Plusy: Italian /Irish air hostess fabulous with annoying customers, bless her she handled everything so well, I would have thrown them off

Minusy: I paid 20 euro each for extra leg room on the way out and we were cramped into a seat across from toilet at the v back so for 4 half hours there was nothing but tits and ass in my face and it was so tight could hardly move that milk spilt all over my good trousers that cost me 160 euro and I can’t get out

Minusy: Gate was closed without putting a notice on the boarding.

Plusy: Not much

Minusy: The CHEAP profiler of a CEO this airline has as its head. As it stands, Ryan isn't worth saving.

Plusy: No it wasn't comfortable, a regular seat.

Minusy: - The crew was in a playful attitude, seems like they were not working at all, took their jobs as a joke - no kind of entertainment at all

Plusy: Nice crew and prompt service

Minusy: Crammed, narrow seats

Plusy: All was Good, no special negatives.

Minusy: There was loud, annoying static over the intercom off and on.

Plusy: Very helpful crew. Quick boarding process.

Minusy: Not much leg room, or space in seats.

Plusy: nothing really. There were so many rude staff members at this airline. I saw people get yelled at by staff members. They were just trying to get information on the late flights and missed connections. It happened repeatedly. this company has the worst customer service I have seen probably ever.

Minusy: They need to care about their customers and care for their customers better. They have a lot to be ashamed of.

Plusy: I had a connection flight which would not be for another 11 hours so I left the airport to get some sleep coming back the same carry-on I have with me now cannot come with me they want me to pay 40euro. In the meantime the flight is 40% empty and plenty of over head and yes is the same size of plane I came in the first place. However the agent was nice after I explain my situation she not charges me.

Minusy: Same airline coming from one place have different methods it’s a bit confusing.

Plusy: The crew was very good. And the flight was on time.

Minusy: The seats cannot recline. They were stiff as a board. Completely uncomfortable! No complimentary drinks, not even watter!?

Plusy: Nothing about this flight/airline was good.

Plusy: Boarding was quick (bus to aircraft and stairs), the ticket was cheap, just your average Ryanair flight!

Plusy: The crew was amazing and helpful. The food was really good and the flight was timely if not early to my destination.

Minusy: Better choice of movies and classical music

Minusy: I requested a vegan vegetarian meal and did not get it. I had to do with the regular meal which had a lot of dairy products to which I am allergic to. The space between rows of seats. It was really crammed in Economy and we are a petite thin family!

Minusy: Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked.

Minusy: The man at the back of me was for ever knocking my seat so I was unable to rest / sleep as it was an early morning flight. Even after politely asking him to refrain, he continued.

Plusy: Nothing about this flight/airline was good.

Minusy: The members at the checkin desk did not speak english well and would not do a required visa check that the website said needed to be done to validate our boarding passes.

Minusy: Didn’t let me cancel due to travel restrictions I’m not even in Europe

Plusy: Bought a seat 3 hours before check in and had a row to myself

Minusy: Excellent Ryanair flight. 75% full. Very friendly crew.

Plusy: Punktualność. Dość czysto. Odprawa bez negatywnych uwag.

Minusy: Dziecinne zagrywki Ryanaira polegające na "mieszaniu" ludzi. Rozumiem ze ma to na celu wymuszanie na pasażerach dodatkowej opłaty. Ludzie masowo zmieniają się miejscami aby usiąść obok siebie. Po dodaniu dodatkowych opłat cena biletu robi się wysoka.

Plusy: Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room.

Minusy: departure gate area was standing room only

Minusy: First of all, we've had to pay registration fee 55 Euros each, just because we didn't check in online! What the hell is that? Secondly, the seats that I paid for were not available! Lousy service...

Minusy: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Plusy: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Minusy: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Minusy: Just a detail, my “head holder” (not too sure how it is called) would not hold in position. Also, staff was a bit slow to come after being called, I had to go and ask for water by myself at some point since no one was coming after 15minites of waiting...

Minusy: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Plusy: Pleasant crew. Appropriate and efficiently served snack.

Plusy: The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great.

Minusy: The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes.

Plusy: Services is good .

Minusy: Food can be better

Minusy: Slow in refuelling, got us delayed for 40-

Plusy: Almost everything, especially the crew.
