Flight left Denpasar on time and arrived in Auckland some 30 mins early, which was nice. Enjoyed a late dinner - the mie goreng ayam was particularly tasty!"
Minusy: "In the past on overnight flights Emirates I have received a pyjama set in the Business Class, which made it very comfortable to sleep. But this time this was not given, so I had to sleep in my day-wear, which was a bit uncomformtable."

The time flew because by the time the movie had finished, we were starting to descend. I will always look for this flight with Emirates. There is no other flight in comparison, in what you get for your Buck. I believe that other Airlines, ie., Qantas, Virgin Aust, both give you a flight and service, for nearly the same fare but you only get 7kg luggage, no meal just the basic entitlement, tea/coffe/water with a biscuit or something like that and NO ENTERTAINMENT, NO COMPARISON!!!!"

The chairs barely reclined to a comfortable position. There was no entertainment, just a three and a half hour flight at the flight plan on a small tv hanging over. their was no differentiation between the economy behind us. just the food that was brought to us, other felt the same as well who were traveling in business with us."

But before that I found out I could not choose seats online for any of the Swiss Air Flights to and from Europe. It "had to be done" at the airport. Why? Never explained. I called Travis International, the agency booking the flights. Totally useless conversation resulted with no explanation."
Minusy: "The Flights were longer than other airlines taking similar routes. The routing was absurd. To go from Naples to Munich and then turn around and go to Zurich before the 10 hour trip to Tampa made no sense. Lousy routing and customer service. Eidelswiss apparently is a lower-end branch of Swiss Air. My airfare was as much as and more than my other friends who flew Delta, for instance. Flights on other airlines did not take 10 hours from Zurich to Tampa. I lost the ticket receipts and could not claim anything for the items I bought to try get through the two full days without luggage, even though the airlines has a record of the claim. Outrageous!!"
Plusy: "We were worried based on negative reviews on SWISS we had read prior to our trip, but they were WONDERFUL!! We flew coach from MIA to CRETE, two stops and 13+ hours of flying. The seats were as roomy as coach gets, but comfortable, reclining further than Delta or AA in my opinion. The food, drinks and snacks never stopped and were tasty!! Including a delicious Swiss chocolate a the end of your flight! They were so attentive! The attendants were all kind and polite. In fact, we had someone sit in front of us on our flight home who culturally didn't bath/wear deodorant and VERY malodorous and we asked the flight attendant if we could move. As soon as everyone boarded and she found two open seats for us, she moved us right before take off and we had a wonderful, great-smelling 10.5 hour flight!! LOL"
Minusy: "There seems to only be 4 (plenty) bathrooms right in the center of the coach area of the plane, but with the flight attendants constantly serving drinks and food, you really had to time it so you could get to the bathrooms when they weren't in the aisles. Trust me though, this is hardly a negative and I will happily fly SWISS over and over!!!"

I didn’t enjoy freezing and staying there in Heathrow freezing... plus I didn’t fly this flight home due to fears of them not being able to handle a coating of snow versus what loads of snow we recieve in the states. I had to take Air India home to the US AND HATED IT... thank you BA and especially Heathrow Number one for lack of response and total irresponsibility..."

Luckily I got a hold of my daughter who was in LA at this time and woke her up at 1am with this issue. She called the web booking company Webjet where you directed us to buy the flight, and was told by Webjet that my flight was cancelled the day before and we were not notified IN ANY WAY! By some miracle, my daughter was able to talk to Webjet and get me on a new flight last minute. Again, this is all happening at 1am California time while I am stranded at the airport in Warsaw! Unacceptable!!! I am however glad that the issue was resolved and I made it home safely. But I think someone needs to look into this immediately because if it wasn't for my daughter, I wouldn't have left the Warsaw airport due to the fact that the airline cancelled the flight and neither the airline, Kayak, nor Webjet notified me...."

Minusy: "We arrived at the airport more than 2 hours in advance since this was an international flight. There was NO British Airways staff available to help with obtaining actual boarding passes which were NOT available on the BA mobile app. Although we made the flight with enough time, that was only because the security line was short and the passport control line was short as well. British Airways should have staff available to process passengers and boarding passes, luggage checkin, etc. earlier for their flights."
Minusy: "Food was unappetizing and down to one choice by the time it got to us in Premium Economy. nothing premium about it."
Plusy: "British Airways is always my first choice when I fly. You always know what you will get and the familiarity of knowing the booking system, the lounge, the seats. All this needs to be weighed up with a disinterested crew (and I am generalising which is unfair!) and dated planes"
Minusy: "The plane is dated. There was dust in the lockers, my seat got stuck and the entertainment screen was difficult to see. But my big disappointment with this the disinterest of the cabin crew. The purser sits and completes his paperwork while coffee is slowly dripping out of an overflowing disposal unit, collecting under his shoe. The cabin crew on my aisle kept on forgetting what food people ordered and if you were snoozing or not in your seat while she did her round, you missed your chance."
Minusy: "Heathrow connection process almost caused me to miss my flight, despite having 2 hours between connections. Security officer at Heathrow was very unprofessional, and took a great pleasure in delaying my processing through the security line. Specifically, I did not remove a PHONE BATTERY CHARGER from my carry-on for screening, so he proceeded to dump out the whole backpack contents, and then purposefully was very slow about putting things back in one by one.As an active duty police officer I understand the need for security and follow all the regulations and instructions to the best of my abilities. However in this case the security officer went out of his way to make the process as slow as he could. Very bad, stressful experience traveling on BA with connection at Heathrow."

