"There was a 2hr delay to an 8:40 departure. SUPER irritating. Had chosen an earlier flight so that these kinds of things wouldn't happen. Breakfast was poor a croissant and a yogurt. Not enough for an adult, I've had better on other international flights."

Once we landed we had like 20 minutes to go through security AGAIN and nearly missed the final flight to our Seattle destination. No mention of local time upon landing, no one at gate to direct lots of people rushing for connections."

Minusy: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

When we checked in to our SAS flight in Newark, we were given a boarding pass for our infant without any heads up about the issue. We also got help with ordering bassinet from the gate agent, all without anything surfaced. It wasn't until we were boarding that we learned that we needed to buy a ticket and pay $400+ and nearly didn't make the flight. Can someone follow up now, as we need to make sure this issue has now been resolved for our return flight to SFO on Thursday July 6th"

Minusy: "Jedzie w opcji Menu Premium niesmaczne. Brak napojów podczas lotu, pomimo, że opcja Premium je przewiduje. Nie polecam dokupywania tej opcji - podanie „plaltykowego”, sztucznego jedzenie na porcelanie nie jest warte swojej ceny. Nawet herbata była ochydna. Ekran systemu rozrywki nie działał."

Minusy: "Toronto airport disappointing. We arrived one hour esrly, but the gate the toronto airport told us to go to was broken so we had to wait for over one hour on the plane. Then the plane was moved aside and we walked to the bus that drove us to the airport. No luggage information given airport Toronto"

Plusy: "Samolot i technika lotu była bardzo dobra. Praktycznie bez turbulencji"
Minusy: "Personel pokładowy jakby pracował za karę. Nieuprzejmy. Nie reaguje na prośby pasażerów o doniesienie bułki, soku czy dodatkowej karty imigracyjnej. W nocy większość załogi spała, a jedyny steward czuwający w kuchni grał na komórce i powiedział, ze można sobie samemu nalać wody lub soku."

Minusy: "The seats were so close together that it was extremely uncomfortable. I was charged 80 Euros extra for my bag which them claim was overweight, it was the exact same 10 Kilo weight as leaving Chicago. No service for water or food food unless you pay for it."

Plusy: "I made the mistake to travel with Norwegian, they charged my compact cabin baggage $80 claiming that it met the size requirements but weight exceeded ( never happened with any airline before, I have the bag for 8 years). On the way in the seats had too small leg room so I paid another $70 for a larg"

Minusy: "I changed seats with another passenger and I had preordered food. After telling this to 4 crew members, they still kept delivering my food to the wrong seat. I ordered vegetarian, so I got my food before everyone and then they kept forgetting to serve me drinks and coffee and so many other things."

Minusy: "3.5 hr delay with no word on why. Sat on the runway in NYC for another hour. Same flight was cancelled yesterday. Get your stuff together, Norwegian."

Minusy: "The Norwegian staff were completely incompetent. It took me 1.5 hours just to check in. Almost missed the flight."

Plusy: "Arrival and departure close to on schedule. Flight crew somewhat helpful during the boarding process finding space for carry on luggage."
Minusy: "Economy tickets don't get offered a glass of water the entire trip!! Completely ignored by flight attendants during flight."

Plusy: "The attendandats in premium cabin were great"
Minusy: "Multiple delays; even after boarding. Disembarking was a mess because everyone simply wanted off the plane. Delay resulted in an unexpected influx of travelers into immigration which was an additional delay. Premium seats may be ok for sitting and watching the limited entertainment selections but not designed for sleeping on an overnight flight. Upon landing water fell to the floor in the galley. Once on the ground no flight attendants bothered to dry it up; despite them all giggling when it happened. Seemed quite unprofessional. Can’t say I’d be inclined to book with Norwegian again. The price may be enticing; but you get what you pay for."

