We were offered a cup of water once during this delay which is inexcusable. (We were also woken up to serve dinner at 1am so that was incredibly inconvenient for an overnight flight) On top of that, I, as well as many others missed our connecting flight. Personally I missed my connection by 20 minutes, which seems a reasonable amount of time to hold a connecting flight with so many people from our flight on that next one. In missing by only 20 minutes, we have lost an entire day of our trip and are spending 9! hours in the airport today. There was no communication between flights clearly. Despite there being an earlier flight we could’ve been placed on after missing our connection - we did not get booked on this flight. I asked why and they just randomly placed people on random flights with no regard for when we showed at the desk. In this scenario, a first come first serve would have alleviated an absolutely awful experience. I will never fly Swiss Air again and will urge people I know to not fly this airline. The experience was extremely frustrating, the best response from an employee was “that’s all I can do for you” and I wish it on no one."

There were no signs and several passengers tried to board without the stamp only to be sent to the passport check line. Very frustrating. Also, there was no organization so everyone just rushed forward when boarding was called. They should consider boarding by rows to make it a more orderly process. Finally, there was no leg room at all. I realize airlines are trying to squeeze every passenger in that they can, but this was ridiculous. I'm 5'11" and my knees were pinned against the seat in front of me."

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Minusy: "This is something that has happened to me on every flight/airline I have taken to India. I am sat next to some slightly older Indian nationals who I find inconsiderate. This again happened on this flight, the 'gent' next to me continually elbowed his way into my space, kicked me, fidgeted, pushed against me continually. when I asked him to stop kicking me and to move his feet back to under the seat in front of me, he tried to silence me as if I shouldn't be talking to him like that or that I had no right to be annoyed. I was in pain, couldn't sleep. He encroached into my space so that he could give his wife lots of space. Selfish. I do feel it's a cultural thing. It doesn't happen to me when I fly to other destinations and travel economy. I didn't feel safe at the end of the flight when it was taxing to the bay. Passengers turned on their phones the minute we hit the tarmac and were opening the overhead lockers and left them open even the plane was still moving at speed. I thought things were going to come crashing out. It just doens't feel save and controllled when fellow passengers do not follow instructions. I worry what would happen if there was an emergency."

The stewardess threatened to kick him out but didn´t, she lost all credibility and he therefor continued to act out not only before the flight but during. We were concerned about our safety this man screaming throughout the flight was a liability. The fact that armed men escorted him off the plan did little to assuage our dissatisfaction with the way the situation was handled."

Then they brought in another person who eventually agreed that I was the one. The second was I spoke to one of the crew that I was hungry and I would not mind eating something and she showed me the menu. I told her what I would want and she said I should hold on...Then She served, I waited for about 2 hours only to be told they are out of food!"

Minusy: "I've got an E-mail about flight cancellation less than 24 hours before deparute, but their hotline was not working at all, so I had to book a seat with Qatar in advance to secure my trip. 8 hours before the departure I've finally got an E-mail from their representative with 2 possible routes to Bangkok to change my ticket too. It was a perfect trip with Turkish, but I lost 150 USD for Qatar cancellation."
