It is very dangerous to limit the amount of water patrons drink on the flight. Nothing else was provided. Headphones, blanket, pillow were all extra. Lastly, they do not allow online check in for travelers from the USA. As a result, we were forced to pay 80 euro for each checked bag at the counter!!! We will never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again."

His list was inaccurate, but we were in the air and I had no wifi to download my receipt and prove it to him. Then they said they would provide a vegan meal, however what they gave me was vegetarian instead and I am allergic to dairy and grapes/wine so I could not eat it. I was very disappointed to see that Norwegian crew members are not well trained on this distinction. Further, all other beverages and meals were denied to me. I sat through a transatlantic flight with only the food and drink that I happened to bring on board myself. At no point did the crew members apologize or acknowledge that it was their mistake. This will be the first and last trip on Norwegian airlines for myself and my friends/ colleagues."

The crew did their part to make sure I didn't miss my connecting flight which was terrific, but my check-in baggage did not make it (I hope it is still in Copenhagen). Normally I wouldn't grade so hard, but my check-in luggage was also mishandled on my connecting flight two weeks ago from Copenhagen to Oslo, causing me to miss my initial Oslo to Tromsø flight and settle for a later one. So two mishandled check-in bags out of six flights over a three-week period is not a good ratio. To be honest, if my baggage appears tomorrow I will be annoyed but not too angry. If not and it's lost, well, I love Norway and Norwegian patience, but conscientiousness is a good thing, and Norwegian or not, carelessness is a bad thing. I hope my luggage arrives tomorrow so I can forgive and forget."

W dobie pandemii, na lotnisku stalem godzine poniewaz wylaczone z uzytku krzesla maja zapewniac bezpieczna odleglosc. W samolocie wirus juz przeciez sie nie rozprzestrzenia. Linie lotnicze staly sie bardzo aroganckie, poprosilem zaloge czy mozemy poprzesiadac sie skoro zostaly wolne miejsca, uslyszalem ze jezeli nie wykupilem miejsca to jest to niemozliwe, a potem slysze przez intercom ze zaloga jest po to zeby sie nami opiekowac. A moze jednak, pilnowac interesu?

Po wejściu do hali odlotów, pomimo elektronicznej odprawy, posiadaniu wydruku z adnotacją Priority i bagażu podręcznego należy się odprawić przy stanowisku nadawania bagaży (kolejka sic !) w celu otrzymania tzw. paper ticket. Oczywiści w moim przypadku nie dodano czerwonej naklejki Priority Boarding !!! Obsługa przy boardingu nie respektuje usługi pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład. Pierwszeństwo jest tylko przy przejściu do hali tuż przed wejściem do busa lotniskowego. Potem już i tak wszyscy jadą wspólnie, więc pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład nie ma. Dodatkowo jeśli zostaniesz skierowany przez kolejnego niekompetentnego pracownika lotniska DWC do niewłaściwego z dwóch autobusów (jeden podjeżdża do przednich schodów, drugi do tylnych) musisz się przeciskać przez cały, pełen pasażerów i bagaży pokład samolotu, ponieważ procedury !!! nie pozwalają przejść do odpowiedniego wejścia, np. tylnego mając miejsca 29. Nigdy więcej Wizzair, którego pracownicy pokładu twierdzą, że odprawa i boarding nie jest zależny od firmy Wizzair. Tylko dlaczego to Wizzair pobiera opłatę za usługi typu Pierwszeństwo wejścia na pokład ?"

The flight leaving 20 minutes ahead of us was still checking people in 30 minutes from their departure time, so truly this was on whoever is managing this airline at this airport. I will never fly with RyanAir again."
