Minusy: "I asked when i got my ticket for a window seat and he said he gave me one but he did not in the two flights I got. I requested the crew for a window seat if possible since I had been feelin nauseated, it did not help that the guy sitting next to me had a really bad breat and smelled bad. They offered me a sit in the middle of the plane, that did not work well because I was feeling sick, being in between a big guy and a bigger lady was not going to help at all. There was an older crew member and she seemed to be kinda discussed with the trash even though she was using gloves. Food was ok but not the best. To top it off I told them that the headphones connection wasn’t working and they only brought me a pair of new headphones. I tried mine and they didn’t worked, so the whole 8 hrs of flight I was watching movies with sound only from on side. They didn’t even bother, I guess cuz I am economy? Not sure I did see some free chairs in the lanes between economy and first class but they didn’t even suggested that so I decided to suck it up and sit on my assigned chair. The bathrooms where dirty and smelled reaaally bad from the beginning that really was disgusting to be honest. I can let go many things but not that. I had to help the passenger sitting next to me cuz he didn’t know how to do anything and didn’t speak English, he was an older man, with signs I was able to show him how an airplane works. I never complain about flights but this one was tooo many little things. Oh and what about an international flight where I have to pay for a second bag! Really? I did it on my way to Europe and I thought I payed both and then I had to do it again. Whatever money I thought I could save was a lie because I ended up paying a lot more adding the bags and additional transportation for home based on the airports. I am not satisfied at all with the flight experience"

More leg-room than United, but still a bit crowded for tall people. VERY BAD DESIGN of arm-rests, which do not go up all the way into the seat but instead jut out at an angle."

Im 1.75cm (medium) and I felt squeesed and very unconfitable not like in Lufthansa airplane flying from Newark to Dussldorf. (Flight only 6:15min) In addition, when front passenger moved his seat back on me I had a lot of difficulties with getting in and out of my seaat."

Minusy: "On the flight to Zurich the passenger behind me gave me a difficult time about reclining my seat back but keep in mind he had his reclined. Coming back to Newark the gentleman behind my boyfriend made a comment how he didn't have room due to his seat being reclined. The passenger next to us was arguing with the passenger in front of her because she didn't want that person to recline their seat back. I have never experienced such rude people on a flight and I realize this is beyond your control. It made for a very uncomfortable and stressful flight. Maybe signs can be posted or a message when booking your flight that ALL passengers have a right to recline seats and if space is an issue for your comfort then upgrade to business class for more room."

The food is really good, they are generous with drinks and the crew is really friendly and smiling! Would take this flight again without any reservations in future!"
Plusy: "I was supposed to visit my father who was just put in a nursing home for a few days and the day of my flight I received an email from Swiss that they had rebooked me for the next day! So frustrating! The trip would have gotten so short that it wasn't worth it so I had to reschedule it 6 weeks out. It got my dad really upset! Thank god his health is stable at the moment."

We ended up in an airport hotel where we caught four hours' sleep before returning to the airport. Newark airport is the worst I've ever experienced. Getting our passports stamped took more than an hour. There were five officials there to clear five or six hundred U.S. passport holders. Then, the TSA people were rude, inefficient, and achingly slow. Overall, it was a horrible experience."

W danych pasażera wpisano mi nazwę firmy , i nie było możliwości to poprawić , więc w ogóle nie wpuszczono mnie na pokład samolotu i bilet przepadł za prawie 2000 zł , , ale będę do was pisała skargę Zaznaczam ,że nie pierwszy raz kupuję bilet przez internet i nie pierwszy raz lęcę samolotem , Uważam ,że błąd ten leży po waszej stronie , prosiłam o wystawienie FV na firmę, a nie o wpisywanie danych firmy jako pasażera , Pasażerem była Urszula Kaczmarczyk, Wasz błąd drogo mnie kosztował , musiałam zakupić kolejny nowy bilet za 3340 zł , wydałam na bilet grubo ponad 5 tys do Szwecji z wyrazami szacunku Urszula Kaczmarczyk

Minusy: "I paid $123 for the flight and than I was profiled by the attended and forced to pay $85 to check in my carry on as a baggage. My carry on fit in the display model, it was 1/2 inch showing because of the handle and I was forced to pay an extra $85! Almost as much as my flight costed. When I was boarding the plane I saw several people with carry on baggage that were wider and longer than mine. I will never fly thru British Airways or book thru Kayak.com again. When I get back to my country I will file every complaint I can thru google and social media. I never felt so disrespected and ripped off!"

