That plane was smaller. But all of a sudden when we go on the 787 Dreamliner my backpack is too tall? Cost me $65."

Minusy: "Service was, surprisingly, not so good (this is my second time with Norwegian). My son was sleeping and I pressed the call button to get some help form cabin crew. They turned it off. I pressed it again, a girl came and I explained I need help - to get my trolley from the overhead bin so I can take a blanket for my son, cos it was cold and he was sleeping, I couldn’t move. She asked me “Is your bag heavy?”. What kind of help is that?She after all got the bag, but I was a cabin crew, and I would never tell that to a passenger needing help with a small child. Also, no one is checking if passenger with children are ok."

They gave us a cup at a time and didn't ask if we wanted larger portions."

We had 1 extra bag and they would not even listen to our situation. They charged me $600 for an extra bag. I will never fly Norwegian Airways again. No consideration for their passengers. The bottom line - do not fly Norwegian Airlines..."

Minusy: "The reason I gave a two for overall experience was that we were more than one hour late and I missed my connection flight from Los Angeles and for this reason I had to spend the entire night in LA.I even bought a travel insurance and when I went back to Norwegian airline to tell them I was late for my connection flight which was two and a half hour later than our landing,they told me there was nothing they could do about it. There are a lot of people who have connection flight and it's hard to rebook especially at night.Punctuality should be the most important over everything else. Ildiko Balog"

Plusy: "The Dreamliner is a really nice plane to fly in. maybe not as much legroom as I've had in a Delta 737, but the new TV screens, large windows and swish lighting were all great. The way you can order and pay for snacks through your screen is also great."

Minusy: "I got to the airport at 8:45 for a 10:25 flight with carry on only. Carry on I have used with Norwegian in the past, and was actually packed minimally as this trip is only 4 days. The person at the kiosks who did the weighing of luggage was barely understandable. No one was helpful, instead it was like some game t weigh the bag and tell someone it was a kilo over. After I stood in line for 45 min, the bag weighed in at 8.6 kilos!! Clearly under the requirement, but as I was told to stand in line I was forced to check that bag and pay $65 (and to pay you had to move to a separate line that took another 30 min). As you can imagine 40% of the plane was in the same spot and then even with the flight boarding, no Norwegian staff assisted all of these passengers to get through security. Miserable!"

Minusy: "Our original flight from LAX to Norway was delayed 3 hours and caused us to miss our connecting flight to Iceland. The travel site was able to provide accommodations. Our return flight from Oslo to LAX was another bit of a hassle. We were each questioned by Norwegian Air employees. They were very strict about our luggage but not informative and inconsistent in the way they dealt with each of our luggages. They were also rude about it. When it was time to enter the gate, we were questioned by the same employees again. It was a waste of time and also unfair because we realized not all pssengers had to go through the same process we did. I won’t fly Norwegian Air in the future."

Plusy: "The Hi Fly staff was great-very attentive to its customers. This was in stark contrast to our flight to Barcelona operated by Norwegian. We did not upgrade our flights, and still received hot food and plenty of beverages."

Minusy: "Boarding was a mess. Gate agents did not keep people informed on what was going on. Plane was late already and left even later due to the mess at boarding. When premium, people requiring assistance were asked to board, EVERYONE went to the gate and t he agents did not prioritized the boarding. Again... seems like in Europe this is normal as I took many flights in the last two weeks (eurowings, Norwegian, Lufthansa) and boarding was equally chaotic with late departures."

Plusy: "All in all a great flight both there and back. I'd recommend this airline without hesitation. I didn't have a single issue with them. Great plane with all the new gadgets etc, love that the windows could be dimmed for sleep/watching movies. Lots of leg room, bonus for me was that both flights I had nobody next to me so I was also able to lie down! Shopping system worked great, every time I ordered I received my food/drink within minutes. Boarding was carried out in number order and worked well as they give themselves loads of time. There was no backlog of passengers waiting for that one person (there is always one!) to arrange their overhead space perfectly!! Would definitely fly with them again."

