Minusy: They took an extremely long time clearing away the dirty dinner trays, which meant that the tray table had to be down. This made it near impossible to get up to use the restroom or to stretch.

Minusy: Checked bag fee was expensive at $120 per bag. For the two of us bags cost $240. The plane boarded late this departed and arrived late. Otherwise a very good flight. Very comfortable, all Amenities worked, the plane was clean and the staff accommodating.

Minusy: From Helsinki to Stockholm I missed my flight because we boarded late. Once in Stockholm I had to take two different planes for my destination and in result loosing time

Minusy: I was shocked that such a long flight and passengers must pay for any snacks or food. We brought our at the airport for half the price the airline charges as well as twice the amount of food.
Plusy: Service was fine but nothing stood out in particular. We liked the newer Dreamliner.
Minusy: Seat (economy) not comfortable. Less room that most other aircrafts in the same class. Seats seemed narrow. With all the extra charges, I would not consider Norwegian to be a ‘budget’ or low cost airline. In the end we paid the same, if not more, for a comparable ‘non-low cost’ airline.
Minusy: Ticketing staffs should and can be more co considerate. Average rating at best, and sometimes very rude.
Plusy: Turkish Air’s boarding is very good and their food and entertainment is good
Minusy: I have flown many international miles and many with Turkish Air. I have seen them go backwards as an airline these past 9 years. No more Premium Economy and very small seats, no more hot towels b4 takeoff, unbearably hot cabins, no good snacks on long flights, etc.

Entertainment console had all channels functional except — not really an issue I just really wanted to have ESPN playing in the background

Minusy: Zamiast bezpośrednio lecieć do Tel Avivu, poleciał najpierw do Warszawy aby dobrać pasażerów. Lot wydłużył się o ok. 2 godziny.
Minusy: The food honestly could have been better for business class. And the first flight wasn't actually business class seats which was disappointing.
Minusy: Male agent at boarding rude. Aircraft dark and dingy. WiFi not working. Many lights not working. Majority of TV screens not working and “misfiring”, flashing throughout the whole flight gave me headache and hurt my eyes.
Minusy: vegetarian dish was very poor. main dish was ok but quite small, the light dish (breakfast?) was just a piece of bread, might as well not serve anything. Entertainment was very poor, limited selection of movies and very silly tv shows.

Plusy: 3-3-3 layout in economy on the United 777 I was on meant I wasn't cramped for space. WiFi worked well for a significant amount of the time I used it.

Treatment is horrible, the people at the front desks are rude to everyone and they treat customers in a very unfair way and rude condescending manner and threatened me and another two not to allow us to get on the flight because of their “sudden rules change”.

Minusy: Aircraft entertainment screens were not working at all at a lot of seats. Airbus 330-300 was dated and the cabin amenities were in disrepair. But overall the flight satisfied everything that was needed!

Minusy: No proper food service. Even to the passenger of Amsterdam no dinner was served. No inflight service. It looks like domestic flight. I will think twice to travel by KLM. The check-in staff at counter was absolutely arrogant. Staff ar boarding gate was nice.