Minusy: "I would avoid flying into Newark internationally if I have the option next time. Besides from the obvious that the airport is outdated, it is totally understaffed. There were about a staff of four directing international travelers at Passport Control and they were impolite which created a stressful and unwelcoming experience. The second issue I experienced was at baggage claim. Due to some issue I didn’t personally experienced, non-US passport holders experienced major delays entering the country. This resulted in hundreds of luggage that were left unclaimed from a previous flight still on the carousel. There was only two airport staff at this area so people from the BA flight had to take these the bags off the carousel inorder to make space for our flights bags to fit. It’s was totally chaotic and easily avoidable if there were more airport staff managing this area. This international airport is a national embarrassment, and if you’re a foreign traveler, I would highly discourage you from flying into Newark."

The airline should have not have that tight a connection knowing all the screening that must be done to board the next flight. We were held up at every entry point, not told what to expect and thus had to prepare for screening on the fly, while hoping our plane would wait for us, which it did and the many people who boarded after us. Entertainment system was slow and non-responsive and my husband's had to be reset to even start to work. One bag left behind, but delivered promptly within days of arrival"

Minusy: "Customer service was terrible. The flight was overbooked and everyone was treating me as if it were MY fault the plane was oversold and I didn't have a seat. No apologies, no sympathy. It was as if they were doing me a favor by trying to get me on the flight. I had to wait it 4 long lines to get it taken care of and the people working the floor of the check-in area kept directing me to the wrong places. Purchasing a plane ticket on your airline for a specific should be enough to guarantee a seat on a plane. It's absurd that I spent 900 for a ticket and that doesn't guarantee me that I'll be on the flight."
Plusy: "The crew was fantastic and professional, accommodating and very attentive. The seats were comfortable and the flight itself was smooth."
Minusy: "The food was not particularly good, I imagine a better class of ticket would improve the food experience. Then again, one does not fly for the food!"

Minusy: "Again because I was not allow to choose a better sit or buy an upgrade it was so fustrated!!"
Minusy: "upon existing the airline, we were instructed to go to a certain gate, which ended up being the wrong gate and by the time we discovered that we were at the wrong place, we missed the flight! British Airways was unhelpful, not compassionate and completely oblivious to their own mistake! I had to purchase a new flight home and was stuck in the airport for over 6 hours! not to mention that they told us the air craft was smaller than the originally scheduled craft so they made us check everything including our carry ons. Thankfully I didn't need any of my medication. This was absolutely the WORST flight home!"

Minusy: "The metal boxes below the seats mean that the little space allowed to a person is now all the more clipped. My backpack wouldn't even fit under the seat. My knees are already pressed up against the chair in front of me, now there's nowhere for me to stuff my feet even."
Plusy: "The variety of in-flight entertainment options. The headrests. The staff was particularly helpful and courteous."
Plusy: "Food) wine, entertainment, spacious, comfy seats (coach). Despite being in tbe middle seat I slept well."
Minusy: "Flight attendants are obsessive about rules- they will wake you to put on your seatbelt or bring up your seat 40+ minutes before landing. But very polite."
Plusy: "There was nothing to like except for the customer service skills of the cabin supervisor who profusely apologised for BA."
Minusy: "At the airport, we were told that we did not have seats together as te flight was oversold. Strange as we had a six year old traveling with us. After much discussion, they gave two seats in the economy plus for me and the child but down graded child's mom to economy. We were told that someone from BA will contact us but it has been 10 days and no call or email. BA doesn't care and is just like all other airlines."

Minusy: "I would not use Kayak again. Went though some noname ticketed named webjets. Called multiple times and could not get anyone who spoke proper english. Due to the fact that you did not buy the ticket direct BA customer service could not assist us"

Minusy: "1. BA said I couldn't get a seat before 24 hrs before. Then when I tried to get a seat assignment I was told (by email) to contact Aer Lingus. Aer Lingus said that I should have called before 24 hrs before, and that seats were now in control of the gate (this still 22 hrs before flight time). Total lack of coordination. 2. At check-in I was first told that my bag was too big for carry-on, although BA had accepted it. I shrunk it down. Then I was told it weighed too much at 15 kg. When I asked why BA accepted the weight I was told BA's weight limit was different. 3. Net net, if BA is "arranging" the flight through a code-share it should have responsibility for insuring I am treated like a BA customer. Aer Lingus' customer treatment leads much to be desired."

