Minusy: We were changed from KLM to Airiltalia without any information sent so only because I tried to check in did I find out the flight on KLM was cancelled and we were changed to Airitalia. The Airitalia flight was very mediocre.
Minusy: I called for a crew member 5 times and waited 25 minutes for anyone to help me with just some water. I had to get up and go to the very back of the plane to ask for some water. The plane was hot and no air to be found. This was all after we had to get back off the plane before takeoff. It was terrib
Plusy: One crew member was very good but all were not very available or checking on people. I had a seat that I purchased and it was very hard to recline I only found out that it did if fact recline it the last hour to hour and a half of the trip! It was a difficult push back to get it to recline
Minusy: If I knew how to recline my seat earlier. I did try several times
Minusy: Long haul flight made pleasant by KLM
Plusy: KLM was a great experience compared to Airitalia. The food was good, the flight attendants were very helpful.

Minusy: Was refused to use the 1st clas restrooms but 10 minutes layer the flight attendant allowed an older gentleman and a lady to use them. I was in 10A with my service dog

Minusy: The airline fix the booking problem because my trip was from Zurich to Brussels to Washington DC to Austin and went I print my boarding passes only show to Brussels. The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it
Minusy: They charged about $230 to convey my skis, compared to about $80 for the first bag. This is such ab unexpectedly big difference as to be a trap. Swiss Air are, in my opinion, con artists. Do not fly with them.
Plusy: most of the flight attendants were excellent except one particular one who was basically yelling at passengers. she had a a logo or a badage on her that identifies her as a manager or a crew lead. she had poor manners and need major improvement
Minusy: the seats are small and very small space in comparison to Lufthansa
Plusy: Crew was very attentive, information from the cockpit was enough to let us know but not disruptive
Minusy: Boarding was one long line that other passengers in the airport had to walk through. This was difficult for passengers with kids and those with needed special accommodations Ike wheelchairs, canes etc
Minusy: Another snack midflight.
Plusy: Canceled and not rebooked untill 4 days later

Plusy: Nothing really of note. The plane was pretty basic and unexxceptional, but that was expected for the price.
Minusy: Turbines did not start up initially. 1h delay.
Minusy: Highly recommended for efficiency
Plusy: Comfortable seat, friendly crew. Crew were conscious of recycling which I like a lot as there is so much waste on flight. Anything we can do to reduce waste is very welcome.
Minusy: Food wasn't very appetizing, pasta didn't have much flavor and I don't eat red meat so the other choice wasn't an option for me.
Plusy: The flight was smooth, the service was friendly, and the food with plentiful.
Minusy: Too much activity in the cabin during the flight.
Minusy: Inflight was better than I expected. But needs upgrading air crafts.
Plusy: The crew was nice and helpful (our flight was 2h late so they put us on the one before in business class for us not to miss our connection)
Minusy: A lot of delays, on both flights. We spent twice as much time waiting than flying.
Plusy: Like the overall KLM experience
Minusy: Food could have had better quality and the stewardess served it all at once versus in the various courses.
Plusy: Boarded on time.
Minusy: After boarding the door was closed and the jet way was moved back. 5 minutes later they said they were going to bring the jet way back and open door to let more people on board. They broke 2 FAA regulations by doing this and we were delayed an hour because Deltas computer would not allow this.

Minusy: If there could have been some sort of services to take travelers to their connecting flight, for cases of really short time window of course, it’d be extremely helpful.
