it is mentioned on my boarding pass, there was no other mention of it along the way from arriving at the airport, checking my bag (I used self check), going throigh security, or anywhere else in the RyanAir terminal. Perhaps this could be made more clear for travelers who have never experienced this before."
