Would probably not be an issue in upper class. - No comment on entertainment as did not use it."

Shortly after take-off, our calm and comfortable more or less empty section of the aircraft was colonised by an extended family of Orthodox Jews in a kind of airborne West Bank situation. They weren’t in our section of the cabin at all to start with, and I don’t know why they were apparently able to get a free upgrade that I had to pay £100 for. We went from being in an almost empty cabin to being basically sat in the middle of an Orthodox Jewish kindergarten. It was awful! They were noisy, messy, were constantly getting in and out of their seats, the back of my seat kept getting kicked, and there was even a baby crawling around the aisle. We were surrounded. I have no idea whether this is characteristic of Orthodox Jewish family life, or just a completely inconsiderate family. They didn’t exactly ruin my flight, but they didn’t make it enjoyable either. I asked to be moved. The cabin crew were great and acknowledged the difficulty of the situation. My wife lost her window seat but at least we still had the legroom and peace and quiet."
Minusy: "Incredibly uncomfortable, not enough minimum space to fit my knees behind seat in front when front passenger reclined. 6 hours is too long to have a metal rod sticking straight into your knee caps. Shoulders were squished between other passengers and had to sit twisted the whole way and Im not a large person, but am 6ft. Cabin crew impolite and unhelpful. Food was awful and made my friend sick."

The leg room was so tight that I could not pick up things off the floor without putting my head in the next persons lap. Though the cabin crew were smiley and friendly, it was hard to get their attention when needed. The PA system is much louder than the entertainment, so announcements were ear bursting. The dinner selections ran out early, so a good proportion did not get their choice."

Minusy: "flights all on Delta - about one a week for 3 months straight - and yet when Delta cancelled my flight and re-booked they did not give me any upgrade or loyalty as I saw it - I had paid extra for Delta Comfort and they told me the flight they re-booked me on simply did not have any comfort available. However, I was not the one canceling the flight and re-booking - that is their problem and after so much loyalty for years I feel like I should have gotten some kind of upgrade for free...If I have to cancel - I have to pay fees - but if they cancel - I lose ...despite being a very loyal SkyMiles customer. I am quite disillusioned with Delta now and will have to look around to see what other airlines there are now - and my entire family - and what kind of loyalty they give to their loyal customers. It needs to be a two-way"

Minusy: "I booked KLM flights (Cork - Tampa return) but the planes were in fact Aer Lingus and Delta. So I have no idea what KLM is like. When I checked in at Cork the ground staff could only give me a boarding card for the first flight. For the second one she said I would have to go to the Delta counter in Amsterdam. It was difficult to find a counter there or staff as check-in was all by computer. The computer kept saying 'error' when I put in my code. I eventually was directed to a KLM desk (nicely hidden). I was told that my seat no longer existed. At this point the flight was ready to board. Thankfully the KLM ground staff were extremely helpful and reassuring and upgraded my ticket to economy comfort. On the way back, I could only get a boarding card for my first flight. The second two I had to collect at the boarding gate of the second flight."

Flight delayed an hour then cancelled due to control panel failure. 10pm flight became 12am bus (and originally told it was 11.15pm bus which was "stuck in traffic" when google map traffic was all green). Got back to SD 4 hours after scheduled time."

Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Totally unacceptable behaviour."

Minusy: "Muslim meal does not mean all Muslims eat curry. It’s rediculous that we cant have a decent English breakfast instead you get curry or some form of curry for breakfast, lunch and supper. Your so called Muslim meals are not suitable for kids!! There is no such thing as a Muslim meal either. It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc. Also I requested help with transfer to my last flight which was horrendous because I’m one adult with 4 kids ages 1 to 11 and my eldest has sever learning disability. I nearly missed my flight because our flight landed late and I was struggling to keep my kids safe and together while running for the next flight. Somone should have been there to help with transfer."
Plusy: "Everything. The staff were absolutely lovely, the brand new fit out of the 777 is excellent and modern, the entertainment was great as was the food. Overrall really impressed."

Minusy: "Lufthansa's narrowbodies have one of the most uncomfortable seats in the sky. These slimline seats are built with a central beam running vertically along the midline of the seat, making it very uncomfortable with your spine."

The random boarding went surprisingly well, although I'd prefer the more structured version. Until there is bread, butter and cheese, I am fine with the bland food."

This is not Lufthansa's fault but considering how important Frankfurt is, you would think the airlines would say something. The flight was late. There were no proper queues for boarding. Everone was mixed up, business, gold card, economy, and only one person doing the chekcing of boarding passes. It was not the best process."

Minusy: "To whom it may concern I had booked flight from Casablanca to Chicago via Frankfurt , on May 6th , by Lufthansa, two hours before the flight , at the counter in CMN , they notified me , that the flight , is over booked , and I can’t catch this flight , and they offered me different difficult options, , till the flight boarded , they offered me one of the most inconvenient flights , and reward me some amount , in this case : I missed my flight which accordingly , lose my appointment , and lose my business. I frustrated with this decision at late hours . I asked full consideration of all the difficulty situation and the turbles they put me ."
