Horrible experience and I almost missed my flight because of this mess."

Minusy: "LH flight from Seattle was late, and I barely made it to the LH connecting flight to TA. Landed in Tel Aviv, but my one bag didn't arrive with me. Looked for the Lufthansa desk, but there is no such thing. They have farmed out the task of dealing with lost luggage and masses of confused to irate people to another firm. There were approx 40 people trying to get some information from 4 ladies, one of whom was new. They were unable to deal with many reports at a time. How about take a number and we'll call you up in turn? Instead it was like a push and shove pressure cooker just to find out the status of said missing bag and make a report. I was dealt with last. At this time, I was exhausted and angry. The ladies were very good and very kind. They informed my ride of the delay, and told me that the lost bag would come on the next flight. They took me out of the area to get a drink and a bite to eat. We waited. It came. We drove to my destination a few hours away. Never have I had to deal with such a time consuming shambles to find out the bare minimum of information. I finished the trip and will never fly with Lufthansa again."

Minusy: "My flight was supposed to be on May 26 but I got bumped! The counter at Lax was completely UNDERSTAFFED! At one time the three customer service representatives were stuck with ‘difficult cases’ for over 20 minutes - the line did not move AT ALL! With roughly 75 passengers in line this is unacceptable. I sprang into action and demanded quicker service from the supervisor Seth telling him that people are going to miss their flights. He showed no people skills and decided to be confrontative, inquiring since when I was in line and telling me that I should have come earlier; he did admit that he was understaffed that day but could not do anything about it. After having waiting in line for 1 hour it took the representative too long to check out my Covid Test done by the company AA partnered with - and because of a missing ‘entry registration’ and the use of my married name on the Covid Test instead of my maiden name on my passport ( I had documentation to prove the validity of both names) I stood no chance to rectify any of it as the cut off time for the flight had approached. Instead I was issued a ticket for the next day. No smile, no empathy - I really felt treated like cattle...When I came to the same counter the next day the wait to see a customer service representative was 10 minutes!!!! Which proves my point that they were completely understaffed on May 26! And I had to get a hotel at LAX! On the flight on the 27 May I found the breakfast on board to be very disappointing: no bread, no deli meat and no cheese but yoghurt instead."

Minusy: "Economy cabin is not meant for anyone over 6' tall. Worst seats I have experienced on any airline. My knees were jammed against the seat on front of me the entire flight. The seats lacked cushion. My legs became numb 20 minutes into the flight. The most uncomfortable flight I have ever experienced."

Minusy: "Didn't know about close connections and terminal changes until printing boarding passes. Snack offerings are minimal one almost all airlines for regular fares. a tiny wafer cookie or about 5 mini-pretzels are not very impressive. I wold much prefer peanuts to pretzels--an option would be good. The gate of outgoing flight to Bloomington kept changing on phone m messaging shortly before takeoff , about 6 gate changes in 10 minutes. Confusing!"

Minusy: "This was the worst flight experience of my life I will never flyAmerican again"

Minusy: "I've got to the airport at 4:30am because my flight was at 8:00am. Unfortunately I had to wait until 12:30pm to take another flight because American Airlines didn't have a flight crew for our aircraft. They did not refund money for the waiting, they didn't give any voucher for breakfast, they just gave us chips and drinks. People were very anxious and mad about the sInitiation."

Minusy: "Even though the weather caused issues, i felt that we were treated poorly. I wound up having to sleep in an airport. Never had to do that before. There was no empathy for our situation whatsoever."

Plusy: "Great entertainment my second leg with personal TVs and great selection of movies and games. Also got great exit row seating for no additional price!"

Minusy: "Going through immigration in Dallas is a disaster. The wait is eternal. None-US passengers seemed to get processed faster."

Plusy: "When a flight takes me safely from point A to point B I am very well satisfied. The crew was very nice and helpful, the food was very plentiful and was tasty and there was a lot of entertainment to choose from. The seats were quite comfortable as well."

