Minusy: "No lounge in Philadelphia took my Priority Pass. On the flight, the woman in front of me threw her chair back without asking and almost had hot coffee all over me. When I asked her to put her chair up, she got mad. She went to staff to insist she could put her chair back. I showed them that I was indeed in a back brace for a health condition and that I needed opportunities to move and shift, cross legs to release tension, etc. Staff sided with the rude woman, who, given the chance to move to an equal seat on the opposite aisle where she could recline, refused to move. I was very frustrated and have never been treated with such discrimination regarding my health concerns."

The crew, while very sweet, seemed inexperienced and green to me..but they were lovely and that's all that ultimately matters."

Minusy: "Although for some technical reasons the flight was considerably delayed, there was no action taken either by Qatar Airways or Geneva airport authorities to make the waiting more confortable!! The passengers of economy class and business class were all stacked in the same space (it looked more of a hangar...) Access to this space was only possible by stairs (No elevator - No escalator !!) No drinks offered, not enough chairs to sit and wait......etc The main blame is to put on Geneva Airport Authorities. This airport is a total mess From the moment one arrives at the airport area (access - parking - ..) till the moment of boarding... It should be boycotted by major and quality companies such as Qatar Airways and many others."

Minusy: "The flight departure from Dar was moved up an hour and the congestion at the airport made it close. Also I need a name tag on a checked piece of luggage. When I asked, I was told that none were available. The check in person was not pleasant or helpful. I also had to watch to make sure that the luggage labels were attached to be sure that they would make it to Chicago. Once on the plane there was an unrudy boy sitting in front of us jumping in his seat, never wearing his seat belt kicking the seat, turning on the light beating on the tray table, calling the flight attendant. The adult ignored the child through the flight. It was one of the worse experiences I have had on a plane. I would have to think very hard before I fly Qatar again."

Cabine interior should be much better (it's old, seats are not full beds and are somehow narrow). Food offering should be improved (continental breakfast - what king of cost-cutting is that???). What is really good is in-flight entertaintement system. But you don't pay for a business class to watch movies, right?"

Minusy: "Upon arrival at the final destination, I couldn’t find one of my 2 checked baggages, asked the emirates ground staff and i was told that they were unable to track the bag and not sure if it was loaded on to the aircraft at the origin airport or lost in transit. Lost my wedding suite and fiancé ‘s wedding gown and plenty other wedding things."

Minusy: "The flight attendants had been un attentive. I was missing a headset so I asked for one, but I never got it. I borrowed that of the person seated next to me. When it was time for serving hot beverages, I skipped tea and waited for the coffee. However, the flight attendant who was serving the coffee never looked my way, and she passed so fast before I got the chance to signal her. Afterwards, I asked three other flight attendants and even though they said they would come back with the coffee, they never did. Finally, when I was about to get up and head to the crew cabin, one flight attendant came by and I pointed to her that I wasn't offered coffe so I was about to go and see if I could get a cup of coffee from the cabin. She said that I didn't need to get up for that and she would get it to me. They eventually brought that coffee one hour after my first request."

The agents would talk amongst themselves but there were no announcements. With the result that everyone rushed at once for boarding. The lady agent who was scanning the passes kept yelling at people to form a line but by then it was too late On the flight, they ran out of vegetarian meals by the time they got to my seat!!"

Since manufacturers adhere to airline baggage standards, no violations were found during checks. This misguided effort only resulted in publicly humiliating Swissair customers. Boarding process was pure pandemonium...this was the first time in recent memory, where all coach passengers were invited to board at the same time! Very inefficient! Crowded seating in coach,with ten passengers sandwiched in across Boeing 767 aircraft. Competing airlines flying identical aircraft have nine across seatings Thin seat cushions cause leg cramps after a few hours."

Plusy: "I was gratified to see that the 777 Boeing aircraft have now replaced the older Airbus aircraft..... This is my sixth time traveling to Switzerland from San Francisco on Swiss....Their service in my opinion remains excellent......The cabin crew was cheerful friendly yet remained very efficient at the same time... The food was very good, , The two meals that comes with one's Ticket still also comes with complimentary beverage service .... and even a warm moist towel is offered towards the end of the flight ... not bad for a seat in coach ...."

Luckily there was no one sitting in the middle seat so I could put my legs there. Also, when flying to Europe from the west coast I prefer flying to the east coast first and then taking a red eye."

Minusy: "i am a regular sized woman, size 8, and a bit tall 5'9" and the seat felt wayyyy to small for me. couldn't put my hands naturally by my sides and the arm rests were too high to be comfortable, so i had to sit there with my shoulders held up the entire flight. was so sore afterwards!! also, the headphones barely worked (only one side, on the replacement as well!) and the entertainment system shut down twice."

Minusy: "Boarding announcement in SFO was bad. No one can hear what the agent announced. Random sequence of boarding with confusion. In LAX, we supposed to go to a different terminal by a bus. There is no guidance out of gate to assist passengers that transfer to get on the right gate on the right bus. In AUS, there is not any announcement for luggage belt. An announcement would be helpful to new arrivals to this airport."

