And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

There were many others complaining about the SAS Go luggage issue and then having to pay again. I could have gone with Ryan Air for a fraction of the cost."

I fly with all big airlines like American, Delta, Lufthansa, LOT, etc"

Minusy: "On arrival to Heathrow we sat on the tarmac for an hour and a half as apparently there was not enough staff to connect the plane to the gate.The computers to tell us where our connecting flights were, were down so they could not tell us which gate to go to. When we finally disembarked, I was not allowed to my gate despite it being in the same terminal and having 40 mins to go.I was directed to a BA desk to get another flight. After 15mins waiting here the staff were rude and announced they would be closing. I finally was directed to departures to be told the only option was the same time tomorrow. Terrible journey!"

Minusy: "Connecting flight experience - Had to wait in a line for around 5 hours just to speak with a customer service representative at the London airport because my previous flight was delayed and I had missed my connecting flight."

Minusy: "Flight was delayed almost an hour. Not even free water. You had to buy it."

Minusy: "Your partner Webjet is a horrible company lacking customer service of any kind. And since i was linked to them from your website I will be cutting my ties to kyak as well."

Minusy: "You had to pay for everything and I do mean everything. Even a glass of water. There were no glasses unless you paid for a bottle. If I have a choice I won’t be flying British Airways again."

Minusy: "Nothing was on time, zero service, non existent customer service"

Plusy: "Large seats, fast service."

Minusy: "It was August 18. They lost my baggage. Next day on Saturday at 3 pm I had a wedding and I was a wittness.In the baggage a had a dress for me and part of dress for the wedding's couple . They found my baggage on the 3th plane on the last minut. Terrible. And I had go for it by myself because LOT didnt want to send to me the courier. The fly was also 1 hour late"

Minusy: "Delayed boarding, delayed takeoff, delayed landing. Everything was done so slowly that we nearly misssed our connection."

Minusy: "Once arriving in London our airplane didn't have a place to park so that we could be relieved from our flight. We waited, seated in the plane for over 45 minutes and we almost missed our connecting flight. We had to run to the next gate and getting through security checks was a nightmare. The London airport crew seemed to have terrible communication and terrible customer service skills."

Minusy: "The plane was an hour late and there was no snacks served, you had to pay even for water."

Minusy: "No entertainment on a long flight. Not good."

Plusy: "Impressive airplane at first sight when boarding."
Minusy: "Blankets were a little bit dirty. Screen was very small compared to other air crafts. Food was... British. So it was OK. Crew could have been better."

Minusy: "Checkin staff , who don't appear tombs BA but from another airline working on behalf of BA, apparently punted a problem they knew would take much effort to resolve to the BA agents at Heathrow"

Plusy: "NOTHING!"
Minusy: "I had been waiting a few hours for my next connecting flight ant at about 8:00 pm (45 minutes before departure), they announce that our flight might be delayed do to mechanical problems on our plane. It took them 4 hours to fix it. Which was not too bad. What was bad is that they lied to us. Because I missed my connecting flight, they said that they would be waiting for us with our new flights and not to worry. When we arrived in London, we were scrambling to find out where to go. there was several families in front of me that missed their flights and they were having problems trying to re-book their flights. It took about 3/4 hours for me (one person) to re-book my London to Glasgow because I was stuck behind families. I was trying to explain one of BA employees that I (1 person) needed a flight to Glasgow. It was getting late and I was worried that I might miss the last flight of the day and would be stuck in London until the next day. She didn't like that I told her that and didn't want to help me. so it took me about 4 hours in line to get my flight and had to rush to get it. I had also purchased a window sit that I was not able to get. The guy that help me re-book my flight told me that I would have to call for that. Which I did now but the first phone # I called, the guy said that I had to call this other #. I called the # he gave me and a recording comes out that they are too backed up with calls and cannot help me to go to the website. At the website, they are asking for the flight # of the re-booked flight (I only have my original flight #'s on my email). I don't know what happened to the ticket they gave me to board the re-booked flight so I don't have it. I don't know where else to call about my refund and also think I deserve some kind of compensation for missing a day at both airports with horrible treatment and service. CAN YOU HELP ME ON HOW TO TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE ABOUT MY REFUND AND SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION?"

Plusy: "Large, generous leather style seats. Snack was a half-baked buttered up ham & cheese croissant (don't expect french quality, it's sustenance only) Crew was wonderful with fixing us a tea & shortbread when we asked for it while on ground"
Minusy: "Heavy fog on London pushed my Nice-Heathrow 2h back. They knew about it yet, let us board the plane more or less on time. Once on board they told us we'd stay on ground for 2h, and if anybody wanted to other plans on this new years eve, they had 5minute to get off the plane. I had only 2h transfer time in Heathrow and asked if I got off if I could be rerouted through another hub. The stewardess had no clue, but said this is usually dealt from London and they have more options there, so I staid in plane. It would have been better to know that in terminal where wifi was available and we could have BA customer service give us individual attention."

Plusy: "The crew were ok, nothing really to comment on bad or good."
Minusy: "The boarding area was just a corridor. The seats are cramped and uncomfortable. At check in there were not nearly enough staff to handle the volume of customers checking in."

Plusy: "Great food."
Minusy: "Not much space for a long flight."

"Everything went very well. The crew and flight attendants were awesome. A 1hour and 20 minute flight. Enjoyed it, one step closer to home! 😃"

Minusy: "They didn’t have a pilot assigned to our flight. Had to wait 3 hours for a pilot to arrive. 😞. Thank goodness I wasn’t in a hurry to get to my destination."

Minusy: "No room as always but you have to wear a mask next to another mouth breather and they still keep it hot!"

