On time flights and all services were fine except two of our four bags were lost. We have medical equipment in one and hope they find them soon. Currently, we have received no update or information.
The flight was too short to have food and entertainment. Otherwise excellent.
I was flying with 2 older children and would appreciate if we had window row sits ,and not be seated near screeming toddlers. Sandwich was terrible.

I was not able to take the return trip back to Boston as scheduled. The first part was the flight from Warsaw to Munich with the departure time 1:15 pm on July 24. When I arrived at Chopin airport in Warsaw I learned that the departure time was changed to 9:15 am. I have not received any notification about the change of the departure time. I had to change my travel plans which could have been easily avoided if I were informed about the change. I used to have respect for the excellent service Lufthansa was providing. Lufthansa proved not to be the same reliable air line anymore. Lufthansa also managed to lose my suitcase. Very disappointed with the level of Lufthansa service.

Lufthansa keeps dropping quality of service. The food is just awful and I noticed other passengers also skipped the meals. They used Boeings before now just Airbus that feel old and are as comfortable as a bus. However Lufthansa seem to be the cheapest option so I should not complain.

Everyone boarded and then we sat for well over an hour with occasional updates from crew that the airport was slow loading luggage. It's hard to believe the airline or airport are serious about COVID prevention when they deliberately leave customers in crowded conditions. First international flight I've had where passengers were charged for beer, wine, and even water.

But when the plane was boarding, I went to the man at the desk and asked if the plane was full. He informed me that it was not, and that I could pay roughly $300 for economy plus, or $1000 for business class. Online, I was ALLOWED to bid $200 for the economy plus seat. If they are going to reject this offer and then have the seat fly empty, they are a bunch of dicks. They had a chance for me to be a happier customer and to make more money. Now they lost both. What was also terrible is that when I family with an infant was moved up a few seats, I suggested to the lady next to me who wanted the newly vacant aisle seat that she ask the flight attendant for it. The flight attendant said it was fine. As the lady sitting next to me went to her her new seat, and old man from a few rows up took it. Another flight attendant had promised it to him. So, now the two of us are crammed, she's pissed that the seat she said she could have she couldn't, and I'm there like "My god, they wouldn't even take my money to let me have a nicer, EMPTY, seat." Poor communication, poorly run. Try another airline."

Crew served meal 2.5 hours into 9 hour flight and about an hour after complimentary drink. My can of Coke was well gone when the mediocre dinner arrived and I got an earful for daring to ask for another one. It finally arrived after dinner with the creditcard machine etc. Yes, it was $4.00. I passed. As the coffee service was in full swing."

When the Danish government has repatedly bailed out SAS, it would make a lot more sense for everyone involved to have higher quality Danish products on board for the meals, especially for such things as dairy products."

I have flown with many airlines, and I cannot imagine it is ever "normal" policy to tell people they have been downgraded to standby until just before the flight. So much anxiety. Also, the flight was delayed, and the crew had no communication about gates or any other information (within their OWN AIRLINE) for those with connecting flights."

American Airlines is the worst company to fly with! I will not fly with them again. The flight attendants are rude. The food is nasty. Every time I have flown with AA I have had issues. We was 40 minutes late for departure when we was done with boarding we had to wait for the plane to get more fuel. After all of that we finally try to depart and 1 engine wouldn’t start. Eventually everything was sorted and we was able to take off. Upon my arrival to my destination I find that my bag was out on a different plane and was not gonna show up until the following day. This caused me to miss 1 day of hunting on a 5 day hunt. American Airlines sucks!!

The power outlets did not work at all, the wifi was spotty, there are no TVs, and the seats are way too narrow. As a positive, we did get in pretty much on-time.

American didn't do anything to help other than offer a "discount" of about $10 off of over $100/night hotel rooms in the Philadelphia area to sleep overnight in Philadelphia. This was absolutely lousy customer service by American, and will definitely make me avoid American Airlines in the future."

I do not know why didn't wait for us considering there were 8 others that also missed the connecting flight. We had to fly to Denver and stay overnight with no luggage and catch a 7:00am flight to Chicago. The last surprise I received was my damaged bag when I got back to Chicago. Thank you for making this trip memorable in a terrible way. I will never book or recommend Kayak or use American Airlines again."

Terrible!!! My 1hr connection turned to 11 mins and the gate agent closed the flight so I missed it. Thankfully the kind agent to a Rochester flight, leaving 20 mins later got me on that flight. The airlines need to do a better managing this in this environment where flights are reduced and fewer options. They know we are coming and holding a flight for 5 mins especially when it is the last flight of the day to a destination.
Over flight was ok it just sucked you had to download the United app to order food and beer and to watch movies and it would have been great probably if the app downloaded but it didn’t so it sucked not sure of the app was down or too many people trying to download it or what but other then that it was ok the seats weren’t too comfortable but I reckon that’s too be expected only my second time flying the first time none of my flights where on time but this go around they where on time with everything.

I have flown multiple airlines but the United is by far the worst airline in terms of service, customer support and airplane quality."

Minusy: "The flight coming in was late and caused my connections to change. I am not able to arrive in Eugene until AT LEAST 5 hours later then first scheduled."

