Plusy: The price was absolutely amazing, dollars to miles it was the best bargain on a trip ever. Crew responded very quickly, and handled everything excellently.
Minusy: The seat could have used a little more cushioning, the fasten seatbelt sign was on the whole flight so passengers weren't really sure when it was okay to move about the cabin.
Minusy: Comfort was not rated as high because space between me and seat in front of me was extremely tight and I'm not a big person. Otherwise flight was good, food better than expected and actually pretty good and entertainment had plenty of options

Though I booked it from a third party I belive QA is at least responsible for making sure that the vendors let the user know that there will be NO accommodation provided. This information is also not readily accessible when searching online.

Minusy: Entertainment could have been better. The entire 12 hour flight from Los Angeles to Beijing, the audio on the entertainment system did not work. It was very unfortunate.

Plusy: I flew economy Melbourne > Abu Dhabi and then Abu Dhabi to Melbourne. The first leg of the flight was great, the flight wasn’t full and I had a whole row to myself. The flight attendant even gave me some tips to ensure nobody sat there. This flight was on an A380 so the plane was large and it felt spacious.
Minusy: There are a number of things that Etihad do that just degrade the quality and experience of the flight and I probably wouldn’t fly with them again as a result. I’ve listed these below: 1) Entertainment system is poorly appointed and travel in two seperate months found that little had been refreshed on the in flight programs. 2) The entertainment system is deactivated until the seat belt sign is turned off, and is deactivated again about 30 minutes prior to landing. 3) You practically have to cut off your arm to get some water. I would always bring my own water on the flight, but Australian regulations prevent more than 100mls being carried on flight. 4) The service is inconsistent, some staff are just downright rude and others are incredibly friendly. The time waiting after pressing the call bell is excessive and in one case my drink never arrived. 5) Unlike other airlines, they don’t give you a “menu” to chose from for the inflight meal. Instead they just come around asking “Chicken, Lamb or vegetarian”, and lack any real understanding of what’s actually in the food. 6) When you order a drink, they open the can pour some into a cup but don’t give you the remainder in the can. 7) The inflight wifi is expensive. 19.95 USD for 180mb puts them at one of the most expensive. Overall, I would have expected a bit more from an airline such as Etihad.

I ended up missing my connection to Antayla because the customs line was too long, so I was re-booked for a later flight departing 7+ hours later. I think in the future kayak needs to ensure at least 2 hours for a connecting flight

Minusy: The flight from Karachi to Turkey was two hours late and the flight from Turkey to Houston was again two hours late. The seat was super uncomfortable. The plane was very crowded. Turkish airways need to reduce their ticket prices because they provide poor services to their passengers.
Minusy: The flight was delayed by 4 hours but Turkish airlines inisisted that I had to be at the airport and checked in at the scheduled time and then wait at the airport for that whole time.