Minusy: "I arrived to the airport Two Hours early. I had checked in online and obtained my boarding pass. I checked into Japan Airlines since this was the airline I chose. I get to the counter and I was told that I had to check into American Airlines. I rush to American Airlines and I was directed to check my bags in electronically. There was mass confusion, because people had no clue on how to operate the system. As my turn approached the system failed. By then I had 45 mins to board. I talked to a clerk and she directed me and the other people to the Custumer service desk. I waited my turn and time to board was approaching. They told me not to worry because the flight was delayed one hour. By the time I got to the counter, It was too late to board the already delayed flight. I spoke to a clerk via phone as i was at the counter and I wsa told I was to receive a refund due to the fact that this was not my fault. You caused a financial loos of money and time. as of yet I have not received my refund."

Minusy: "No TV"

Plusy: "Very nice crew. Full meal"

Minusy: "What happened to physical distancing? Flight was packed full."

The second plane was so late, by the time I landed in Toronto, I had 10 minutes. Needless to say, after starting out in Kamloops at 6 am, that was missed also. Last leg missed as well, and had to wait another 4 hours for the last flight out. Just an incredibly frustrating trip"

Plusy: "Great food and good space for economy"

Minusy: "I had a seat with a drip, probably condensation, that feel on my head and face throughout the flight. At one point during takeoff it was a steady stream of water. I sat with a napkin perched on my head and would mop up the water between events. That was a first! And with a long 14 hour flight, not welcomed."

Plusy: "Comfortable aircraft with enough room for an average person. I like the Embraer 190."
Minusy: "Unspecified maintenance issue seemed to manufactured to allow the gate crew to get off the hook for shortfalls."

Plusy: "Friendly crew, onboard food was fairly decent and an okay price."
Minusy: "Even a “preferred” seat on Rouge (27E, bulkhead on B767-300ER) has no legroom. This, combined with a short and low seat cushion means a dead butt. I’m only 5’11” too."

Plusy: "Nothing"
Minusy: "Major delays due to poor maintenance. Maintenance is done with passengers on board. No issues with inconveniencing passengers. If you call to complain and ask for compensation, I’ll hey tell you to submit an email and they will respond 3-5 weeks or longer. Will never fly Air Canada again. Will tell everyone on my social media how awful this airline is to customers."

Plusy: "The crew. The keg room is OK and so was the food."
Minusy: "My luggage was lost for five days. The USB port on the seat back didn't work and the sound for the movies was so bad I couldn't watch anything. No boarding by zones, which we had on our outbound flight."

Plusy: "Friendly professional staff...flight was on time and pretty comfortable"
Minusy: "For almost a 5 hr flight all they offer is water or juice...no complimentary meal...and the meal that was offered for sale onboard, they did not have enough meals to keep up with the demand of actual passengers who wanted to purchase."

Plusy: "I got to where I needed to go... 3 hours later"
Minusy: "My flight was delayed by almost 3 hours. And my luggage got left in Toronto and I went 2 days without it. I tried to contact the company that was delivering it and could not reach them all day. Air Canada never offered to compensate me at all and now I will have to chase them down for compensation."

Plusy: "It was fine. :-)"

Minusy: "There was a major winter storm on the way, and the flight should have been canceled like every other flight to Boston was. Long story short, we couldn't land in Boston due to the storm. So we flew not to Boston, but to Quebec City. They would not let us off the airplane. Eventually we flew back to Montreal where we started. More than 7 hours on a plane with no food, and they only offered us water. The flight should have been cancelled in the first place. That would have been a lot less stressful to deal with."

Minusy: "Connecting flight cancelled with a 2 day wait for rebooked flight."

