Bardzo dobra obsługa, jedzenie i wygodne fotele. Pomiędzy fotelami na dole są gniazdka elektryczne a w oparciach z przodu złącza USB. Lepiej wziąć swoje słuchawki na małego jacka, bo te które rozdają mogą nie pasować dobrze do Twoich uszu;)

Wylot opóźniony o ponad godzinę bez podania przyczyn. Walizka nie doleciała. Odbiór,gdy dotarła tylko z lotniska, nie dostarczają do hotelu. KLM przesyłał mi informacje po holendersku zamiast po angielsku.

W danych pasażera wpisano mi nazwę firmy , i nie było możliwości to poprawić , więc w ogóle nie wpuszczono mnie na pokład samolotu i bilet przepadł za prawie 2000 zł , , ale będę do was pisała skargę Zaznaczam ,że nie pierwszy raz kupuję bilet przez internet i nie pierwszy raz lęcę samolotem , Uważam ,że błąd ten leży po waszej stronie , prosiłam o wystawienie FV na firmę, a nie o wpisywanie danych firmy jako pasażera , Pasażerem była Urszula Kaczmarczyk, Wasz błąd drogo mnie kosztował , musiałam zakupić kolejny nowy bilet za 3340 zł , wydałam na bilet grubo ponad 5 tys do Szwecji z wyrazami szacunku Urszula Kaczmarczyk

Podczas lotu zabrakło napojów, stewardesy bywają opryskliwe.

Nowiutki samolot, płynny lot, super system rozrywki na pokładzie (filmy itp na telefonie / tablecie pasażera), b.przyjemna przekąska, napoje i ciastka. Dawno nie latałem LOTem, było miłe zaskoczenie.

The bottom line - do not fly Norwegian Airlines..."

Coupled by her nasty attitude and shortness to answer any question, made the 40 minute walk through all the stantions more annoying!"

Minusy: "Overcharged on luggage because I had 10.5 kg of carryon luggage instead of 10kg. The flight was virtually empty and so much space and still can’t understand why I had to pay usd 130 for 0.5kg over the 10kg. Felt exploited and cheated"

Flight is twenty hours away and since my wife has a Thai passport we are stranded inside of the terminal for the entire time. Airline didn't help with this issue. Also, $260 for two underweight checked bags is ridiculous. No help finding gates at confusing arlanda."

Minusy: "On Monday September 11th I flew from Stockholm Arlanda to JFK on Norwegian flight DY7005. I was seated in 3J in the premium cabin. The couple in front of me began drinking excessively as soon as the aircraft reached cruising altitude. They were served by a flight attendant (who I then found out was the crew supervisor) called Vinnie, who served them doubles of vodka, cognac and bailey's, smiling and laughing with the passengers and giving them high fives. About 4 hours into the flight, the passenger in seat 2J turned around in his seat and began to harrass me. He claimed that we had friends in common and worked in the same industry and that we should work together. I remained polite and indicated that now was probably not the best time but that we should discuss it at a later date. Please note that I had never seen this man before in my life. I was working on my computer and put my headphones back on. He then began to shout and swear at me, saying that I disrespected him, I assume by not engaging him in conversation. He threatened me and at one point tried to swing at me from his seat. His partner then tried to calm him down. A flight attendant that was passing at the time (middle aged black woman) said something to the effect of "I don't know if YOU GUYS are from New York but you all need to calm down", somehow assuming that I was in collusion with this other passenger. I said to the lady "miss I don't know this man" but she ignored me and kept on walking. After this initial incident and seeing that the in flight staff were not interested in addressing this man's behavior, I put on my headphones and sunglasses and pretended to sleep. I could hear him issuing threats and swearing loudly. This went on for about 30 to 45 minutes (I was listening to a podcast and could hear him over the commentary) and then he again turned around in his seat and tried to touch me. At this point I panicked and grabbed my items and headed for the galley. I noticed that the lady in the seat next to me had vacated her seat and was having a concerned conversation with one of the flight attendants. I asked for the purser and a younger black fight attendant told me that "he was resting". I told her to get him and she turned to her counterpart and said "he's pissed off" as if I was over reacting to some sort of minor situation. The purser (Vinnie, who had been serving up doubles and high fives) arrived and told me that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin and there was nothing that he could do about that, and that they had cut him off after he started antagonizing me. I asked why it was that he would knowingly supply a passenger with over ten drinks, jeopardizing the wellbeing of other passengers, and he again responded that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin. The younger female flight attendant then told me that the cops would be waiting for the passenger on arrival - when in fact, the port police department was never notified, nor was the Norwegian"

They didn't give us our boarding pass, we missed our flight, they made us purchase a completely different route for an outrages price, or new flight was delayed for 3 hours, they made us miss all of our connecting flights, they didn't have new boarding passes ready when we arrived late, they made us go through customs and re-check-in just to get on a connecting flight, they charged our card without or consent, and they charged us an international fee even we made all our purchases online. Stay clear!!!"

Minusy: "I didn't like that we were told the aircraft was ready to board at 8.30 pm and we were still stood waiting at 9.10 pm. I didn't like the staff's 'nobody cares, you're the last flight of the day' attitude, I didn't like we were late in but there was no apology for that, I didn't like that we got whiplash on landing, and I didn't like the apathetic manner that we were let off the aircraft. I realise it had been a long day, but it was for all of us. There were a lot of parents with very young children on that flight, so leaving them standing for 40 minutes to board just made them all fractious. By the time we boarded, those poor kids were beyond tired, so they were all crying. If Ruinair knew they were going to be late, there was no need to speed us towards a queue we'd be standing in for a good while after, they could have allowed the parents, kids and elderly to remain seated. All this did was serve to underline how little respect they treat their passengers with. Its unnecessary. ."

On the way back to Dublin the crew member that checked me in informed me of this requirement and I thought she was potentially going to send me back to get it at customs. My husband who had a different crew member check him him, made no mention of the requirement."

Jak już wsiedliśmy, to pilot zakomunikował, że postoimy przy terminalu jakieś 40 minut, bo korytarze powietrzne zwężone, czy coś w tym rodzaju. Na ciepło posiłki tylko po starcie. Masakra jakaś."

It was anarchy and we nearly missed our flight despite being there hours early purely because the check in procedure was so chaotic. Then to top it off, my bag was lost and I was given a stranger’s baggage tag. I don’t know how they will be able to trace my bag with this. It is currently missing in action. Great start to a long awaited holiday!"
