Flight left Denpasar on time and arrived in Auckland some 30 mins early, which was nice. Enjoyed a late dinner - the mie goreng ayam was particularly tasty!"
Minusy: "In the past on overnight flights Emirates I have received a pyjama set in the Business Class, which made it very comfortable to sleep. But this time this was not given, so I had to sleep in my day-wear, which was a bit uncomformtable."

The time flew because by the time the movie had finished, we were starting to descend. I will always look for this flight with Emirates. There is no other flight in comparison, in what you get for your Buck. I believe that other Airlines, ie., Qantas, Virgin Aust, both give you a flight and service, for nearly the same fare but you only get 7kg luggage, no meal just the basic entitlement, tea/coffe/water with a biscuit or something like that and NO ENTERTAINMENT, NO COMPARISON!!!!"

I am deaf & travel alone to India & back to Seattle via Doha by Qatar Airways. They did an awesome services, very friendly and helpful. Since we wear masks all the time during the flights, How can the air-hostess communicate with me? I came to an idea that we communicate each other through texting on my phone which was very helpful! One negative comment is that there are no closed captioning for English movies & dramas on TV. It need to add accessibility for deaf people to enjoy watching during their flights. I will fly with Qatar Airways again in the future.
Flight was delayed at IAD Washington. Passengers were anxious as there was delay announcing about it.
I needed to change my flight and your company made it extremely difficult. The customer service for kayak was completely UNSAT.
Experience in IAD could have been lot better. IAD is one of the worst airport ik n terms of service. Chennai is also equally worst with too many bureacracies.

The main courses were mediocre and the "sandwich" offered between meals on the 13+ hour flight was cold, soggy and inedible. The seats on our A350 were hard and not very comfortable, and the recline function was difficult to operate. Security at the Doha airport was confusing. We had to go through 3 separate checkpoints for our transfer, each with different rules and procedures. The final check at our departure gate was the worst, with impatient officials giving hurried instructions in heavily-accented English, and scolding if passengers didn't understand. I was sent back through a second time to remove my camera from the bag (and to be scolded by the agent), and was patted down a second time coming back through the x-ray, which had green-lighted me both times. It made me wonder if this was a reaction to the extra scrutiny that Arab passengers receive from our airport security in the USA."

This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

Minusy: "The real reason for the negative review is a combination of the cost of this flight, loss of my baggage and poor service after the flight. I paid nearly $4,500 for an economy ticket from New York to New Delhi. The first leg of the flight, from New York to Zurich was delayed long enough that I made my connecting flight to Delhi within seconds of them closing the gate and as a result my baggage was lost. Once I got to Delhi I had to take a connecting flight to Goa and then drive an hour to my destination, where I was attending a good friend's wedding. All of my baggage was lost during transit by the airline, and unfortunately they never delivered by baggage to my hotel...so I was without formal clothes and normal clothes for the wedding for 4 days. The customer service line was no help, and the airline refused to deliver the baggage to me...the closest they would bring it was the Goa airport which was an hour and a half away."

Minusy: "Flight from Zurich to Johannesburg: Swiss 288 (airbus a340-300) Sat in the last row of the Swiss air flight, economy, which was okay but our whole row video enternatinment system didn’t work. You’d pick a movie and it wouldn’t play. The games, camera and flight status animation all worked but not the movies. Air hostess tried resetting , still nothing. But it was a great opportunity to have a lovely conversation with my new German Friend Barbara and read my book! More lactose intolerant alternatives for breakfast which had much (cheese, yogurt, croissant) Other than those two , excellent flight. Thank you Swiss!"

The seats were smaller and there was only the drop down screens for every 2-3 rows, but otherwise, for a less than 2 hr flight, it was fine."

Plenty of leg room on the flight and the cabin staff were fantastic, only thing that let it down was the food choice, but, as it was only a 3 hour flight this wasn;t really a problem. Would gladly fly with them again any time."
Plusy: "Actually had wonderful vegan food for us. Express lane through customs/security. Separate biz check-in that actually worked. Good entertainment. Qantas Biz Lounge about the best lounge I've been in - just wonderful."

After the hellish experience I had at both O'hare and LAX, it was a lovely way to end/begin the trip."

Your attendance were great, but the mask have to go, I have had all my covid shots, had to test positive before I left, and again before I came back on your planes, so no reason for me to have worn one the hole time because I have breathing problems which made the trips out and back on your flights very uncomfortable.

Distances between gates are very significant and if you are not running there is a possibility you not going to make your connecting flight. Information how to get to the Z gates are not clear and it really takes a long time with all passport check points and security to pass through."
