Upon arrival in China the 144 hour travel visa was granted with no problem within minutes, but the U.S. staff was completely befuddled by the possibility. The interrogation was completely stressful and resulted in a reschedule of the original flight and during the second attempt at flying even an email from the U.S. consulate with a link to the Shanghai/Chinese government immigration site was deemed "not official enough". i will be expecting proper compensation. I was once given an $850 travel voucher for voluntarily giving up my seat, and was flown first class to Hawaii, given 4 star accomodation and then flown first class on to China within 48 hours. This was an involuntary bump from our chosen flight time, all because of a lack of knowledge about current visa regulations and international law on the part of the check in staff. We have been loyal Delta users for over 15 years, and this was the biggest blunder ever. Also humiliating and extremely frustrating, stressful and a big problem with fulfilling our travel plans between son and father."

Bardzo dobra obsługa, jedzenie i wygodne fotele. Pomiędzy fotelami na dole są gniazdka elektryczne a w oparciach z przodu złącza USB. Lepiej wziąć swoje słuchawki na małego jacka, bo te które rozdają mogą nie pasować dobrze do Twoich uszu;)

Wylot opóźniony o ponad godzinę bez podania przyczyn. Walizka nie doleciała. Odbiór,gdy dotarła tylko z lotniska, nie dostarczają do hotelu. KLM przesyłał mi informacje po holendersku zamiast po angielsku.

Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

On time flights and all services were fine except two of our four bags were lost. We have medical equipment in one and hope they find them soon. Currently, we have received no update or information.

Crew not helpful, Infant seat was purchased , instead I got infant ticket on lap, Car seat was taken away at the airport cuz of the type of Boarding pass that was given to us. Luggage missing at the destination airport .

I was flying with 2 older children and would appreciate if we had window row sits ,and not be seated near screeming toddlers. Sandwich was terrible.

Didn't have my boarding pass until Montreal, really stressful and neither Luftansa or Air Canada were rlly helpful.
I was not able to take the return trip back to Boston as scheduled. The first part was the flight from Warsaw to Munich with the departure time 1:15 pm on July 24. When I arrived at Chopin airport in Warsaw I learned that the departure time was changed to 9:15 am. I have not received any notification about the change of the departure time. I had to change my travel plans which could have been easily avoided if I were informed about the change. I used to have respect for the excellent service Lufthansa was providing. Lufthansa proved not to be the same reliable air line anymore. Lufthansa also managed to lose my suitcase. Very disappointed with the level of Lufthansa service.

Lufthansa keeps dropping quality of service. The food is just awful and I noticed other passengers also skipped the meals. They used Boeings before now just Airbus that feel old and are as comfortable as a bus. However Lufthansa seem to be the cheapest option so I should not complain.

Minusy: "No individual screens on back of seat rests. Old tube televisions in the ceiling, in the aisle walkway that don’t retract. No WiFi. Which means not even movies on your own device. And no power - neither usb nor 3 prong"
Minusy: "Three + hour delay out of ORD, equipment problems. Even though she had a boarding pass, they would not allow wife to board. Some ticketing problem between AA and BA. Finally, they let her on. We were the last to board."
Plusy: "There was nothing to like about the way this sudden last minute cancellation was handled."
Minusy: "I expected at least an offer of some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. it didn’t and hasn’t happened thus far."
Minusy: "Flight was late but all of our domestic flights were. We had boarding groups but they let everyone on without an order"
Plusy: "Our flight was delayed for almost 3 hours. They accomodated us with free snacks and sandwiches. The flight crew were very professional and were nice to us, because a lot of us were worried about making our flight. They kept us updated with all the changes. They had good entertainment selections. The pilot got us to our destination about 5 minutes early."
Minusy: "Our flight was delayed about 7 times, we changed gates twice, and the I got to my second layover with 20 minutes to spare instead of the usual 2 1/2 hours. When I tried asked the stewardess if I could deplane with business because I was running late for my connecting flight, she said they no longer do that because passengers don't listen to them. Instead of trying, she juat said no. I felt like an inconvience to her, like it was my fault I didn't have enough time between my flights."
Minusy: "The flight was two hours late leaving Chicago due to maintenance issues. Because of this we missed our scheduled train therefore I had to purchase more tickets."

Plusy: "Did not even have food for sale was given a cookie for 4 hour flight and food services at airport was closed so this was pathetic and miserable finally three immigration officers for 4 international flights so we waited for 2 hours"

Minusy: "My ticket was issued by JAL but it was printed oersted by American Air. I was confused which terminal I should go to checo in. I called JAL. i waited 2 hours. No answer. Then, I called AA. They said international. But i went to terminal 4 which is American Air just in case because it was OPERATED by AA. I was right! I hope someone gave me a correct info."
Minusy: "Even though I presented a valid handicap sticker to the front desk, they treated me as though I was some kid who stole it from my grandma or something when I asked to board early. The steward was rude and pushy. I asked a question and he acted as though I was bothering him."

Minusy: "1. Flight crew stopped coach passengers in the middle of boarding to take drink orders from first class passengers. Very rude and unnecessary. 2. Flight crew allowed passengers to wait for the restroom next to the pilot access door. At least five times with single passengers waiting and once with two waiting. Crew said nothing. 3. Flight crew did not check seatbelts prior to takeoff in the forward section of coach. At least one seatbelt remained unsecured and one child had a backpack on his lap during takeoff. Very unprofessional crew. Credit card promotions over the PA system were very annoying and unintelligible."
Plusy: "The flight to Washington was fine. It was the flight back that I have issues with."
Minusy: "My issue with flying back American is that...I didn't. They boarded us on the plane, moved down the tarmac, and then checked to see that we had a brake problem. They took our plane out of service (which I get, I would want brakes before takeoff), but then they never updated us on our status, until I physically went to the counter to ask an hour later. This is when they informed me that the flight was cancelled and we were rebooked on the 9pm flight (Mind you, this is 12:30p and I have a 2 year old with me). Luckily, I was able to book JetBlue and get home earlier (8:00pm)"

Minusy: "Got a notification of a TWO HOUR DELAY departing SFO. Rebooked into Charlotte instead of Dallas to connect to Fort Myers. THAT flight got delayed AFTER the doors were closed by another 45 minutes which caused me to miss my connection to Fort Myers AND have American Airlines leave my bag in Charlotte. I rebooked into West Palm Beach to drive to Fort Myers and my bag stayed in Charlotte even though there was ANOTHER 45 minute delay to change a tire on the plane. If I practiced medicine the way the airline handled customers, I'd kill every third patient!"

Minusy: "No food no entertainment so that's the only reason I gave 1 star to those"

Minusy: "Cramped, and we didn't get seats together... Hate the system where you have to pay $30-$95 additionally to choose your seats before check in, just doesn't seem fair when the tickets are already crazy expemsive and you're paying for your luggage as well... if you don't pay extra, you (we) end up sitting across from the restroom for six hours of in and out excitement."

Minusy: "1. Limited menu of food for purchase 2. wifi did not work over the Pacific--their wifi is ground based rather than satellite based."