Minusy: "Waited for late connecting flights almost 40 minutes (15-20 people). First class seats were like bricks - lower cushions need upgrade or replacement. Very hard landing including a good pavement “bounce”. Not what I would consider first class accomodations all around. 3 different baggage claim turnstiles until they finally got it right."
Minusy: "Spent 5 hours in the airport only to be cancelled at the last minute WITH NO OPTIONS to get home. They stranded us. Won't fly United EVER AGAIN."
Minusy: "Flight was delayed, missed my connection"
Minusy: "Such a downgrade from other airlines! Awful! They board backwards. Usually the back seats board on the plane after the special needs people. Makes more sense, people are out of the way. My water was poured into a cup from a big water battle. I like how Jetblue gives me a personal water bottle and a variety of snack option. I was given a "snack mix" on this flight which was not good. I hated this flight and there were NO televisions, or usb ports to charge phones. Never again. They didn't even have enough room for carry on bags for everyone. Thank god I packed light and didn't need to use that option. Good to know United Airlines has crappy everything."
Minusy: "Flight was cancelled. Waited on phone twice for 45 plus minutes to find alternate flight."
Plusy: "The flight was delay by 2.5 hrs"

Minusy: "Disorganized boarding. Changed gate without notifying anyone. Running around trying to catch connection with very little time."
Plusy: "The attendant on this flight was very nice. many times and to get on a flight with United the attendants seem like they don't want to be there and they don't want you to be there. But this man was genuinely joyful to each customer."
Minusy: "The boarding process was ridiculous having five flights leaving out of one gate in five minute increments is very confusing this could definitely be better organized"
Minusy: "Flight was delayed two hours because they were waiting on an aircraft, which happens but no one to the time to explain or apologize even when asked. An apology goes a long way when you are stuck in an airport with every restaurant closing and you're hungry and tired. Definitely only flying delta or southwest from now on."
Plusy: "I had nice people sitting beside me. Not too bumpy."
Minusy: "Kind of cramped. Too many screaming babies. A lot of traffic to the restroom. Couldn't put up the arm rest on the window side."
Minusy: "Male attendant is very poor"
Plusy: "Flights were early in departure and arrival. New plane returning from Houston so a big thank you!!"
Plusy: "I didn't like much. The employees were great and that's about it!"
Minusy: "I've only flown with United for four flights. And of those four flights they have been delayed for three of them. To be specific about this flight, straight off the bat the flight was late due to a late arriving plane.. Understandable. Then to top it off they had no pilot. So then the 1.5 hour delay has now turned into a four hour wait. But I'm still waiting for the flight so the wait could be even longer yet. The airline should consider refunding everyone's money on this flight. An hour delay is one thing, but four hours is uncalled for. Never flying with United again."
Minusy: "My connecting flight from IAD to BUF was cancelled due to aircraft maintenance; huge inconvenience. My checked luggage was lost and the rebooked flight had another layover. Not impressed with United."

Minusy: "Seats unbelievably uncomfortable Delayed flight-as always change fees even if there are open seats RIDICULOUS takes forever to get even a glass of water on a 6 HOUR FLIGHT expensive for no reason at all."

Minusy: "They overbooked the flight. I bought my ticket 3 months in advance but I was not given a seat until moments before the flight. Terrible. Never again with this airline."
Plusy: "A little snack going with the beverage service. The wifi was cheaper than Air Canada's."
Minusy: "Minimum legroom, entertainment system is not on demand and u have to pay for that...Wifi is way slower than the one on Air Canada. Also, boarding was very chaotic and the gate agent seems really not wanna work there."
Minusy: "Flight was more than an hour late. My bags came back in terrible shape. One of them got torn"
Plusy: "Left promptly on schedule and arrived on time."
Minusy: "Crew cordial but not friendly. Refreshments: I asked for water...flight attendant never asked if I wanted ice and she gave me room temperature water........"
Plusy: "United doesn't care about customers, It was nothing to like about this flight over four hours late, the flight went to it's destination and came back, seems like every other United flight was canceled, Dora huge line about 2 to 3 hours long to get you an agent, there were no hotels available, slept in the airport"
Minusy: "Flight over four hours late, had to sleep in the airport on the chairs, because there was no hotels left, United didn't offer anything, I'm really displeased with them"
Minusy: "There were parts of this trip that were out of your control- for instance, the weather. Most people are very understanding of the fact that flights were cancelled or delayed because of this, but members of the UA were short with customers, making unprofessional facial expressions at people who were stressed out because they were trying to reach their destinations, and some staff was even ignoring customers in a long line to have personal conversations with one another or texting on their cell phone."

Minusy: "Very small carry-on baggage capacity. Had to surrender in jetway."
Plusy: "The flights were all on time, we had no problem getting through TSA, despite the fact that the airport tonight open until 4 AM for our 530 departure from Lafayette, Louisiana . United agents were there to get us through quickly at 4:15 AM. Because we were being met in Managua at noon and moving in with families that afternoon, there was a little margin for error."
Minusy: "There was nothing not to like."
