Crew, food and in-flight entertainment were all great!

I had to pay $75 for my luggage when I thought one piece was included in the ticket. Now I suppose I will have to do the same on my return. Disappointed

He first started to give my gate number, but then said there won't be flight to Amsterdam until the next day. I was very worried. When landing it was very difficult to find anyone working for Swiss to assist me. Then someone told me that my flight would be leaving in 3 minutes. I asked to be rushed through line, but everyone said not too worry because plane would wait for me. When I arrived at gate there was no one there. Then it took quite a while to find another Swiss employee to help me. There seemed to be a lot of confusion."

Flight from SFO-Frankfurt was suddenly cancelled. Was on the phone for a long time being bounced back and forth between Kayak and Lufthansa, only for us to have an 18-hr layover in Frankfurt. This incident was poorly handled and we will not be usinh Kayak in the future.

Seats had no padding. Uncomfortable. Everything was held up because of SLOW people with multiple children.

Lot był rezerwowany na godzinę 16:25. Nikt nie poinformował nawet o odwołaniu tego lotu. Dowiedziałem się dopiero po telefonie do linii lotniczych kiedy to postanowiłem zadzwonić, bo nie mogłem się odmeldować online kilka godzin przed podróżą na lotnisko... Przez co z lotniska do domu wróciliśmy nad ranem, a plany były wrócić za widoku dnia poprzedniego... Brak szacunku do klienta i jawna kpina ze strony KLM

Wylot opóźniony o ponad godzinę bez podania przyczyn. Walizka nie doleciała. Odbiór,gdy dotarła tylko z lotniska, nie dostarczają do hotelu. KLM przesyłał mi informacje po holendersku zamiast po angielsku.

Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

Jak zaznaczyłam we wcześniejszej opinii , przez wasz błąd nie mogłam wejść na pokład samolotu

W danych pasażera wpisano mi nazwę firmy , i nie było możliwości to poprawić , więc w ogóle nie wpuszczono mnie na pokład samolotu i bilet przepadł za prawie 2000 zł , , ale będę do was pisała skargę Zaznaczam ,że nie pierwszy raz kupuję bilet przez internet i nie pierwszy raz lęcę samolotem , Uważam ,że błąd ten leży po waszej stronie , prosiłam o wystawienie FV na firmę, a nie o wpisywanie danych firmy jako pasażera , Pasażerem była Urszula Kaczmarczyk, Wasz błąd drogo mnie kosztował , musiałam zakupić kolejny nowy bilet za 3340 zł , wydałam na bilet grubo ponad 5 tys do Szwecji z wyrazami szacunku Urszula Kaczmarczyk

Podczas lotu zabrakło napojów, stewardesy bywają opryskliwe.

Nowiutki samolot, płynny lot, super system rozrywki na pokładzie (filmy itp na telefonie / tablecie pasażera), b.przyjemna przekąska, napoje i ciastka. Dawno nie latałem LOTem, było miłe zaskoczenie.

Uprzejma obsługa.

Załoga ściga o maski choć mam orzeczenie z sądu, że nie muszę nosić. To jest dopiero chore!

Minusy: "Personel pokładowy jakby pracował za karę. Nieuprzejmy. Nie reaguje na prośby pasażerów o doniesienie bułki, soku czy dodatkowej karty imigracyjnej. W nocy większość załogi spała, a jedyny steward czuwający w kuchni grał na komórce i powiedział, ze można sobie samemu nalać wody lub soku."

Plusy: "We had a 4 hour delay due to mechanical difficulties with our first plane. I get it, it happens. But the delay was not communicated for a while, even though the departure board was showing it. When it was announced, no one from Norwegian was there, just airport personnel and they did what they could. Once the plane did arrive it took forever for them to allow us to board. In the air the flight was fine. Cramped seating for sure, but that is to be expected. The in-flight movies were slim picking, especially for a 8 hour flight, and the food was ok for what it was. Overall, not an enjoyable experience but that was you get with discount flights."

Minusy: "Very poor customer service as the Norwegian staff at JFK are not employees of the airline. They have very little care or concern for any travel issues that may occur. They are there to process passengers through. If you have any questions or need help you are passed to a very uninterested person that only can tell you to go on the Norwegian website for anything you need to do with your booking. The check-in and gate agents provide no help or even attempt to try serve the customer. They are just there to perform a task. Norwegian sold premium seats and then puts the customer in Economy in the back of the plane. A bit is a bait and switch. They should refund the difference in the fare to be fair."

Minusy: "Boarding was delayed 30 min because Norwegian isn't very well organized. The boarding lounge at Gatwick has half the capacity of the aircraft, so people were packed in to a tiny space until boarding actually started. In-seat USB charger didn't work."
Plusy: "The plane was nice and comfortable. There was plenty of room to stretch out. The crew was friendly and they had a pretty good movie selection."

Plusy: "Family in front of me had a poorly behaved child. The stewardess didn't seem to care but once I informed her the child had poured soda all over my luggage she apologized and gladly told them to keep the child in his seat."