Two adults sat in the seats we paid for. When we landed we sat on the plane for a half hour till they brought the stairs out. We took the same size plane both outbound and inbound yet on our return flight all of a sudden we had ti pay for one of our bags, exact same luggage as our departure flight including the same size plane"

Minusy: "I don't know where to begin. They didn't give us our boarding pass, we missed our flight, they made us purchase a completely different route for an outrages price, or new flight was delayed for 3 hours, they made us miss all of our connecting flights, they didn't have new boarding passes ready when we arrived late, they made us go through customs and re-check-in just to get on a connecting flight, they charged our card without or consent, and they charged us an international fee even we made all our purchases online. Stay clear!!!"

Minusy: "No blanket or pillow provided for an 11 hour flight? No headset to watch entertainment? Why don't seats in front of toilets adjust but the ones in front do..thus squashing us in even further?! Why must we pay extra for drinks or snacks? Remember it's an 11 hour flight, fully paid for.."

Minusy: "They did not have the vegetarian meal that I Pre ordered and paid for. I was very disappointed."

Minusy: "They would not allow my friends onto the flight because they were delayed getting in from a connection due to weather. Our flight on Norwegian was delayed 2 hours and had open seats, so i don't know why they wouldn't give them tickets. We tried calling customer service many times and spoke to the people at the check in desks, and they were very rude and told us "too bad." My friends missed the flight and had to rebook a new flight to Europe at an extremely high cost. I will never use this airline again. This was the worst flying experience I've ever had."

"Positive: The flight was on time, which is quite a rarity, especially for low-cost carriers. The flight attendants "upgraded" me to an extra legroom seat (although it was more for practical reasons, as they needed someone by the emergency exit). Negative: In full Covid-19 pandemic wave, most of the passengers were checked for boarding, but instead of either being allowed to directly board the plane or at least to wait in front of the boarding gate at a relatively safe distance, everyone was crammed into a tiny space between the boarding desk and the actual gate. I'm not sure I wouldn't been comfortable being piled together with 150 other people in a little over 50sqm in "normal" times, let alone during a pandemic. Also, despite the plane only being at around 2/3 capacity and most of the extra legroom seats being unoccupied, the flight attendants were very reluctant to allow a fellow travel companion to sit in the same extra legroom row with me, because "these seats cost more than the regular seats", which I thought was very petty (regardless of whether it was company policy or the attendants' own rigid attitude towards the situation)."

Minusy: "Unconfortable sears. The seats cannot be moved back. The table is too high. I have traveled a lot but never seen tables at this height (above the chest). No entertainment, no wifi, and no food, but that's ok. After all, it's a low cost floght although many other low cost companies have wifi and entertaonments via mobile devices."

Po wejściu do hali odlotów, pomimo elektronicznej odprawy, posiadaniu wydruku z adnotacją Priority i bagażu podręcznego należy się odprawić przy stanowisku nadawania bagaży (kolejka sic !) w celu otrzymania tzw. paper ticket. Oczywiści w moim przypadku nie dodano czerwonej naklejki Priority Boarding !!! Obsługa przy boardingu nie respektuje usługi pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład. Pierwszeństwo jest tylko przy przejściu do hali tuż przed wejściem do busa lotniskowego. Potem już i tak wszyscy jadą wspólnie, więc pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład nie ma. Dodatkowo jeśli zostaniesz skierowany przez kolejnego niekompetentnego pracownika lotniska DWC do niewłaściwego z dwóch autobusów (jeden podjeżdża do przednich schodów, drugi do tylnych) musisz się przeciskać przez cały, pełen pasażerów i bagaży pokład samolotu, ponieważ procedury !!! nie pozwalają przejść do odpowiedniego wejścia, np. tylnego mając miejsca 29. Nigdy więcej Wizzair, którego pracownicy pokładu twierdzą, że odprawa i boarding nie jest zależny od firmy Wizzair. Tylko dlaczego to Wizzair pobiera opłatę za usługi typu Pierwszeństwo wejścia na pokład ?"
