After passing the long lines of security checks, you come to passport checking stations. only 1 out of 3 available stations is manned. Again, lines too long and barely moving. Probably many missed their flights while waiting to go through passport checks. We lost almost 2 hours between security and passport checks. Airport personnel were unfriendly, they did show any care towards the hundreds that are herded like sheep in long lines. They could have eased this backlog of people by manning all their available stations but they did not. Will try not to go through this airport in the future."

The food was a bad chicken sandwich with condiments that I could not eat."

NEVER AGAIN AUSTRIAN AIRLINES!!!"

The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."

Plusy: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."
Minusy: "WIZZ Air need to be sensible. I travelled from London to Warsaw without any problem and they made a problem on my way back.!"
Plusy: "We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane."
Minusy: "There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience."
Plusy: "It's the cheapest you can get"
Minusy: "They split me and my wife on porpuse to force me to buy the option to choose my seating. The leg space is tiny and the chairs won't recline so it's super uncomfortable. Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."

Minusy: "Okolo 140 pasazerow z priority i proba ich upchniecia do 1 transferu. Na pokladzie syf brud malaria. Samolot nie byl sprzatany po poprzednim locie. Kolejka priority bez widocznego oznaczenia i z tego powoduprzepychanie sie przez ludzi bez priority."
Minusy: "Opóźnienie o niemal 2h, obsługa średnio miła"
Plusy: "Obsługa bardzo uprzejma, pomimo zmęczenia i " długiego dnia""

Minusy: "I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!"
Minusy: "Lot był.opozniony ponad godzinę do tego jak zawsze mało sprawnie szła kolejka do samolotu!"
Plusy: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"
Minusy: "That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information."

Minusy: "W tym miejscu nie mam nic do dodania. To był naprawdę bardzo miły i udany lot."
Plusy: "We got to our destination."
Minusy: "There was a problem with their website that was out of our control, that didn’t allow us to print boarding passes and we were charged at the airport even though we had proof we tried and were not able through no fault of our own"
Minusy: "With WizzAir no more in my life it’s even worse than Easyget or Raynair even if you have a cabin suitcase you still have to check in you can’t take it on a plain anymore. Really disappointing and they are not that cheap as they think. £90 one way from Kiev to Luton it’s a bit too much"
Minusy: "The flight was delayed and there was even no information about it. Gate number was changed after boarding time and we didn’t hear any appologize not even receive some meal vouchers or food on board. We arrived more then 1 hour later- I can not evalute this as a good service."

Plusy: "i was able to use their app to download my boarding pass so didn't need to look for somewhere to print my boarding pass while abroad, boarding went well, flight was good and crew was good, seat was comfortable, so overall i was pleased with everything. Thank you for a good experience."

Minusy: "Lot opóźniony 1.35h. Duszno. Staliśmy w kolejce do samolotu po czym.z powrotem nas cofnęli. Wody brakło a temperatura przekraczała 35st. Tragicznie!"
Minusy: "Horrible web/check in experience, 2hour delay. Inexistence of entertainment or comfort. What else can be said ?"
Plusy: "Płynny lot, dobre lądowanie. Sam lot - bez zarzutu."
Minusy: "Spóźnienie 35 minut, co sprawiło, że uciekł nam ostatni pociąg. Ale jest postęp: poprzedni lot z Luton opóźnił się o 6 godzin."
Plusy: "Zwyczajny spokojny dość długi lot."
Minusy: "Ponad godzina opóźnienia !!! Ale to można zrozumieć. Po wejściu do hali odlotów, pomimo elektronicznej odprawy, posiadaniu wydruku z adnotacją Priority i bagażu podręcznego należy się odprawić przy stanowisku nadawania bagaży (kolejka sic !) w celu otrzymania tzw. paper ticket. Oczywiści w moim przypadku nie dodano czerwonej naklejki Priority Boarding !!! Obsługa przy boardingu nie respektuje usługi pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład. Pierwszeństwo jest tylko przy przejściu do hali tuż przed wejściem do busa lotniskowego. Potem już i tak wszyscy jadą wspólnie, więc pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład nie ma. Dodatkowo jeśli zostaniesz skierowany przez kolejnego niekompetentnego pracownika lotniska DWC do niewłaściwego z dwóch autobusów (jeden podjeżdża do przednich schodów, drugi do tylnych) musisz się przeciskać przez cały, pełen pasażerów i bagaży pokład samolotu, ponieważ procedury !!! nie pozwalają przejść do odpowiedniego wejścia, np. tylnego mając miejsca 29. Nigdy więcej Wizzair, którego pracownicy pokładu twierdzą, że odprawa i boarding nie jest zależny od firmy Wizzair. Tylko dlaczego to Wizzair pobiera opłatę za usługi typu Pierwszeństwo wejścia na pokład ?"
Plusy: "It flies direct to the airport that I wanted to go to."
Minusy: "Little space. Legroom & hand baggage (which had to go in hold). Family of four were not seated together. Cabin pressure change made child ill (my phone has a pressure sensor and I could see the change in pressure trigger a desire to vomit). It should be transitioned more slowly."
Minusy: "My husband was seated in row 2 and I was seated in row 29, even though there were many spare seats in blocks of two and three that we could have been sat in; then I was forced to put my carryon luggage in the hold, meaning I had to wait ages at the baggage reclaim on arrival, and was late for my air BnB check in. When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

Plusy: "Cabin crew podczas dzisiejszego lotu była po prostu genialna! A szefowa pokładu to już w ogóle przeszła sama siebie! Była cały czas uśmiechnięta od ucha do ucha, pomocna i widać było zezalezy jej na tym aby pasażerowie byli zadowoleni :)"
Plusy: "Mobile app is very good, but just allow you to download boarding pass on PDF version right at the moment of the check in"
Minusy: "They didn't let me flight. Even that I did the online check in 24 hours before they didn't send me the boarding pass on PDF format via email. Also there were no way to download it from the mobile app or the website. I was in the airport 2 hours before and they didn't want to print it for me even that I showed all the online check in confirmation. They requested that I pay €35 Euro for the airport print. I submitted a complain and hope to get a credit or refund. Confirmation code: L3QZWB"
