Flight from Dusseldorf to Zurich, then Zurich to Los Angeles. in Dusseldorf, SWISS oversold the plane by 25 passengers. It was unbelievable, SWISS was randomly determining who would not fly and miss their other connecting flights in Zurich. It was by shear luck that we were able to keep our original reservation. SWISS needs to realize that this type of problem is serious. I can't imagine every flying SWISS again."

I love everyone and I expect people to respect me for who I am, not for where I am coming from..to keep repeating same word ( Arabo Arabo ) ???..... I just need fair judgemental... I've been flying with Air Europa many times and love the company but now I will remain in shock the rest of my life with this experience, to be discriminated in that level from different representatives of this company in Malpensa, Milan... Three people had their cell phones or iPads slip down the side of the seats, requiring the seats to be disassembled in flight, and getting down on the floor to reach in and get it....if you have small enough hands. Boeing aircraft are far better quality. Noisy aircraft, again, not Boeing quality."

Boarding and disembarking was as it is with all airlines, but the staff were very helpful. Each seat had it's own entertainment screen with games, music, movies and TV shows in many languages."

Minusy: "It was a connecting flight for a lot of people but the crew didn't say where to go for connections. I know that's not really their job, but many people (ourselves included) were running through the airport to first find then travel to our connections. A simple "go right for connections" could have sufficed because in a very un-airport-like move, there were no signs about connections, just gates, and our boarding pass for the connection said Gate ABC--which meant it was either Gate A (60 options), Gate B (60 options), or Gate C (60 options) and Gate A was slightly left and the other two were about a 30 minute run/walk. We had 45 minutes between flights, which we thought was reasonable, but we spent 15 of them trying to figure out where to go and asking airport employees who said follow the gate number and when we showed them Gate ABC, became confused because there was no gate number."

It would be very helpful if the airline included information as to the correct terminal and the position of the baggage and boarding pass check in in its reminder of the scheduled flight. I hesitate to travel with them again because of the airport experience, not their service once you find them."

When we got back to the airport we had unnecessary stress of finding our luggage in some unclaimed baggage office. We almost missed the flight. Norwegian staff needs to be knowledgeable about how baggage is handled."

Instead the staff was literally grabbing customers and pushing them into lines....I wasn't touched but I was watching and it was amazing that they could get away with what they did. Never handed out customs cards which led to excessive delays in customs. The Customs agents were actually bad mouthing the airline for their poor service."

I have flown both internationally and economy before, but I have never been on a flight, especially a 7 hour international flight, where I wasn't even offered water! The crew didn't even make eye contact if you didn't purchase an upgraded flight. I didn't expect a meal flying overnight, but I've received pretzels and a soft drink on 45 minute flights! How is that we received meals and drinks, and the proper hospitality on the return flight, also without purchasing the upgrade? Maybe it was because the return flight was operated by Hi Fly. Norwegian needs a lesson from Hi Fly on how to treat their customers! I will never fly with Norwegian again, and will share my experience with anyone contemplating flying with this carrier. Shame on you, Norwegian!!!"

Not only were all of the flight attendants courteous and charming, but the look of the planes themselves, the lighting, the entertainment, meal, the whole experience was just really classy and fun to be a part of. As a low-rate airline, I was not expecting nearly the quality of service that I received. It was an incredibly welcome surprise, and I definitely plan on flying with them again in the future."

The price is great for the flights but I'd really rather not travel Norwegian again because of the attitude of the service team. Really, the worst. The breakfast meal was pretty unsatisfactory. The cold wraps are not appetizing and the juice is just super sugary, kind of garbage quality."
