Minusy: The aircraft looked new. However the seat widths seemed small. Awkward recline as well. The seats were just not comfortable.

Minusy: Too much nonsense with carry on and check in language. I paid for my seat but they changed it for better balance of the plain. Really I weigh 165 lbs. Once the plane reaches altitude they let me take my seat. However the plane was barely occupied and somebody with closer and took my seat.

Plusy: Amazing crew, great customer service and high level quality plane, despite only 1 hr travel, they served small breakfast and chocolate

Minusy: Despite the fact I bought my tickets with 1 hand luggage + 1 personal item, they forced me to dispatch my hand luggage stating flight was full, I refused and they said they could not allow me to board. Felt my rights violated, I HATE to dispatch luggage... and in the end there was space left on the airplane luggage storage areas. Not nice

Minusy: The man at the back of me was for ever knocking my seat so I was unable to rest / sleep as it was an early morning flight. Even after politely asking him to refrain, he continued.

Minusy: Gate was closed without putting a notice on the boarding.

Minusy: Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked.

Minusy: Norwegian Air operated its international flight like a budget airline. I have never been on a flight where no food or drink was even offered. We had to ask for water 4 times before one of the attendants brought over half a glass. We ended up buying food and drinks since no meals were served the entire way. It is very dangerous to limit the amount of water patrons drink on the flight. Nothing else was provided. Headphones, blanket, pillow were all extra. Lastly, they do not allow online check in for travelers from the USA. As a result, we were forced to pay 80 euro for each checked bag at the counter!!! We will never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again.

Minusy: The operating flight was changed and our seat were downgraded. Given that it was a birthday trip i wanted my fiancée to be as comfortable as possible. Instead she was stuck in a middle seat between two crying babies with no outlets to to charge our phones for entertainment. Additionally I was notified that I cannot be refunded until after the flight has landed. So technically Norwegian still has my money and I paid top dollar for a less than average experience. Unacceptable.

Minusy: Online check in could be available immediately. I don't want to waste long time just for check in when I don't have luggages to pay. You could save time too many people.

Minusy: If I was allowed onto my flight. My previous flight on AirEuropa was overbooked, I didn’t get a seat, and they put me on the next flight out. With the delay I didn’t get to the check in window till approximately 55 minutes before departure. Norwegian wouldn’t even let me check in. They said boarding had already stopped and the flight was closed. Sent me to the sales rep where I was told my only option was to switch to the same flight the following day, but that would cost me an additional 630€. I ended up stuck in Barcelona overnight and found a cheaper flight home with British Airways/American Airlines.

Minusy: delayed departure EXTREMELY LATE LUGGAGE HANDLING IN BRUSSELS, more than 1 hour after arrival for SKI's to be delivered !!

Plusy: nothing really. There were so many rude staff members at this airline. I saw people get yelled at by staff members. They were just trying to get information on the late flights and missed connections. It happened repeatedly. this company has the worst customer service I have seen probably ever.

Minusy: They need to care about their customers and care for their customers better. They have a lot to be ashamed of.

Minusy: Your crew didn't smile. They didn't seem very happy. The food was ok, but different from normal American cuisine. I didn't appreciate the crew's comments to some of my fellow passengers about how they we wouldn't eat the food. I would have liked to have been offered more to drink. Additionally I'm glad the crew is fond of one another, but they were loud and distracting. They were nicer to one another than the people flying. I didn't like being barked at and being given confusing directions regarding exiting the plane. Overall I wasn't impressed and would prefer to not fly with your airline again.

Minusy: Crew climbed over my seat multiple times in order to get their stuff from the overhead bins. Also loud when people were trying to sleep

Plusy: The captain had such a good sense of humour.. he was the most lighthearted captain ever- praise to all crew onboard and also amazing to the passengers.

Minusy: Nothing it was perfect for Ryanair.. always getting better

Plusy: Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room.