Plusy: "Great cabin crew - really friendly and helpful to passengers. Good selection of drinks. AMS-YYZ-YQG All nice enough - good leg room and nice to have a 2-4-2 seating configuration YQG-YYZ-LHR Nice to be on a 787."
Minusy: "Food was bland, but as expected on a transatlantic route. Good selection of drinks. One of the suitcases missed the flight, but was promptly delivered the following day. It would have been nice if this could have been notified earlier, rather than having to wait for all passenger's luggage to be delivered before realising that our's was not there."

Plusy: "All passengers and crew arrived alive. Flight attendants were very helpful and nice. Price for this trip is much cheaper than comparable flights with other airlines."
Minusy: "Extra charge for any checked bags at all is awful. Couldn't get a meal on flight, even for a price. Just miserable tiny snacks. Flight left late and arrived late, apparently because schedulers didn't bother to make allowances for deicing at previous stop. In-flight Air Canada app didn't work either on my ipAD OR MY LAPTOP."

Minusy: "They were weighting carry on luggage. My luggage was was 22pound and they asked me remove one pound. Plain redicules. They don't provide any snack. West jet is much better option. They have screen TVs. Very boring . Extremely tight leg space. Air Canada is coping Spirit Airlines since they are monopoly. Not many airlines have direct flights to Montreal. They are taking full advantage of it."

Plusy: "Prompt, efficient and friendly."

Minusy: "My traveling partner - Giovanni Medina - was given ill properly prepared food. He ended up getting food poisoning. We had a connecting flight in Montreal to Orlando (our final destination and home), he was suffering during the 2 hour lay over with an ill stomach and then had to suffer 3 more hours on a flight home. He was stopped from being able to go to the bathroom before takeoff because they needed him seated, but he immediately started vomiting right before we took off. He then spent the rest of the ride sick, they allowed him to move to the back in order to use the bathroom rather than the vomit bags, but he was not comfortable at all. He spent the rest of the night after landing in the bathroom continuing to vomit. We chose this airline because of the rave reviews of the food, entertainment, and hospitality of the crew. The latter two were certainly true. We definitely wanted to make sure that you knew of situation because this was a seriously uncomfortable situation for him and we would not want this to happen to anyone else. He had the chicken meal and the meat pastry on the flight."

Minusy: "Need a bigger seat on a long flight and more leg room."

Minusy: "They overbooked. Almost didnt get one"

Plusy: "Econamy class allows 2 piece of bag."
Minusy: "I only have one bag. My bag is weighted 57 lb and charged me CA$100.00. They should have averaged 2 bags' weight and I should not have charged CA$100.00. I think the service is poor."

Minusy: "Everything. I called air canada for three days straight and the lines are busy. I waited for over an hour and thirty minutes to speak to someone at their terminal and they couldn't help. Everything is delayed, they don't care about their customers. I would never fly again!"

Minusy: "Customs was disorganized and we were sent to the back of the line twice. The people working there didn't know what they were doing. Then our flight was delayed 3 separate times, first 2 hours, then another hour, then another hour. The seats on the plane were made for children. Luckily it was only a 1 1/2 hour flight."

Plusy: "The fact that I could charge my i phone..."
Minusy: "The lax attitude to service and customer satisfaction there was a problem with the entertainment system, took over an hour to get attention... But no positive resolution..."

Plusy: "On time and staff was friendly."
Minusy: "It bothers me a little we have to pay for snacks on the plane. Meals and alcohol I understand. I also miss TVs. I had one flight on my way to Florida where I could watch movies. Need more of that."

Minusy: "Flight to TOR was delayed due to multiple maintenance issues on >1 aircraft in TOR, so it didn't leave for BWI until past the original departure time. Needless to say, we missed our connection to Paris. Agents were great in re-ticketing us thru LHR to CDG, gave us info on who to talk to to get bags realigned, went to that agent who said system would automatically update the bags. Upon arrival in Paris, bags were not there, will arrive on the flight today from TOR. Since we're going to Normandy we are driving out to CDG, to pick up bags versus waiting at the apartment for a delivery."
