Plusy: "Great flight"

Plusy: "Never got on the plane due to weather restrictions in the connecting flight prior to this flight. Called SWISS customer service on a Russian line, were told to get a paper from another Russian airport that no flights were leaving the city. Did that. when arrived to Moscow no SWISS customer representatives were at the stations and had to end up buying a completely new ticket to get home."

Minusy: "I do not understand why arriving to checkin with 90 min, on a DIRECT flight, in business class they can decide to not lead luggage at ZRH. We had to wait for all luggage to come out, then go to lost and found, what is more puzzling is that then they tell you the luggage will be loaded on next flight, arrive at night, but will not deliver it until after 3PM on next day. This is flying business class. Swiss begins to feel like a low cost"

This wasn't a huge problem for me, but a taller passenger would be rendered unable to watch anything on the in-seat entertaniment system if the person in front of them was reclined."

Some were very friendly and polite."

Minusy: "The first flight was cancelled after we sat on the plane for over an hour. We all had to wait in line at the transfer desk. Then our second flight attempt- boarding was awful, total chaos. The flight was delayed because boarding was so long. Then once we landed late, there was an issue deboarding the flight with the stairs and we were stuck for 40 mins for this process."

Plusy: "I was offered several snacks throughout the flight, which helped to pass the time and gave me the opportunity to drink water, which helps a lot."
Minusy: "Seats were very tight in the cabin. I don't know of an airline that does not jam seats into coach, so this is expected."

Minusy: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Plusy: "The crew were great! The seats are not that comfortable, it happened that I had 3 seats raw for myself but the armrests were not going up so I could not utilize them and lie down to sleep."

A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

The food was also tasty and I technically had two meals. Great job, TAP!"
Minusy: "The only thing that could be improved is the boarding process in the Lisbon airport. The boarding time for the flight was one hour before takeoff and the gate area was too small to hold the total number of people taking the flight. We also didn’t board until 30 min before the flight so passengers were waiting in one big crowd because it was impossible to find a seat or to even form clear lines for boarding."

It was imposible to accept, so I've cancelled and bouhgt another ticket from other airline and ask for refund. Three months later I still waiting for the money. Not recommend at all TAP."

Minusy: "I paid to select my seats which were 2 window and two aisle seats. I was assigned 2 aisle and 2 middle seats. I paid extra to acoid middle seats and I would like a refund."

Minusy: "If you're going to charge for a checked bag on an international flight, it would be nice if you made that clear on the ticket purchase. A tiny link buried in the information section "See baggage information for additional fees that may apply" doesn't make it abundantly clear that you're going to be hit with an $85 charge each way (ultimately $380 for my wife and me round-trip). Sneaky and dishonest!"

Glad the international flight was more comfortable. Somehow we did not get the memo that there was a 0 baggage allowance for an international flight. Most give 1 or two bags free. So when we had to pay 80 euros for each bag it started off our trip with TAP a lot disappointed. We still have to fly back and we can go online and pay before hand and get it for 45 euros each. Increased out ticket prices by 205 euros. Will make me take a second thought before I book with TAP again."
