When the bus stopped neat the air craft for boading, ground staff were seen collecing heavy hand carry luggage from the passengers for putting them in a separate compartment for taking as a cargo, which caused another delay in boading. Old air craft on this route should be replanced. Before boading from Dubai to Lahore, I checked my flight status several times on flight information screen but my flight was not shown on it. Later, I checked on hand touch screen and came to know that gate was B2."

They put my son through ridiculous strip search security measures, and when my passport fell into to the steel bullet of a garbage can, they didn't help and my son and I figure out how to go through it to get my passport. Lufthansa lost our luggage, and to get rid of us, told us they would send it to the hotel we had to check into on account of the overnight delay. They never delivered the luggage, and other employees later told us over the phone that this was not going to happen. The terminal was filled with tired and frustrated travelers, and to make matters worse, the Lufthansa staff were temperamental and condescending to many. At the peak of the chaos, the Lufthansa staff went out on break, while hundreds waited in line for over 8 hours. We expected more - much more - in one of Lufthansa’s own German domestic hubs."

Plusy: "I liked almost everything. And according to me, it does not make a difference if we rate things good or excellent at a certain point in time. As long as it is good, it can be excellent. I mean including crew. People have good days and bad days. I am sure the crew can say the same about passengers."
Minusy: "What could have been better is: - the email that the airline generates and senda to people a couple of days prior to flight directs you to a site where you are supposed to fill in the blanks. About Covid. The thing is that you cannot submit it unless you as a passenger fill out an Austrian address. The electronic form does not have the option to rule out staying in Austria and indicating that you are transiting in Vienna. I had to fill that form out (at the Address in Austria section) with sentences like “not applicable” “transitting” and also had to google the Vienna Airport address for the zip code so it could be submitted. The form forced me to fool the it. Not cool. Frustrating."

Minusy: "When I try to make the change of itinerary on Austrian Airlines on the selling web page, they told me to contact the Austrian Airlines, so I did. The Austrian Airlines lady who told me that I would just lose my tickets and that I could not even pay a penalty to avoid such thing, was very VERY RUDE!! As the Austrian Airlines did not offer me an option but losing my plane ticket,"

Minusy: "I will never fly Austrian again! They disrespected my family, they did not honor my reservations, and the staff was just nasty!"

Minusy: "My father and I were seated in biz class but were unable to sleep because of a fan noise directly over our seats in Row 9. We complained to the attendant about it but she was unable to determine the cause. Many hours later, a different crew member identified the noise source and stopped it by simply flipping a switch. This disruptive noise could have easily been avoided but the ignorance of the crew member to whom we complained failed to solve it. By the time the second crew member identified the problem there was not enough time to sleep. This experience was extremely disappointing. We paid extra to fly business class so we could sleep, but this ridiculous crew error fouled our plans. We asked the crew to file a report about it and they did. Look into it. We expect a refund of the extra fare we paid, or else we will never fly Austrian Airlines again. I am an affluent person and I travel internationally 6 times per year. You would be smart not to anger me and lose my business."

Minusy: "The Senator Lounge at Vienna Airport is very poor, food selection is very limited and it is obvious that the focus is on cost saving. Another disadvantage is that the lounge only opens at 5.30am in the morning but first flight already leave Vienna around 6am. Mine was at 7.05am which meant that I just arrived when the lounge opened and I had to wait in a long cue. Boarding was due to the limited space in front of the gate a mess, priority boarding was announced but I was not made sure that priority passengers board first. The seats on board are for business to small and there is not even space to hag up the coat."

I was told the flight was full without the attendant even checking, flight was actually not even close to full. Nobody wanted to help and do their job, they just want to send you on your way."

Minusy: "Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts."

Minusy: "the connection flights was the worse! The gate was changed in Amsterdam 3 times! From D82 to C6 and then to C11. The distance between B82 and C was 20-30 minutes walk. No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

First bag arrived a day late, second after I had left Billund and it was six days before the bag with my clothes reached me. I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here."

Minusy: "The crew had their general Dutch aloofness on form. Chatted to one of the stewardesses in Dutch up until she saw I had a British passport then she decided she could only speak English to me."

The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again."
