Plusy: Nothing, they cancelled my flight and rebooked me to another city

Minusy: Everything. I had to buy 2 new tickets because they cancelled my flight

Plusy: Comfort of the plane, service

Minusy: No business lounge in CDG before 9am

Plusy: After a bad experience checking in from Paris, the Ouagadougou part of the trip went well and the food was good, and a good entertainment system.

Plusy: fast lane boarding

Minusy: no snacks

Minusy: There was only one agent checking in business class passengers until a bunch of us complained. The Swiss business lounge is too small with not enough seats

Plusy: Friendliness

Minusy: The boarding by groups could improve the process

Plusy: Superb crew; surprisingly delicious food (better than some first class meals I’ve had in the past).

Minusy: The seat was remarkably uncomfortable. I fly business or first class when traveling overseas (prefer business class) specifically to be able to rest - this was the most uncomfortable I’ve experienced in the last few years.

Minusy: The HVAC system was apparently defective and passengers in the mid-section of the plane, myself included, were bundled up in winter jackets and blankets.

Plusy: The actual boarding functioned ok and despite a late departure we got to Brussels ok. They also announced our boarding gates which helped.

Minusy: The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive.

Plusy: comfortable leg space

Plusy: Great service, food and entertainment.

Minusy: Delayed. Crew seemed pretty annoyed to have people aboard. Will avoid next time.

Minusy: Missed flight. Misplaced checked bag. Filed complaint with Swiss.

Plusy: The crew was excellent, very good food, good entertainment

Plusy: Seats were comfortable and the crew was great

Plusy: Good food and beverage options. Many movie and television selections.

Minusy: The seats were too close especially when reclined. The lady next to me got into an argument 3 times with the man behind her and no one assisted the situation. The second security check needs a better signifier that it was done. It almost made me and another man miss our flight. Miserable attendants

Plusy: Swiss is always excellent

Plusy: I was offered to check in my carry on, it was nice.

Minusy: I was told a wheel chair would be available to help me get to Terminal E in Zurich. I had literally TO RUN to catch my connecting flight to NYC since the chair was not their for me in Zurich. I almost missed my flight. I am a 79 years old woman. That was one terrible experience.

Plusy: The crew was great! The entertainment was pretty good too.

Minusy: The cabin was WAY too warm.

Plusy: Swiss is aways good

Minusy: Impossible to do beter.

Minusy: He option to split groups of travellers.

Minusy: My only suggestion would be to include instructions on how to control the entertainment center and find things such as the headphones in the armrest.

Plusy: Smooth flight.

Minusy: More leg room.
