When we got back to the airport we had unnecessary stress of finding our luggage in some unclaimed baggage office. We almost missed the flight. Norwegian staff needs to be knowledgeable about how baggage is handled."

I've been flying for years and I've never had anything as bad as this. Somebody puked on the bathroom door and the crew just put a blanket down to cover it up. Everything smelled. AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT, they charged me 80 euros for 1 checked bag. Meals were 45 euros EACH WAY and for a glorified tv dinner and a snack. Not worth it in anyway. I've never been more dissatisfied with a flight in my life."

The same attendant had a very unpleasant tone with me when I was waiting to use the lavatory. Instead of kindly asking me to return to my seat, he felt the need to express that I was in the way of doing their job and ordered me to go back to my seat. Premiere class doesn't get premiere treatment I guess."

When you look for a cost effective flight especially when flying with family including 2 young children you think it is good that the flight costs were quite good, however when you add in the additional baggage fees each way and the reserving you seats so you can all sit together the overall flight costs including the extortionate food prices on board makes them out to be much the same if not higher than that of one of the premium airlines that already include all those things in your flight cost. Not to mention when arriving home in Boston around 40 passengers bags had been left in London and there was NO Norweign staff available to help with this, it tool numerous requests from passengers as well as the flight services people to get a Norweign member of staff to come and help. SO there were a lot of unhappy passengers. I will be seriously considering whether i use Norweign any more in the future because of this."

Flight attendants basically ignore you the whole flight unless you purchase on the flight or in advance. Very poor choice of movies, all old movies. And no WiFi whatsoever. All of these are major inclusions on trans-Atlantic flights, and were not visible when purchasing this flight. I thought it sounded too good to be true. To be honest, if this were all included up front, I couldve brought on-board food and drink for the flight. I dont like being nickel and dimed on everything. Charging over $50 for a checked in bag is ridiculous. At least if it were for $25 like every other flight, I wouldnt of minded."

But be prepared: even on an 11-hour flight you must also reserve meals (i.e., prepay), or you'll be looking forward to buying from the "snack bar"--$9 for a small sandwich. Other items they charge for: water, earbuds, blankets... Don't even ask if there are free snacks. I'm surprised I wasn't charged for speaking with a crew member (when I could flag one down--good luck with that). They begin "boarding" 2 hours before departure. Why? So you can stand in a long line, no food venues nearby, to then be sequestered in an enclosed waiting area until they condescend to let you on the aircraft (no fee for that, surprisingly). Unless you prepaid another fee for expedited boarding. But if you're a common peasant I suggest taking a different discount airline where they actually care about their customers."

Later in the flight, a girl a few rows ahead of my was asleep on the armrest. Glass eyes didn't even attempt to walk around her, but slammed her hip right into the woman's head instead. She didn't even slow down. It was the weirdest, most abusive behavior I've ever seen on an airplane."

W dobie pandemii, na lotnisku stalem godzine poniewaz wylaczone z uzytku krzesla maja zapewniac bezpieczna odleglosc. W samolocie wirus juz przeciez sie nie rozprzestrzenia. Linie lotnicze staly sie bardzo aroganckie, poprosilem zaloge czy mozemy poprzesiadac sie skoro zostaly wolne miejsca, uslyszalem ze jezeli nie wykupilem miejsca to jest to niemozliwe, a potem slysze przez intercom ze zaloga jest po to zeby sie nami opiekowac. A moze jednak, pilnowac interesu?
Everything is just great, it is worth paying extra, but I wish they had a better coffee.
Positive: The flight was on time, which is quite a rarity, especially for low-cost carriers. The flight attendants "upgraded" me to an extra legroom seat (although it was more for practical reasons, as they needed someone by the emergency exit). Negative: In full Covid-19 pandemic wave, most of the passengers were checked for boarding, but instead of either being allowed to directly board the plane or at least to wait in front of the boarding gate at a relatively safe distance, everyone was crammed into a tiny space between the boarding desk and the actual gate. I'm not sure I wouldn't been comfortable being piled together with 150 other people in a little over 50sqm in "normal" times, let alone during a pandemic. Also, despite the plane only being at around 2/3 capacity and most of the extra legroom seats being unoccupied, the flight attendants were very reluctant to allow a fellow travel companion to sit in the same extra legroom row with me, because "these seats cost more than the regular seats", which I thought was very petty (regardless of whether it was company policy or the attendants' own rigid attitude towards the situation).

Minusy: "Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."
Plusy: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."
