Minusy: "lastminute.com was completely unhelpful in assisting with any changes to my itinerary. They repeatedly provided me with incorrect information that sent me on a wild goose chase."

Minusy: "The connecting flight departed before the first flight landed. Then I was given the wrong information of gate departure by airport personnel. After running like crazy to find this gate for departure, the plane had already departed before we even landed. There wasn’t anyone around to help, and finally I found an airport worker who gave me the same incorrect information. She was as perplexed as was I. Finally, she directed me to the information booth where I was booked in a flight the next day. The food voucher was insufficient to cover dinner, i had to pay out of my pocket but I was frugal given the financial situation. The taxi service personnel were rude and it took a long time to taxi me to the hotel where I am unable to sleep because I have an early morning g departure. All in all, between the airport delays getting me to the hotel, lack of proper food and treatment by personnel, I am exhausted and lost sleep in the process."

And everytime one them passes by, they will knock me awake. I was extremely tired and tried hard to sleep yet they kept waking me up every time one of them passes by, no matter how skinny they were! Totally unprofessional."

Because of this, I missed my connecting flight in Zurich. Apparently hundreds of other passengers were in a similar situation, because I spent the next 6.5 hours standing in line to getting my new itinerary and hotel vouchers."

Food quality was poor as well. during booking there was not an option to indicate dietary requirements either. not impressed with austrian air overall."

Minusy: "While going to the gate G11 at Vienna airprt, i slipped infront of the gate in presence of 3 male austrian airways staff who were checking there. After i got up i requested if i could get some water and they said they cannot. Finally a co passenger gave me her bottle of water. I ended up actually breaking my leg"
Minusy: "Our flight was delayed by three hours due to “technical problems“. We were never updated during the weight and when we were told that the flight was canceled everyone was told to go back to the ticketing area to pick up their luggage and to find other options. When we were almost halfway there we were told to turn around and that the flight in fact was not canceled. The food was mediocre at best in the service on the plane was in adequate. They were understaffed and staff to peer to be stressed and fatigued. The seats were small and cramped and not well padded in the economy section. We are going to be flying on Lufthansa in the spring and will hope that their services are better than what we experienced on Austrian air."

My carry-on weighed 8 kg, like is required by the rules. While boarding my flight, the woman at the counter told me my bag had to be checked because there were too many carry-ons on the flight. I asked her that I keep my bag because I had medication in there, and she didn't listen to me at all. She just kept repeating that i have to check my bag, and then took my bag from me and gave it to the baggage crew there. I didn't want to make a huge scene because the flight is only 2 hours and I hoped i Could deal without my medication during that time, but I found it incredibly, incredibly rude and awful to not listen to a passenger."

Sleep would be possible if there were enough room to rest one's head on the tray in front of the seat. This is impossible if the person in front of one's seat has reclined his or her seat. Thus, sleep is totally impossible on this aircraft. The sinks in the bathrooms also need to be deeper and need to drain more quickly."

Plusy: "The only positive aspect about this experience was the crew on board the plane. They were pleasant and efficient."
Minusy: "The true cost of this ticket was extremely poorly communicated. The baggage policy was not clear when I purchased my ticket, and I was charged an additional 30 Euros upon boarding to check a bag that met the carry-on size requirements (I had looked this up ahead of time), but because it was in addition to my purse (which fit under the seat), I was forced to pay to check it. Had I been aware that this ticket only permitted a purse-sized carry-on when purchasing the ticket, I would have selected a different ticket/carrier entirely. What was even more confusing was that I had flown on a similar ticket from London to Vienna, and didn't have any issue bringing a carry-on and a purse, so of course I was surprised when they told me I had to pay an additional 30Euro for the same two bags! When I tried to explain this to the agent, she argued with me and was very unhelpful. Overall, a very negative experience on Austrian Air. I will not be returning."

Need better maintenance."

Minusy: "Checking in on-line was not very "user friendly". Our aircraft had to be replaced causing a 2 hour delay, part of which was an ATC sequencing delay. The 50 minute ATC delay couldn't be controlled by LH, but the original equipment replacement was at the bottom of the overall delay. My "A" window seat in economy had significantly reduce foot space due to a metal box installed in the space. The seat was not particularly well designed, but it's economy so you get what you get. The food was average at best."

