Barely let my wife and 2 children in. The check in lady said you have to arrive 4-5 hours before flight depature and almost did not let them fly. Thankfully another attendant helped out.
The 50 or more Hasidics refused to wear masks, despite the crew’s entreaties. The airline did not have an enforcement officer aboard, and there were no consequences awaiting them at JFK. Laws apply equally to all, and the Hasidism have no right to endanger passengers and crew.

Airport personnel confirmed that it is typical or normal for American because they operate with a small "skeleton" ground crew. Flight arrived just after 11:20pm,, but wasn't able to head out for transportation until after 12:30am. VERY upset and disappointed with service."

I when you schedule a flight you should try to take off on time because it can be disruptive for everyone. And when you sell discount tickets at least say you are going to charge 45 dollars for the bag... i wouldn't purchase any discount offer"
Minusy: "I was told at the check in that my bags are NOT paid for...when I booked the tickets on line there was no mention of any additional charges, or option to purchase baggage"
Minusy: "5 hrs delay and missed all connecting flights. Airline initially rescheduled flight 2 days later. Called Kayak and got no support. Kayak agent told us to keep pushing the airline. After 2 hrs of "working" with the airline, we were able to fly into Madrid the following day. Had to spend extra money for hotel room and car rental in Madrid because our final destination was Sevilla. Will never work with Azores or Kayak again. BTW, did we mention that while "working" with Azores to reschedule flight, we were booked to fly into an island off of Africa. Luckily, we followed up online with the changed itinerary."

Minusy: "I was placed on standby for my flight and ultimately did not get a seat. It took two hours to get a new flight sorted out and it didn't leave for 2 days. A massively inconvenient experience as I had a conference to attend and missed two days."
Minusy: "After we had to turn around to BOS because of a technical issue with the plane, the customer server was really unhelpful! I ended up figuring out a completely other flight, through another airline and booked myself on that flight. I worked with this Airline almost an hour to get myself on it and then it seems that it took TAP Portugal that hour PLUS SOME to suggest alternate flights to other stranded passengers."

Minusy: "The main meal was pretty dreadful. Grilled chicken with what I think was mashed potato, but it was difficult to be sure. Watery and tasteless. Accompanied bizarrely by a tomato sauce (which did taste of something). Hard to identify the ethnicity."

Tea (old ,too strong,yak).Wake up people ,none of the passengers I spoken to had anything positive to say ! I liked my Lufthansa flight to Europe but for the sheer reason having to return with Air Canada I will avoid booking this flight .Thank You."

Minusy: "From Toronto to London the price they charge is about the same as I pay from Toronto to Dubai using emirate or ettihad which is twice the distance. Toronto to London is a busy route so why charge such a high fare? Food. Be prepared for food that comes straight out of a cafeteria's frozen items. Entertainment. Slightly better than Turkish airline's which isn't an achievement by any means. Old aircrafts which don't have air vents. They really don't offer anything to you except charge you a lot for the busiest routes in the world. Try other airlines."
Plusy: "I really like how friendly the flight staff was. The women and men were always smiling and courteous! They loaded the plane quickly and easily all while being helpful and smiling. On my flight from Moncton to Montreal I needed several vomit bags just in case some of my cousins wedding drinks wanted to come up. The stewardess quickly grabbed several for me and was very kind. Luckily nothing came up and I felt great at the end of the flight!"
Minusy: "I don't fly as often as used to, but I've noticed that flight services have definitely gone down hill. Flying Air Canada was refreshing, so I don't have anything negative to say except I really wish I'd won tickets for my family and I back to Canada on Air Canada, hahaha!"
Minusy: "10+ hour international flight and there were no TV's and no free alcohol. There was an option to rent an ipad."
Minusy: "If you are going to make people download things in order to watch movies or tv on a nine hour flight. You shouldn't charge people that don't have the devices to use one that you have on board. Also, making your entertainment app only available to apple customers and not android seems very unfair."

Minusy: "1. No entertainment on the flight. Not even opportunity to see where the plane is in flight and when we will arrive. No USB charger on the flight. Very outdate plane. 2. The plane was very dirty - trash in between the seat 4. The food was the worst I ever tried on the plane 5. I was very surprised at the very disappointing service. I must say, with all the travel I do, apart from 1 young lade, the flight attendants acted like they loathed being there. It is so disappointing especially b/c I am Canadian so it is a bit embarrassing that Air Canada seems to have such terrible service. 6. The flight attendants were out of a lot of things, I heard them mention several beverages they were out of throughout the flight. I also heard them say that there will be no hot beverages while seatbelt sign is on (which it was a lot). I guess that is reasonable, however, it is the first time I have encountered that on the place. Instead they directed to passengers to come up to the back of the plane to get a hot beverage when the seatbelt sign was off. I did a few times - 1st time they said they were out of cups and to stop by later. But 2nd time had the cups. Did these cups get magically delivered midair or perhaps maybe they just needed to bring cups from the storage on the place and could have given me an option to wait while they retrieve them. 2nd time when I stopped by to try to get a hot beverage, a lady with black hair just gave me an empty cup. The whole experience with this flight was confusing - some attendants seemed not to understand fully what passengers were asking."

Minusy: "All the flight attendants seemed a bit frazzled; I felt guilty for asking for wine with lunch, and you had to either use your own device or pay $10 to access the in-flight entertainment. Even then, I could only watch TV shows on my laptop --you need an app to see movies. Very strange and felt like being in a domestic flight."
