Got on the hotel’s shuttle bus and the driver announced that HoJo was full and all voucher holders would go to Rodeway Inn but those without vouchers would go to HoJo....huh!?? Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

Unfortunately, our seats on our original connection were released so when we arrived at our gate our only option was to split up and take middle seats - even though we had paid over $100 ea. for upgrades. She had no basis for saying we were great and as we didn't have a relationship other than ordering drinks she had no basis for complaining about her Dallas to us. She would leave it to us that she was being put upon by the customers that she was getting paid to serve. Where the Aeromexico flight attendant genuinely enjoyed serving her customers."

With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

As the arrival was little late, all the passengers have missed their connection flights in Toronto and there was no notification or communication made on the new flight. When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

Minusy: "american airlines does not care about the privacy of their passengers. even after several calls my information wasn't updated correctly and my flight confirmation was passed along to members who weren't even traveling. there was no in flight entertainment and in order to pick seats together i needed to pay extra (i thought i was flying with american not spirit) apparently the only way i can be helped is writing a letter to customer service which they will review within 10 business days. THANKS american for starting a war in my family and ruining my trip. unfortunate the crew is so awesome but the customer service is mortifying, rude, inconsiderate and completely mechanical. i dont ever intend on flying with them again unless necessary."

Having enjoyed five years with Delta - I enjoyed my job and the people. No one seems to like their job now. Shame. Takes even more fun out of flying these days. It's a job - more people - more coffee - more sodas.... Don't LIKE it. . . give someone else the chance to fill that position. Flying Should be Fun. . . it's special!! every time."

Minusy: "For a new plane, seats are very cramped. If you drop an earpiece on the floor, you pull a muscle to retrieve it / or make. Everyone in your row stand up. Decent movies mean a box under the seat cuts into legroom. A cramped, miserable 7 hours for this 6’0 tall American. Staff was as helpful as they could be, but my knees still hurt."
Minusy: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."

My carry on fit in the display model, it was 1/2 inch showing because of the handle and I was forced to pay an extra $85! Almost as much as my flight costed. When I was boarding the plane I saw several people with carry on baggage that were wider and longer than mine. I will never fly thru British Airways or book thru Kayak.com again. When I get back to my country I will file every complaint I can thru google and social media. I never felt so disrespected and ripped off!"

They arbitrarily decide who has to much carry on luggage and force you to check it last minute at the gate while letting others with same size bags take them on the plane. Certainly no better than bargain flights and possibly worse. Why pay extra? No more British Airways for us."

After 15mins waiting here the staff were rude and announced they would be closing. I finally was directed to departures to be told the only option was the same time tomorrow. Terrible journey!"

There is not enough space to use your laptop and when the person in front of you reclines while you are trying to read, not only won't you be able to read but you won't be able to watch a movie either (unless you are very short) since the screen is tilted accordingly."

After running through Heathrow after a delayed connection, we were told 5 min before the flight was scheduled to take off that it would be delayed. The coach seats were some of the smallest I've ever experienced (I fly 2x a month on average). The crew broke wheels off both of our roller bags."

Minusy: "My inflight entertainment system was "flakey". The sound would go on and off. I could not hear the movie, most of the time. The flight attendant gave me a second set of ear phones, but clearly it was the unit of my seat that was broken or intermittently functioning. It made for a very long flight as it was daytime and I could not sleep with the passenger group so active. Ironically, on the BA flight over the book I was listening to on the entertainment system would stop and then now resume where it left off so I had al lot of trouble listening to that one, too. I am not a complainer and the crew was busy with the daily flight activities. I would not rank the over all enjoyment of this flight very highly as that is a long time to be bored. Unfortunately this was my first round trip to London with British Air and I have to say that it did not compare well to the several flights I have has on Virgin Atlantic. My travel mate made the reservations with BA when I had researched and selected VA. I think in the future I would go back to traveling on VA."

This is my third round trip with BA and while the trip home last year I experienced poor customer service from the flight attendant assigned to our side of the plane, both my inbound and home bound flight crews, this time were exemplary. Very kind and caring. The pasta was very good."
Minusy: "The single Halloween size kit-kat bar that we were given as a snack. Was so small that I naturally believed that we could take more than one. I was politely told that the singe 3.5inch twin wafers were all that we were allowed per person. We have a candy jar, in our office and with the extra supply in the supply closet, we would have been able to give everyone at least two. So, my recommendation is if you are flying transatlantic, to stock up at Heathrow for extra food. Also, the seats were very very small. I was lucky and the plane was not sold out, so both flights my seat mate and myself were able to put a seat between each other. I found myself reasoning that for the price of the flight I was paying for transport to England not for comfort."

Minusy: "I paid to upgrade to the exit row because I am 6 feet 5 inches tall after boarding they informed me that I could not sit in that seat because I needed a seat belt extender they made me move to a regular seat that was so tight that my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me coming back was the same the man next to me was 6 feet tall and he had no room also boarding was mass confusion as they have boarding from the front and rear simultaneously with no instructions so people had to shove past each other all in all I will never fly them again"