Had to change airlines and they assured me my luggage would follow me. It did not!!!! Too many security checks, switching from place to place and being herded like cattle was not too pleasant. Security people were rude and very busy talking to each other to tend to their jobs. One person would tell you to do something and the next person would give you completely different direction. They were arguing amongst themselves and not paying attention to one of the most important things.....customers."
Minusy: "On AA flight there were two small children running up and down the airplane most of the flight. Very disturbing and no one could rest. They were playing chase, hitting everyone's seat, and screaming at each other quite a bit. Parents obviously did not discipline them at all. After waiting in the airport for a completely different flight and not know what to expect this flight was not a pleasant one. American Airlines had overbooked the flight and they were begging people to give up their seats. They had a weight problem due to fuel amount and when we were approaching DFW we were diverted to Houston because we did not have enough fuel to stay in a holding pattern. We sat on the tarmac for a couple of hours, refueled, several people got off the plane in Houston in order to make connecting flights and then we FINALLY flew back to Dallas"

Lot był rezerwowany na godzinę 16:25. Nikt nie poinformował nawet o odwołaniu tego lotu. Dowiedziałem się dopiero po telefonie do linii lotniczych kiedy to postanowiłem zadzwonić, bo nie mogłem się odmeldować online kilka godzin przed podróżą na lotnisko... Przez co z lotniska do domu wróciliśmy nad ranem, a plany były wrócić za widoku dnia poprzedniego... Brak szacunku do klienta i jawna kpina ze strony KLM

Wylot opóźniony o ponad godzinę bez podania przyczyn. Walizka nie doleciała. Odbiór,gdy dotarła tylko z lotniska, nie dostarczają do hotelu. KLM przesyłał mi informacje po holendersku zamiast po angielsku.

Plusy: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Minusy: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Complete ineptitude of staff dealing with overhead luggage resulted in an HOUR delay!!!

The original flight was cancelled and were unable to connect to the SAS flight. There is NO SAS customer service on the weekends. Unbelievable. Now we are getting the run around on receiving a refund.

Packed, cheap, no free water, only coffee.

They let us board without checking our documents. We thought we had everything but then when we got to the stockholm airport, the immigration office wouldn't let us pass and we've been stuck here, unable to leave, we've missed our connection as well. The document that was invalid was our US vaccine certificate (Moderna, double vaccinated by May 2021). The Swedish government doesn't see it as valid. So SAS should have stopped us from boarding the flight when they checked our vaccine card at the New York airport. Horrible experience.

Plusy: "This is obviously a very well-run airline. Boarding was efficient, the crew were warm and professional, and the overall feel of the aircraft was very Scandinavian-cool. I was most impressed with the meal service. We were served twice on our 9 hour flight, and both meals were hot, healthy, and the best I’ve had during a flight. The passenger in front of us was having a hard time with her sinuses, and the flight attendant (whose name I wish we had gotten) was very attentive and concerned for the comfort and well-being of the passenger. She insisted on doing anything she could to alleviate the woman’s difficulty. It is clear that the crew care about the passengers’ experience."
Minusy: "We were unable to sleep at all during our overnight flight and landed pretty exhausted. Our seats were comfortable (complete with a moldable headrest to keep your head from bobbing around) but we felt too upright to fall asleep. The passenger in front of us reclined, but we were concerned about reclining into the already tight space of the passenger behind us. So we weren’t able to sleep, despite trying to get comfortable/somewhat horizontal. It seemed to be a mixed bag of asleep and awake passengers on the flight, so some people were unaffected by this issue."

I wish we got a crew that wasnt so insecure and cared more about providing a good service instead of caring so much over their appearance. I rather have good efficient staff what they look like doesnt matter to me."

Podczas lotu zabrakło napojów, stewardesy bywają opryskliwe.

Nowiutki samolot, płynny lot, super system rozrywki na pokładzie (filmy itp na telefonie / tablecie pasażera), b.przyjemna przekąska, napoje i ciastka. Dawno nie latałem LOTem, było miłe zaskoczenie.

Uprzejma obsługa.

Załoga ściga o maski choć mam orzeczenie z sądu, że nie muszę nosić. To jest dopiero chore!
