Plusy: The check-in process is a joke! They do everything by paper, couldn’t find my booking, and so made me pay an exorbitant fee, and then wrote by boarding pass with a pen and paper! Unbelievable!
Minusy: Everything.

Plusy: Crew excellent, especially as they dealt with delay due to earlier medical event
Minusy: Not really. Although pushback delayed, arrival was 10 minutes early
Minusy: Get more organised. There is no point checking the passports on the plane door when they have already been checked at the gate, especially when people are waiting in the freezing cold to board the plane.
Plusy: The crew was very friendly, the pilot gave us some interesting information en route.

Minusy: Despite a delay of 1 hour waiting in the aircraft on the tarmac, there was no offer of water to passengers.
Food options were very limited and they couldn’t take payments by cards meaning passengers without cash couldn’t purchase food.
Plusy: We (a family of 5) were late for 5 minutes (literally) to the boarding ... Our flight was at 3.45 PM and were at the gate at 3.20 PM ... We were held up at the Passport Control by the Polish Border Guards at the Passport Control - their computer was down ... My wife cried, my kids cried and asked to be let in on the plane ... Nobody cared to help us ...
Minusy: for RyanAir to be more human and humane and caring ...

Plusy: Nada me gusto del viaje. Desde la espera para abordar hasta el avión y el servicio que ofrecen.
Lo mejor del viaje es haber llegado sano y salvo.
Minusy: Going on time without delay, more staff to avoid long lines
Plusy: The check in was super easy, they attendent was lovely and the flight itself was alright. However, there was a toddler screaming for 30 mins and not member of the crew adressed the issue and talked to the mother ot tried to calm down the kid.
Minusy: They called us to queue up way before they started boarding. We stood there in a long line for almost 40 mins. They could've called right before they actually wanted us to start going in the plane.
Minusy: 30 mintues late
Plusy: I like the assistant she tried to help me at the check in with the extra kilo even though I was a bit stressed and she was too but she need to listen what the costumer says because there was a mistake
Minusy: Make the payment for the extra kilo at the same place at the check in point PLEASE
I can’t spend 1hr and a half on only the baggage check in and if I want to pay for an extra kilo I have to go another place and wait again a looot

Minusy: Obsługa dramat.. Cztery osoby stały cały czas rozmawiając ze sobą z tyłu lub przodu samolotu. Po turbulencjach zapomniały odblokować toaletę ludzie stali dobre 15 minut. Nie reagowały na dzwonek. Obsługa wdawała się w rozmowę z pijanym pasażerem. Dramat!!!

Minusy: Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$.
The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate.
For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time.
Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated

Minusy: Stop charging extra stuff, I payed more money extra apart for my fly, the charged me for the boarding pass €110 and also €50 for the luggage of 10Kg! Such stole company I never in my love will take a flight with this people

Plusy: Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us.
Minusy: Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait.
Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)
Plusy: As it was impossible to confirm that I was on that flight, and I had to book another flight with Tui less that a day before I was due to fly, therefore to like. It was equally impossible to contact Last.minute.comm.
Minusy: It would be have been great to make contact with an actual human being

Minusy: There are no nets on the back of the seat in front of you to put things like water bottles - headphones, books etc.

Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity.
No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Minusy: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.

Minusy: Kayak... I booked a flight from Eindhoven - Alicante AND return!!! But Kayak only talked about the trip to Alicante...

Minusy: The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer.
