The meals are full of bread, pasta, starch, tortilla with brownie, cookies, and candy bar snacks. Would appreciate more vegetables, fruit, and protein. I couldn't get my headphones to work. Otherwise the flight and attendants were great. Thank you!

Obsługa, fotele, możliwość ładowania, jedzenie i napoje na plus! Brak anglojęzycznych podpisów w filmach (głównie tylko holenderskie), ograniczona oferta filmów oraz kiepsciutkie słuchawki na minus.

Bardzo dobra obsługa, jedzenie i wygodne fotele. Pomiędzy fotelami na dole są gniazdka elektryczne a w oparciach z przodu złącza USB. Lepiej wziąć swoje słuchawki na małego jacka, bo te które rozdają mogą nie pasować dobrze do Twoich uszu;)

Amsterdam as a hub is a mess, do not use Amsterdam and KLM as a hub to European cities unless you want to miss your flight.

Lot był rezerwowany na godzinę 16:25. Nikt nie poinformował nawet o odwołaniu tego lotu. Dowiedziałem się dopiero po telefonie do linii lotniczych kiedy to postanowiłem zadzwonić, bo nie mogłem się odmeldować online kilka godzin przed podróżą na lotnisko... Przez co z lotniska do domu wróciliśmy nad ranem, a plany były wrócić za widoku dnia poprzedniego... Brak szacunku do klienta i jawna kpina ze strony KLM

Wylot opóźniony o ponad godzinę bez podania przyczyn. Walizka nie doleciała. Odbiór,gdy dotarła tylko z lotniska, nie dostarczają do hotelu. KLM przesyłał mi informacje po holendersku zamiast po angielsku.

The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

W danych pasażera wpisano mi nazwę firmy , i nie było możliwości to poprawić , więc w ogóle nie wpuszczono mnie na pokład samolotu i bilet przepadł za prawie 2000 zł , , ale będę do was pisała skargę Zaznaczam ,że nie pierwszy raz kupuję bilet przez internet i nie pierwszy raz lęcę samolotem , Uważam ,że błąd ten leży po waszej stronie , prosiłam o wystawienie FV na firmę, a nie o wpisywanie danych firmy jako pasażera , Pasażerem była Urszula Kaczmarczyk, Wasz błąd drogo mnie kosztował , musiałam zakupić kolejny nowy bilet za 3340 zł , wydałam na bilet grubo ponad 5 tys do Szwecji z wyrazami szacunku Urszula Kaczmarczyk

We were kept for 90 minutes in the plane without explanations, only when passengers started to make troubles we were given same vague excuse and vague estimation for take off. It was preferable to leave us in the building to be able to circulate.

Check in extremely slow. Only one hour after regular check in was open, somebody came and opened the priority check in desk . The seats on this line Tel Aviv-warsaw -tel aviv are not reclinable at all . That’s weird and uncomfortable. The crew was nice .

The flight was delayed, the aircraft was changed last minute and my partner and I got separated, though we paid for the emergency exit seats. Accidentally I spot it and then it was sorted out.

Linie lotnicze staly sie bardzo aroganckie, poprosilem zaloge czy mozemy poprzesiadac sie skoro zostaly wolne miejsca, uslyszalem ze jezeli nie wykupilem miejsca to jest to niemozliwe, a potem slysze przez intercom ze zaloga jest po to zeby sie nami opiekowac. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

Please, stop this "even though you're travelling together, you may be seated separately unless you pay to choose your seats" nonsense. It's ridiculous!"

Minusy: "I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!"

Minusy: "Crew was late and unorganized in both Amman and Dubai. Entertainment system onboard did not work. Touch screen was inoperable. We waited on the tarmac shuttle nearly 15minutes because plane wasn't clean. Check-in line was ridiculously long and only one person working. Boarding zones we're ignored a crew member just yelled the name of the flight to signal boarding."

Minusy: "The check in agent was not very helpful. He said, "Would you like window or aisle?" I said, "Window please". He says, "there are no windows. I can give you an aisle." I said, "but you asked me if I wanted a window." He said, "you are too late" (as though it's my fault... but I was one of the earlier ones at check-in and was not able to check-in online!). He continues, "I can give you an aisle in row 23". I say, "okay". Then after I leave the check-in counter and look at my boarding pass it says I have seat 11B. Neither window or aisle! In addition, I flew this flight as part of an Emirates ticket and it was not cheap, and yet the FlyDubai segment did not include a meal."

Minusy: "The seat was soaking wet due to faulty air conditioning. The screen was broken so I did not enjoy the TV that I paid for. Many of the menu items were not available."

Minusy: "I had an emergency and wanted to delay my flight, but they asked me to pay for a penalty that was almost the tickets prices."

Minusy: "This is second time I land in zone B, terminals F. The worst terminals and airport treatment by the staff ever. You can never get a complete answer or help, staff most don't care about your concern. No help can be assisted in any way possible. Few of the staff are professionals and know what their job is, others not at all. Bathrooms are disgusting, I have 12 hour layover, to sit in a lounge I need to pay 120$ , just to sit on a proper chair. In short you have money they welcome you, you don't , too bad find your way they don't care. Very over rated airport. Should be considered one of the worst, or maybe this terminal is made for unnecessary people, when their entrance phrase clearly states Dubai connecting the world. Connecting nothing. Simple money transfer isn't available, in case of emergency you need money, too bad sit yourself down and do nothing. Once again very over rated, and I will publish my review in all travel guides."

Minusy: "i am 6'8 tall so normal seats are not for me just wondering why having a free row ( no 15) of exit seats in the flight from Dubai to Zanzibar i needed to pay for it and on my way back row 15 was free of charge? one way charge one way not? something is far from easy to understand..and why having a combined flights (Emirates and Flydubai) i couldnt check in online? and will i get any response?"
Minusy: "They failed to alert me that my flight was overbooked and that I would be moved to the next later flight. Need to sort out an sms or email alert system like other modern airlines."
Plusy: "because of the low class airline I miss my connection to dallas with emirates airline ."

Plusy: "I asked one of the flight attendants to let me sit closer to the bathroom as I needed to use restroom often and didn't wanted to bother other people. Once we took of she provided and open seat. That was really helpful"
Minusy: "The checking in desk representatives had no authority to change or modify any seating arrangements. Also, the first row seats are left open so the flight attendants can charge 100 aed to anyone wants to seat on those seats. I found this to be silly. Also, their baggage policy is ridiculous. No baggage authorization for international travel! One have to buy it separately."

Minusy: "None of the touch screens functioned, but they did show ads There is literally no leg room for a normal person, but seats still fully recline (crushing your neighbors) They play a loud ad for their inflight entertainment before the flight (even though it was not working) They started drink service and then called the flight crew back - no water/drinks for 6 hours Announcements on the PA were totally inaudible"