Minusy: "No free alcoholic drinks. Seats are barely up to international standard - narrow, as is the aisle. Very poor quality food."

Minusy: "Website didn't work for online checkin. Flight only half full but somehow I was assigned to the coldest seat on the plane with an exit door obstructing legroom. Toilets were out of order and only one was available for most of an eight-hour flight. Airline charged for drinks. Food (chicken stew in a brown gravy?) was repellant. Entertainment choices dated and uninteresting. Luggage lost, with one agent available to slowly help more than 30 people. Luggage missing for over 24 hours. No response from airline. Enough."
Minusy: "Lost luggage for 25% of the flight. They say this happens often. spent 3 hours at the airport filing a claim. I hope I see my suit case again"
Minusy: "My flight was changed from Newark to JFK Which cost me more. I called AA to credit me and they Did not"
Plusy: "Food and entertainment were good."
Minusy: "Abysmal leg room."
Minusy: "Ancient plane. Worn and uncomfortable business class seats. iPad for entertainment was a joke - you balance it on the skeletal remains of what had been the video monitor. Cabin crew literally disappeared after "meal" service. I had to "disturb" them from under blankets playing Candy Crush to get a drink during this 7 1/2 hour flight. I usually fly Virgin, but for some reason this was cheaper this time - I will never fly BA/Open Skies again."
Minusy: "I paid to upgrade to the exit row because I am 6 feet 5 inches tall after boarding they informed me that I could not sit in that seat because I needed a seat belt extender they made me move to a regular seat that was so tight that my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me coming back was the same the man next to me was 6 feet tall and he had no room also boarding was mass confusion as they have boarding from the front and rear simultaneously with no instructions so people had to shove past each other all in all I will never fly them again"
Minusy: "I paid additional money for 3 seats together, when I got to check in I was told I cannot do that. I had to sit separately from my children. I was sat next to an obese man. I kindly asked the flight attendant if I can take empty seat across the aisle from me and was told no without a reason. I thought we were doing social distance ,but apparently not. As for there earlier claim of no 3 seats available next to each other .. it was obviously a lie because the seats just across from me where empty. I hope not to fly on American Airlines again."

Either they should have left both and let me deal with it OR send me on a flight."

Minusy: "They seem to have a lot of technical issues. The flight to my destination was cancelled about 8 hours prior to the flight due to maintenance issues with the plane. The computer system at the airport crashed on the return flight and caused a long delay. I won’t fly AA again."
Minusy: "The flight attendant closed all the overhead bin doors...even though there was room in them and she INDICATED as much...so why did she close them DURING the ongoing boarding process. Very strange and very dumb!"

Minusy: "The flight had no pilot assigned to the flight yet the attendants still boarded us. Then we waited on the plane for an hour before exiting the plane. The attendants gave us little information on flight alternatives and when the flight was finally allowed to board again, they did not announce it and so had I not been waiting close by, I would have missed my flight. It was extremely disappointing but not shocking with all the scandals that have occurred this year with American Airlines. I do not recommend flying with them."

I said forget about it, to pay 75 dlls for a change of ticket and you make me wait till the end to give me seat u want, forget it, I know this is stand by ticket but I dont like the attitude of the people, they dont help you at all really bad service you should learn from other airlines giving at least if you are delayed an apology and sometimes miles reward, not just food... Thanks for the SERVICE (i dont flight with you no more, even though cheap flights, but cheap things are expensive)"

Minusy: "Each seat doesn't have its own screen. Plane feels older than JetBlue by a lot. First checked bag is not free like JetBlue. WiFi is another additional charge. Overall cost was significantly higher than JetBlue for less value."

Then you wouldn't have to threaten your customers to store their small bags under the seat. Then I would have room for my feet under the seat. When I would have been comfortable. I also wouldn't have to annoy my neighbor with trying to move and get comfortable. But instead the exact opposite happened and I'm offended you guys have America anywhere near your name."
