I was not able to board because United Airlines from Richmond (RIC) doesn't know their own policies. I was denied a boarding pass for not have registered on a Kuwait website but US Military is exempt, which is expressed on United's website. Will need a new, fully funded ticket, not at my expense.

Final leg of our long journey was from ORD to AUS and it was good

There is only one plug to charge electronic devices for two seats, and it is a regular plug so you need a USB adapter. Other airlines often have two USB’s per seat. The entertainment screens are a bit quirky and sometimes non responsive to touch. I had the same issues both ways on my trip.

Wi-Fi didn’t work. Boarding was totally confusing. Guy next to me took more then his area. Constantly touching me pushing on me. Had a bag blocking getting out. Almost fell. Crew didn’t help

Very cramped flight, overhead bins were all completely filled, and passengers had to fly with bags by their feet which was not very comfortable for me personally.

Nice flight but from Entebbe to Amsterdam they didn’t get me what I requested for the baby.

Excellent flight

The cabin crew was friendly. But boarding takes forever and the flight gad long delays on both inbound and outbound flight

It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"

Plusy: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Minusy: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."
Minusy: "The leg-space is very narrow The chair is very tiring No entertainment at all Food was tasteless But most surprising was that we were on stand by for our connecting flight. Though we bought the tickets months ago and we got our luggage checked in all the way to the final destination."

The staff especially in Chicago where we began this awful experience couldn't care less about our situation. Then AIr France lost our luggage and provided no help in locating them. We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."

Had to hear about it from a passenger, no announcement was made. My chicken and potatoes lunch had potatoes as the side dish. Looked like the caterer had leftover potatoes to use! No real vegetables. 2 bites of spinach. Red wine was offered they had no white wine. No choice of sodas..."

Minusy: "I usually enjoy the BA flight from London to Austin, but this flight was extremely uncomfortable. The seats were cramped, and when the woman in front of me leaned her seat back, I didn't have enough space on my tray table to even keep a laptop fully open. The food (chicken casserole) was also terrible, and the airline ran out of other lunch options by the time they got to the back row where I was seated."

Minusy: "I got to the airport the morning of my flight from Warsaw -Dublin and was told my flight was cancelled and no longer exists. Luckily I got a hold of my daughter who was in LA at this time and woke her up at 1am with this issue. She called the web booking company Webjet where you directed us to buy the flight, and was told by Webjet that my flight was cancelled the day before and we were not notified IN ANY WAY! By some miracle, my daughter was able to talk to Webjet and get me on a new flight last minute. Again, this is all happening at 1am California time while I am stranded at the airport in Warsaw! Unacceptable!!! I am however glad that the issue was resolved and I made it home safely. But I think someone needs to look into this immediately because if it wasn't for my daughter, I wouldn't have left the Warsaw airport due to the fact that the airline cancelled the flight and neither the airline, Kayak, nor Webjet notified me...."

Food only for sale with a British credit or debit card, won't take cash,no menu cards, and even if I'd wanted to get food, no gluten free options, which is not a lifestyle choice for me, but a necessity.Scruffy dog-eared magazines in the seat pocket. Not even an offer of tea or coffee. Check-in online would not allow me to change my seat, although it told me I could. I fly a lot, but tend to avoid BA now if I can, and this flight just confirmed that preference."

Minusy: "Gluten Free meals that I ordered were not available, which is a major problem! Boarding took extra long as Crew wasn't ready yet, flight was an hour late in arriving, making it an exhausting 11.5 hr ordeal. Main issue: raging male passenger who screamed at Crew and other passengers for several hours and in effect held us in fear as very young and entirely female crew had trouble diffusing his anger. Seriously thought we were going to have to make a stop to get this guy removed from the plane. What was he so aggressive about? Not having a cradle for his baby. There were many other passengers w infants and he accosted the crew and the couple that did have the bassinet aggressively over and over again. Horrible."
Minusy: "I missed my flight from Barcelona and when talking with BA customer support they were extremely unhelpful in helping me find a return flight to get home to America. In the end I was offered almost no help and had to buy a brand new flight via American. I loved my flight TO London on BA, it was fantastic but the return experience was a nightmare. Can I look into a partial refund on my ticket since I never caught the return flight?"

British Airways should have staff available to process passengers and boarding passes, luggage checkin, etc. earlier for their flights."

Minusy: "The boarding process is a bit of a cluster. No lines, just everybody crowding around until their group is called. Seems like it could be better organized."
Minusy: "Bags took forever to arrive. After a long flight and jet lag the last thing you need is to stand around waiting for your bags. This seems to be a problem with this particular airport (ABIA)"
Plusy: "Just great service, always! Could use a bit more leg room as always but otherwise I've never had any issues with BA!"
Minusy: "Heathrow connection process almost caused me to miss my flight, despite having 2 hours between connections. Security officer at Heathrow was very unprofessional, and took a great pleasure in delaying my processing through the security line. Specifically, I did not remove a PHONE BATTERY CHARGER from my carry-on for screening, so he proceeded to dump out the whole backpack contents, and then purposefully was very slow about putting things back in one by one.As an active duty police officer I understand the need for security and follow all the regulations and instructions to the best of my abilities. However in this case the security officer went out of his way to make the process as slow as he could. Very bad, stressful experience traveling on BA with connection at Heathrow."
