When I was boarding the plane I saw several people with carry on baggage that were wider and longer than mine. I will never fly thru British Airways or book thru Kayak.com again. When I get back to my country I will file every complaint I can thru google and social media. I never felt so disrespected and ripped off!"

Our boarding passes would not print at our departure location and I wasn’t able to check in online for it because it kept linking to the American Airlines website for checkin. We tried to print our boarding passes at the kiosks but it said we needed to seek assistance. We were misdirected to the ticketing/rebooking line which we sat in and watched the board change to boarding and later gate closing. There were only two agents at the desk helping the completely full queue. We were told that our reservation was apparently already changed to a later flight for some reason. Being delayed seven hours is a great way to start a honeymoon off."

Unfortunately, the French issued a year ago the following rule: to enter France, the foreign passport must not expire at least 3 months after the return date. British Airways let us fly to London, explaining this to us, how it would be on us if there were problems further down, and that we would have to get our luggage in London. We chose to fly thinking it would be OK, we had listened to an online person who had had the same problem and the French later told him they would have let him in, also I am myself a dual citizen of France and the US, plus I am autistic, an invisible disability (in my case) that makes it impossible for me to travel alone. I usually do not even say it since not much is understood -by those who do not have it- on how to accommodate it However in London BA did not allow my partner to go on. Due to the fact yesterday was Easter Monday, the American consulate in London was closed. We have spent the night in a nearby motel and now, the next day, I am waiting alone back at the airport with our 2 large suitcases while my partner is at the American consulate. We are poor, do not have phone, currency or charger for England, and I do not do well with stress, so it is difficult. Now we cannot easily reach one another. We hope to be able to fly on a standby basis (that's what BA told us we could hopefully do) later today. Sorry for this long letter, I hope it does not bore whoever reads it (if it is even read :). After waking up hours later, I informed the flight attendant and she was able to reset/restart my screen individually. Everything worked perfectly afterwards"

Minusy: "I paid to upgrade to the exit row because I am 6 feet 5 inches tall after boarding they informed me that I could not sit in that seat because I needed a seat belt extender they made me move to a regular seat that was so tight that my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me coming back was the same the man next to me was 6 feet tall and he had no room also boarding was mass confusion as they have boarding from the front and rear simultaneously with no instructions so people had to shove past each other all in all I will never fly them again"

I had to run to another desk for help and was rebooked on an Air France flight but did not receive miles for either BA or AF. Completely unprofessional and chaotic. Miserable to say the least because I missed the wedding that I was flying to, the only reason I flew there!"

Minusy: "The co-flight wasn't made clear to me. This was an American Airlines flight as is my return. Beyond the brand and gate confusion that resulted from this, the flight was delayed a couple hours and the plane looked like it hadn't been refurbished since the 70s."

Minusy: "The dispassion & lack of hospitality by the staff. The lack of process & order of queing to check in. The lack of leadership & ownership of taking care of customers. The livestock-like movement of checking in...standing & waiting on the bus to proceed toward the plane. The standing & waiting on the bus to deboard the bus to board the plane. The standing & waiting on the bus to wait for the bus to proceed to the terminal after landing. The standing & waiting on the bus to deboard the bus to proceed to baggage claim. The extra long wait to receive the luggage at baggage claim. The leadership of the company needs to either decide to fix this or find other work. Everything stated above is a reflection of leadership not taking ownership."
Minusy: "The terminal was vary fare, no one to ask you supposed to keep some body at main terminal to guides us where to , I should say every body suffered today"
Plusy: "For a trip lasting less than 2 hours, an agent told me a small personal bag was allowed. After waiting on a huge line to board my plane, turns out I had to shove my bag into my carry on luggage because I was misguided by the EasyJet agent entirely. Awful service in comparison to line lengths and rules, idiotic overlook by staff and generally subpar airline service."
Minusy: "Staff agent said a tiny carry on purse was allowed (mine was so small that it could’ve easily slipped into the pocket of the back of the seat in front of me). When I was ready to board I was rushed to stuff my bag in my carry on despite being told previously it was allowed. Also an incident where another passengers water bottle spilled onto my carry on (no doubtedly) because he was forced to stuff the tiniest of all things into his carry luggage) was handled very poorly by staff, with annoyance that we brought it to attention."
Minusy: "Easy jet exists today because we, customers have little choice. It’s a typical example of a company that has a good market positioning but is extremely poorly managed. The day a customer centric airline will enter the market, easy jet will gently disappear. The exact thing happened with frech taxis the day uber entered the french market"

Minusy: "Absolute worst experience in 15 years of frequent travel. EasyJet flight was cancelled from Paris to Nice incurring and additional 417 euro flight with Air France and 250 euro TAXI from Toulon to nice. Absolute absurdity as there were no other flights to Nice for 2 days. Easy jet then OVERBOOKED me from Nice to Paris. I had to fly Air France AGAIN, an additional 380 euro and I missed my connecting flight from Paris to jfk costing me an additional $800USD. How is this even allowed? WORST company to have ever existed, they must go out of business, contacting BBB and getting the word out on this disgusting company."
Minusy: "Stewart jeune et immature, changement de gate 20 minutes avant le départ et avion un peu retardé. J'ai pris une petite valise à main qui devait rester avec moi dans l'avion avec plein de chose fragile à l'intérieur mais malgré toute la place disponible dans l'avion pour la mettre, un Stewart sans explication m'a demandé de la mettre en soute. En effet, je vais pas vous mentir que je n'ai pas bien réagi à sa demande désagréable car la taille et le poid de mon baggage à main concordait avec les règles mise en place par "easyJet". Je me lève un peu plus tard pour demander un simple verre d'eau au même steward qui m'a stoppé pour ma valise, mais celui ci avait décidé de me faire "chié" jusqu'à la fin en prenant tout son temps pour me remplir mon verre d'eau et au lieu de me le donner directement, il a préféré le garder quelque minutes dans sa main en me regardant d'un air moqueurs. Enfin j'ai voulu essayer "easyJet" pour la première fois mais vraiment plus jamais."