Minusy: "Booked ticket through venture card points. This meant that the email address and phone number to contact us in the event of changes was mediocre information. I was informed from Tripit that the flight was delayed, not by Delta. Reservation personnel took logical course of action to find new flight for connection that we could make because of delayed initial flight. I would recommend that they first see if there is an earlier initial flight that the customer could make, then look at finding later connecting flights. We found out about delay 8 hours prior, so we had plenty of time to get to the airport earlier. Total delay required me to take additional day off of work."

Minusy: "The temperature in the plane was too hot and made for a very uncomfortable flight. The individual air conditioner spewed out hot air. My kids and I took off as much clothing as possible and still remained hot. We were putting ice on our wrist to try to cool down! I sat with my hand against the window to capture some cool air. We were in Row 37. I am not sure if we were in a hot seat or if the other passengers experienced the same."

Minusy: "We were in "prefered". still the seats were very tight with little leg room. I am a 150 lb guy and cannot imaginer the discomfort of a large person."

The crew also seem to have the attitude as though the passengers should be automatically understanding and satisfied. This was mostly on the return flight, an all male crew."

Minusy: "I ordered a special asian vegetarian meal and it was just plain horrible. I had to settle for the cookie. It's nice that they serve a complimentary meal on the red eye flight but the quality of the food was bad. Entertainment options were also limited although they had some recent box office entries from last year. The leg room also wasn't great but that's expected in economy I guess."

Minusy: "there is little time for lay over in turkey going to Egypt one hours is not enough."

Minusy: "The aircraft arrived late in Istanbul for the connecting flight to Egypt causing us to miss out flight which made us wait 5+ hours in the airport which was a huge inconvenience."

Plusy: "Good food for economy and crew was really nice . Great movie selection , nice amenity kit for economy."
Minusy: "They weigh your carry on making you shift things . 31 inch pitch is tight for a long flight. Didn’t give 5 stars to the entertainment because although excellent selection , the touch screen is very slow to react making it frustrating."

Minusy: "Had to wait an hour in line at SFO to check in for Flight . Online check in was hard because there was a need for redress code ?"

Plusy: "The recline and comfort of the seat is good, and the map and entertainment system is OK."
Minusy: "The flight was delayed, then we sat in the airplane for an hour before we took off, with kids screaming and the cabin at seemingly sauna temperatures. Once we took off, drinks weren't even served until 2 hours after take-off (for a scheduled 6:15pm departure - actual was more like 7:45pm). Maybe it was due to some light turbulence along the way or something, but they should tell people that is the problem and the reason they are not serving food and drinks, if that is the case."

The crew was unwilling to help me find something else to eat and they were very rude. I am very disappointed of their customer service standards. I will not use Turkish Airlines again."

Minusy: "The business lounge in Istanbul was a great facility, but a little bit of upkeep will be a plus."

Minusy: "This 13 hours and 5 minutes flight was extremely hot. Regardless of how many times we've asked the flight attendants to make it cooler for us, nothing changed. By the time, we get off my shirt was soaking wet. Imagine flying for so long under these conditions. What an horrible customer service!"

Minusy: "Departure is 4 hours late. Missed connecting flight at Istanbul. Asked us to pay for Visa to stay in hotel. Did not have money. Also forgot to take Credit card from USA. As per the rule Airlines has to pay for Visa. They never paid. Asked us to pay. Totally harassment. Never book Turkish Airlines in my remaining whole life. Also will this incident to all my friends after going back to USA. Very very bad experience. Sat down 24 hours at Airport without food and sleep. Mostly will file a case against Airlines."

Minusy: "My first time flying with Turkish probably my last. Too many delays, first from SF to Istanbul and then the worse part no one was able to tell me from which gate my flight to TLV, I received at least 6 emails from you saying a different gate each time and we had a delay almost two hours in Istanbul. Because of all the delays I missed a few important phone conferences regarding my business. Unprofessional service! if I was running my business the same way I had no business! Not going to do this mistake again!"

Minusy: "Our luggage did not transfer in Istanbul (1 hour layover) and didn't arrive in Warsaw for nearly 48 hours (actually 45 hours)."

Minusy: "This airline used to be excellent. Now, the prices have been going up and the standards down. Service not as good, food not as tasty, plentiful and varied, crew not as warm and attentive. Instabul airport was the usual chaos, which does not add to the experience for transfers. Also: boarding started late and of course was not done and time and since we lost our slot we were further delayed taking off. That made the transfer time even less and the situation more stressful."

Minusy: "No ability to upgrade seat at airport. I am not sure if upgrading is even possible. There were plenty of open comfort and business class seats that could have made additional money for the airline."

Plusy: "Sitting in a metal tube flying at 40,000 feet with 300 other personalities has its challenges. Turkish Airlines' staff managed this with excellent care. The smallest things begin to matter; the comfort of the aircraft, quality of food and drinks, the frequency and availability of service, and above all conveying the sense of safety. Every member of this company, from the staff at the counter to the flight attendants, to the pilot seem to really embrace customer service."

Plusy: "Had no idea the Turks ran such a top program that to me was superbly close to my experiences with Emirates."