Plusy: "Service, seating and amenities were great."
Minusy: "We asked a worker at the self checkin kiosk if the seats my wife and I were assigned were next to each other, and the worker told us they were. They actually weren't, so I had to ask another passenger if she would switch seats with me. This was especially annoying since I supposedly paid an extra $30 to get seats together. Boarding process was the only other negative. The line was not organized or supervised in any way. Group A was called and then very shortly after, while people in A were still lining up, group B was also called. People from group B just piled in toward the front of the line and many group B passengers boarded before group A. In the end, boarding groups didn't matter at all because you all just crammed into a bus together and the last people on the bus were the first to get off and board the plane anyway."

No online boarding pass meant reentering security line with no fewer than 500 people in front of us; 3 hour delay departing newark; filthy, crowded, standing room only lounge in Newark; no sight of flight attendants until 2 hours after take off (by that time it was 4am and no beverage)."

The customer service is 0/100 I was really disappointed Never ever again on Norwegian From Newark it was great but from Barcelone. Sorry to say that it was horrible you can’t even see a smile on no one’s face at the checking"

Minusy: "Flight was delayed over an hour due to technical problems, which they let us know about after having us line up for 40 mom. Then the entertainment system didn’t work. Nor did the WiFi. Food was horrible."

Plusy: "Fact that I eventually made it home a day later"

Minusy: "How do you have an international airline flying people 10 hours PLUS and not feed them ?? I've never heard of such a thing. & even with the meal preorder bullshit they didn't have enough food for the entire plane to order from the snack bar so I STARVED for 10 hours."

Minusy: "Everything. The check in machines were broken so I was FORCED to miss my flight. I had to pay $329 to get the next flight which was the next day and I paid for insurance. I'm across the world with no working phone, nowhere to stay and barely have anymore money yet instead of the desk right in front of me helping I had to call Norwegian. I've never heard of an international airline that doesn't feed you for 10 hours and then runs out of food for you to even purchase. It's madness. I will NEVER fly Norwegian again and I will let everyone know not to either."

Minusy: "The delay was too much and it affected me badly"

Minusy: "Every little thing had to be purchased. International flights should be better than that. There were so many hidden costs"

Plusy: "price, speed, simplicity."
Minusy: "all of the food was mediocre, overpriced and not even a cup of water was free. no napkins were provided. trash was rarely picked up. staff was direct and not very friendly. it felt very impersonal. baggage was WAY overpriced, as were seats, so it would have been the same as buying flights on another airline and with more courtesy. I wouldn't fly with them again unless it was a weekend trip and i was flying alone and trying to save money."

Plusy: "For a 13 hour flight not even a glass of water was served. Yes, you can purchase, but most items got sold out in an hour. Wait until some travelers get deep vein thrombosis due to dehydration in a confined space."
Minusy: "Some will say you get what you pay for: not so. You can get quite comparable costs with lot more humane service in other airlines. This is brutal."

Plusy: "The window technology"
Minusy: "Not enough free water available"

Minusy: "On an international flight, one would expect at least a meal to be included. But you had to pay, and had to prebook. So without that knowledge I had to overpay for some very basic snacks. Also had to pay to choose a seat and for checking a bag. I've never had to pay for any of this on an international flight before. Tray tables were miserably low too, and I'm not a large person by any means. They hit my lap and left me no room to adjust. Very uncomfortable flight all around."

Minusy: "Cabin crew were rude and not very welcoming. Spent more time chatting with each other than checking on passengers. Everything cost money, we didn't even get a complimentary drink. I understand the food is extra, but what would it cost to give everyone a quarter can of coke?"

Plusy: "It was pretty cheap to travel but came with a lot of restrictions"
Minusy: "Baggage allowances where very restricted and no headsets on airplane. Good choices where bad and had to pay for snacks and coffee."

Plusy: "It was not full...which made extra room for us."

Minusy: "I flew business class which really is just bigger seats/more legroom than economy. One of the 2 heads was out of order in business class. Also no earphones/headsets were available - even for sale. The food was equivalent to economy and you had to pay for additional “snacks”"

Minusy: "Both Athens and JFK were horribly prepared for our flight. We were delayed 90 min departure due to the irresponsible extra screening by the Athens security staff. Then, when we got to JFK, we sat on the tarmac an extra 45 min because the gate wasn't ready for us."
