One child had one on tye chair and I asked him if its suppose to be on the seat or given later on. He said it will be passed later and then with a patronizing manner he gave another head phone set and said: "I guess we havw an emergency". On the flight, every time he with the food and drinks he just stood there next to me talking over my head with the passenger begind me. Very uncomfortable, especially when it happens 6 or 7 times. When asking what drink we wanted ( the first time), i replied apple and orange juicewith no ice. He replied, with a patronizing manner "this it European company, not American company. Here we don't put ive if you do not ask for it".The incident that bother me the most is one that involved my kids also. My daughter (3 years old) was a bit scared of the flight, tired and did not want to sit on her chair. We tried to keek her on the chair buy she started crying laying down on the floor infront of our seats. Jorge the flight attendant saw her and told me to put her on the seat. Not in a manner I expect out of soneone in the service industry. I told him we are working on it and we will have her on the chair as soon as we can. When I said that he got irritated and a bit aggressive. For no reason the situation became hostile. The flight attendent on the other side (do not know his name). Can over and asked us what we needed amd if we need help. I told the other flight attendant we need 5 minutes and he said OK. After a few minutes she calmed down. Anotger passenger asked Jorge what beer it is and he replied, with contempt, " its German beer, its good"."

Minusy: "I did not like the flight from Malaga to Stockholm due to not having IFE or WiFi on a 4+ hour flight. Absolutely unacceptable in today’s travel market."

Plusy: "Flight was on time. Boarding was simple and easy. Staff were excellent in handling the boarding process and very prompt in getting people seated/luggage put in to overhead lockers, free tea and coffee was provided which assured that extra comfort, would definitely recommend."

Plusy: "Really appreciated how helpful everyone was, from check-in at Newark to arrival. The entertainment system worked well, too. Aside from the two issues I describe below, SAS seems to be extremely efficient and well-run."
Minusy: "There was some mix-up - not sure where - but I did requested a vegetarian meal and it wasn't in the system. I'd also requested an aisle seat due to a hip issue and was told I'd have one - but when I went to check in, I'd been put in a center seat in a bulkhead. I was able to change but it was the last row of the plane. We the gate they were able to move me up at the last minute - but this all could've been much easier."

Words were exchanged between my wife and the lady (nothing extreme, but still) in the seat in front of her. When the lady leaned her seat back, my wife could barely watch her movie. All in all, I would definitely fly SAS again."

Plusy: "I had read several horrible reviews after I booked my flight but I was pleasantly surprised. The check in and boarding were smooth and had no issues. The seats, though not overly large, we're comfortable and not tight. The food was good and service was fast and efficient. Overall a good experience."

Minusy: "When I checked in I was told I had no bag allowance and had to pay 70 euro to check my bag. I feel like this was very sketchy on kyaak's part since it must have been on the fine print. I will be more cautious next time. Sas was otherwise fine."

Minusy: "Booked SAS Go level which included 1 piece of luggage each. At check-in, we were told that is not the case despite SAS' own website saying that it is. I was charged another $320 and I am disgusted with their business practices which revolve around, deceit, lies andl I would even say fraud! There were many others complaining about the SAS Go luggage issue and then having to pay again. I could have gone with Ryan Air for a fraction of the cost."

Minusy: "We were unaware of the need to buy an infant ticket on international flights. When we checked in to our SAS flight in Newark, we were given a boarding pass for our infant without any heads up about the issue. We also got help with ordering bassinet from the gate agent, all without anything surfaced. It wasn't until we were boarding that we learned that we needed to buy a ticket and pay $400+ and nearly didn't make the flight. Can someone follow up now, as we need to make sure this issue has now been resolved for our return flight to SFO on Thursday July 6th"

Plusy: "Once again the atmosphere was terrific. The cleanliness of the plane was good. The staff was awesome."

Minusy: "In-flight entertainment did not work, veggie meal I ordered was not there, and when I asked if I could have one of the extra business class meals, I was told no. I further asked if I could just have some chips from the snack basket and that was met with a death glare from the female flight attendant. All in all, the flight attendants were rude and unwilling to accept any ownership in the poor conditions of this 9 hour flight."

A charge to offset your cost is reasonable. Twice the cost of the ticket is absolutely atrocious!!! Did I mention you managed to break what we had in the bag? Hope that gives you the picture of how we feel, but more importantly what we will be telling everyone. Minusy: "Customer Service was terrible at the counter. Check in was aweful. Surpirse very expensive bag fee. There was no effort to make me aware of the bag fees before the flight. Automatic recheck of bags didn't work. Everything took longer than expected and nobody was interested in helping solve the problem."