Minusy: "Flight attendants not enforcing mask rules. Unfortunately, many people on my flight seemed to think they're not concerned by the pandemic, and were keeping their noses out of their masks, or frequently removing their masks"

Plusy: "Plane wasn’t full, they allowed everyone to spread out in the plane"

Plusy: "They were fine. Seemed really short with a mom and her children but other than that, average."
Minusy: "Well, my flight was delayed for an hour and a half and it seemed like the airlines mistake, not weather. It's going to make me over 2 his late to a concert, which is the main reason I came here. So hopefully they let me in, or I just spent $300 for nothing."

Plusy: "The entire crew and the landing"

Plusy: "I liked that the armrest came up and that the walkway was a bit wider than other airplanes."
Minusy: "Larger seats"

Minusy: "Paid for a seat with extra legroom, but passenger in next seat allowed small child to run back and forth in the legroom. Nothing was done when observed by crew"

Plusy: "The crew was very courteous and helpful, they seemed to have a positive attitude and worked with passengers like they really enjoyed their job."
Minusy: "There was a 3 hour delay outbound and a 9 hour delay inbound. On the inbound flight I was put up in a nice hotel for the day and given a $30 meal voucher. However I missed my connecting flights and had to be put up when I got back to the States. Despite getting in at 10pm I was put on a 5am flight."

Minusy: "Late. Again. For no good reason."

Minusy: "More leg room, more attentive to customers with disabilities"

Minusy: "Well the flight was delayed out of Indy and then due to some emergency at Ohare, we taxied for at least 30 minutes causing me to be late for my connecting flight and now I'm still here waiting for my new flight which is delayed."

Plusy: "Nice crew! Specifically remember Monica"
Minusy: "Boarding was inconvenient and the plane was half empty, leaving the majority of the passengers in the back. I’m sure it’s because of weight distribution but it’s still kind of annoying."

Plusy: "Crew was attentive and professional."
Minusy: "The lady behind me was a bit of a crank / wouldn’t allow me to recline the seat / kept pushing it up. REALLY , that 3 inches was affecting you . SMH"

Minusy: "The plane was not full. I sat in row 32 with two people on either side of me. In the row in front of me there were no people in it. What’s up with that? We also sat on the tarmac at the time that we were supposed to be deplaning. We were waiting on another plane to back out of the gate for 10 minutes. What’s up with that?? American Airlines, get your act together!!!!!"

Plusy: "Super great flight attendant in first class. Very friends and beautiful smile. Nice to see on stressful days traveling. Nice job!"

Plusy: "Great service and fantastic landing!!"

Plusy: "Boarding the plane was incredibly fast. As for the crew, I got an iffy energy from one of the crew members whom I felt was trying to play on my intelligence."
Minusy: "I wish American offered more vegan and wheat/ gluten free options, as well as herbal tea options. I was determined to sleep during this flight, but I was hoping this plane would have the TV behind the chair. I enjoy watching the live map as we’re flying."

Plusy: "As a fat guy, I really like these newly built AA airplanes with huge seats. Two great flight attendants, too (a rare thing this day and age). Better than average coffee for an airline."
Minusy: "Terrible turbulence. I know it's not AA's fault, but still, despite how nice the plane and staff were, I was sweating bullets for two hours!"

Minusy: "The space between seats are too small, and the seats do not recline enough (very uncomfortable)"

Plusy: "Friendly flight stewardesses!"

Minusy: "Flight itself was good, but will never book via JustFly again. 2/3 of my flights were cancelled and I was never notified. Then I had to call to reschedule, which took almost an hour. Then they stated they would send my confirmation via email 24-48 hours. 3 days later and the confirmation still never came. SO I had to call again and wait another half hour. No point in booking through a 3rd party for that type of hassle."

Minusy: "Dirty food trays trash jammed down it and flight attendant said the she doesn't touch that cleaners doBeing"

Minusy: "4 delays and two flight changes... I was late and it was crowded"

Minusy: "Flight was late, no info why, when landed in DCA NO GATE AVAILABLE - and that is past 10 PM."

Minusy: "Plane delayed, had to switch to new plane which was after two hours"

Minusy: "American has gone to these thin seats so that they can cram more cattle into the back. They are absolutely the most uncomfortable seats I've ever had the displeasure of being forced to sit in, and unless you're willing to pay even more for "premium" seats, you won't even have enough space to sit. I will never, never, ever give American Airlines another penny."

Minusy: "I didn't like how we were 20 minutes early yet after 1.5 hours of sitting on the Tarmac that I missed my connection by a few minutes. I wish the crew hadn't falsely informed the passengers onboard that the other planes would be delayed with the communication issue @ Reagan (DC)."

Plusy: "The crew was good."
Minusy: "Washington airport grounded our flight for no apparent reason while we were on the runway in Indy about to take off, then didn't tell us when we could expect the delay to end."

Plusy: "Easy boarding, im about 6'3 so i was a bit uncomfortable being in the middle seat (not airlines fault) overall good first experience."
Minusy: "Would have liked to be able to sit by my spouse being my first time on an airplane. Wasnt an option?"

Plusy: "As always, the staff was courteous and efficient. I never have any problems when I fly American Airlines. I often book my flights specifically for American Airlines when I can."

Minusy: "Very narrow seats. I am not very tall and my knees were hitting the seat in front of me"

Plusy: "I liked the smooth ride, and engaging captain. We didn't hit much turbulence, even if it is uncontrollable. Takeoff and landing was smooth and put my worries about flying to rest."

Plusy: "Senior flight attendant and pilots were friendly and competent as were the checkin personnel. We also appreciated the fact that the flight was on schedule. Lastly, we were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of coach."
Minusy: "No major complaints."