Minusy: "Seats were pretty bad. For a 10 hour flight, rigid, not reclining. Crew was curt. Not rude but curt. Food was terrible. Asked for Indian vegetarian meal - but got an Asian vegetarian meal that had no taste whatsoever. If they can do a Muslim meal, I don't know why they can't do Indian Vegetarian."

Plusy: "Crew were great, especially considering we had a couple of mishaps travelling with a five year old and five month old. Despite being a mega long flight it was comfortable and we were well looked after."
Minusy: "Seats are a little narrow on the exit rows and bulkhead as the armrests accommodate the TV and tables. This also means they can’t be moved. Not unique to Air NZ though."

Minusy: "We left SFO an hour late waiting for a handful of late passengers - good for them though, eh? The rest of the passengers on plane were packed in like sardines. Seemed to me that too much space on plane dedicated to the premium 'cabins' for the uber rich, but they were interesting to look at."
Minusy: "Check in clerk was mean nasty and said several times we could not fly because we didn’t have our tickets rather then helping us use the airport printer to print our tickets she said you can’t print you ticket until you show me your ticket. She should be fired it was united airlines won’t fly them again"

Minusy: "Too MANY Announcements . There were too many automated announcements and crew announcements after take off. There were about 6-8 announcements during a 1.5 hour flight at 7am. The first 5 announcements were the same, no new information until 1hr into flight."

Minusy: "On most airlines, including United, flying is ever more uncomfortable and degrading. Too many people crammed into too little space. My pre-check-in was fruitless because a paper ticket was necessary. The constant upselling of "better" classes of service/comfort and sorting passengers into descending boarding categories is utterly out of control. Make it stop."

Minusy: "Plane was over crowded.the seats are narrow and uncomfortable. Person behind me was constantly kicking the back. I was in the window seat and the guy next to me had a large athletic physique and was over-flowing into my personal space. On top of that he had a severe case of toxic flatulence."
Plusy: "Everything was fine except I barely made the flight in Chicago.when arriving in Charlotte I had to wait about 10 or 15 minutes for a wheel chair to get off the plane."
Minusy: "Having to wait on a wheelchair so long in Chicago I almost missed my flight and having to wait so long for a wheelchair when I arrived in Charlotte."
Plusy: "Although it was s bit bumpy bcs of the weather, we had the wind with us and we arrived about 30 minutes early."

Minusy: "Takeoff scheduled for 7:45pm, didn't happen until after midnight. Only one agent provided at airline counter to help so stood in line for a very very long time."

We have flown United other times and many other airlines and many Boeing 737's...we noticed other passengers looking at each other because of the clunking and growling sounds."
Minusy: "most important I vowed I would try and call FAA about safety concerns with the plane. Mechanical noises prior to take off , during flight(right fan whine) - could hear it when started engines in SF., Some loud clunking at take off bringing in landing wheels and again letting down for landing in Seattle. When plane came to stop at the gate, again some noises we have never heard before on 737's. Please check out that plane more closely. Part of our concern is that Pilot mentioned before take off that they had problems with scheduled 737 and they needed extra time to locate another 737 that could be used(Why our take off was rescheduled twice and different gate)......it seemed that one that had been mothballed may have been brought out to use......We did mention some of this tactfully to stewardess' standing near exit when we got off the plane(She seemed surprised and wondered what we were talking about. We were so thankful we made it. We just figured that flight crew would be tracking these odd noises and pass along to captain if he couldn't hear."

Minusy: "They didn't offer pillows for a 4 hour non stop flight. I would have slept much better with a pillow"
Minusy: "Our seats were Infront of the emergency exit, couldn't relax. I'm 6'6" , so the incline if the back isn't comfortable and we couldn't recline. We had asked switching seats on our flight to Spokane because we were given the same seats. The airline told us seats were chosen at random and they couldn't control them so we had 4 legs of our two flights stuck in no reveling seats. I was very disappointed."
Minusy: "I had the unfortinate luck in getting the seat at the very rear of the plane. It was a red-eye flight and i was really hoping to get some sleep because i knew i was going to have an 8hr layover in Chicago. No such luck on the sleep because the flight attendants were so rude, they were talking very loudly and very vulgar yhe entire trip. I know i wasn't the only one upset because everyone around me was trying to sleep and couldn't. We just kept looking at each other like "really? Come on people!" and it wasn't till about halfway during the flight that they came over the intercom telling how to turn off the tv's on the back of the seats. It took the person sitting next to me to use the flashlight on his phone to be able to find the right button on the arm of the chair. After the experience i had, i will never fly United again."