Plusy: "The crew didn’t have most things listed that should have been for sale. They were annoyed when asked for things. If you needed something mid flight you had to go to the service area...they would not serve you at your seat."
Minusy: "Everything...app didn’t work, baggage allowance wasn’t clear (extremely overpriced), crew was irritated...don’t use this airline if you don’t need to"

Minusy: "The hidden baggage fees was a surprise when checking in. I have never not been allowed one check in bag for an flight from Europe to the US. The crew did what was needed but made you feel like they were doing you a favour by showing up for work. Other airlines such as emirates, ethiad, virgin Australia all make a person feel welcome with great attention to detail international flight from Europe to the US. I will never fly air Europa again as I feel they are dishonest. The charge for the headphones is ridiculous when the entertainment is limited (most tv series will have one episode and the shows are old) The food was sub par. The sandwich with one sliver of ham was pathetic and the main meal was lacking with only chicken and rice, a small desert, no fruit/ salad and or crackers with cheese which is the norm on international flights."

Minusy: "Poor customer service, outdated plane, uncomfortable seats, didn’t turn lights down until well after midnight. Hardly slept due to screaming babies and loud toilet flushes. Cold stewardesses and inedible food. Just an awful experience."

Minusy: "First, this airlines charges up to $150 for the first checked bag. They don’t even inform you of this at any moment while purchasing you ticket. You find this out when you get to the airport. Second, they charge you for everything in this flight. They say the entertainment is complementary, but you have to pay for headphones. On the shorter flights, they even charge you for water!"

Minusy: "The boarding process in Europe isn't the same as in the United States. Handicap and small children are usually boarded first and routes are called in groups. In Europe all the passengers make a line and wait to board a plane. We stood in line for an hour! I only stood in lime because we have a toddler, stroller, Diaper bag, carry on, etc. Air Europa only requested that small children board the plane first on one of our flights. We flew on 3 fpr their planes this vacation."

Minusy: "Kayak did not disclose that checking bags would cost extra. We got hit with a 60e checked bag fee at the airport. If it WAS disclosed it certainly wasn't in plain site on the mobile app. I checked back on the app to see if I had missed it disclosed somewhere but I still couldn't see it. So it's almost false advertising. Kayak should protect its users. Also, our checked bag that we paid the extra money for arrived late! After our flight was delayed over an hour by the way! Kayak should protect its customers better. Or at least make sure they're informed"

Minusy: "Late, disorganized boarding, group pf adolesccentes traveling behind me were very rowdy and on an early morning flight they have to be asked by the flight personnel to be respectful to the other passengers"

Minusy: "The check in took more than an hour, by that time the flight was already boarding and had to beg people to let me pass. I was one of the last people to board. I was at the airport roughly hour and half in advance, and the flight attendants at the check-in counters didn't care how much time you had left to make it to your flight. Awful experience!!!"

Plusy: "Great price to value ratio, attentive crew, good food. Wifi available."
Minusy: "Older panes with no phone jack charging options. What's the use of Wifi if your battery runs low or dies. They have charging ports in Business Class. I don't remember the last time I was on a plane with at least phone charging ports."

Minusy: "Gave conflicting answers and slow status updates when the flight was rescheduled the next day, handled communication of rescheduled connections very poorly. No one, either at the gate or back in Spain, seemed to know what was going on. Will never fly with Air Europa again."

Minusy: "1.5 hrs delay in arrival. there were 9 people at the departure gate. The plane was at the gate two hours before departure; but the flight is delayed due to 'late arrival' of the equipment??? Air bus 330, circa 1970. toilets were worn out; tv screens were flickering (can't even see what's on the screen on the walls), wifi cutting in and out, meal was poor; main dish, bread and desert, that's it. In Madrid, after the flight from Zurich landing in terminal E, it was a 45 min walk to terminal A, international terminal. No bus, no assistance, no one to ask how to get there if one is in a hurry. no info desks to be found anywhere. I can't even imagine for a disabled person. THe airport crew with a cart would not give a ride to an old lady with cain. Wow. It is the worst airport anywhere I have flown out of. The check in process was less than good or efficient. I would not fly this airline nor connect through Madrid."

Minusy: "Crew skipped us for dinner but when we pointed it out they came back. But they skipped us again for water/drinks."

Minusy: "More than 4 hours delay and nobody was able to tell us anything, nobody was updated in the gate, terrible information and service, Internet service was terrible, the only quick procedure was to charge my credit card, after this terrible reception"

Minusy: "The line to get checked-in in Barcelona was extremely long and I waited nearly an hour - can't help thinking if the online check-in was more dependable, it would have been a shorter line, but I made it to my gate with time to grab some lunch so life's still not all that bad."

Minusy: "The airplane was old, the food was OK for breakfast but the dinner was bad. The check in app didn't work properly and I was not able to get the boarding pass of the seat I wanted. It isn't a direct flight, there is a 2 hours stop in Asunción and you have to take everything with you like you were changing planes. They should allow to leave stuff one the plane. Also, be aware that 50+ HK seats are reserved for the crew, I selected one of those in the outbound flight and they changed me to another seat that was near the toilet with no window. A really bad flight."

Minusy: "Do not offer connections with less than two hours, Madrid Airport is busy and complicated....there is no room for mistakes or little delays when layover is less than two hours."

Plusy: "Crew service was excellent. Food was good."
Minusy: "No priority for families with children when boarding in Madrid. The strollers had no priority at San Juan airport. We waited a long time before they came out."
