So finally they booked us a flight next day in evening we didn’t received any vouchers or hotel room from the airline and nobody had a answer on why was flight cancelled. Minusy: "There was clearly no plan in place for when a flight is cancelled, how to handle all the passengers' needs quickly and efficiently once the decision was made by the airline to cancel that flight. There was not enough staff when they were needed. There should be emergency staff who can come in for such a problem. Meal vouchers, though spoke of, did not get given out. Even if they were, we could not have used them as we were stuck in a very long and very slowly moving line. Over 3+ hours of waiting, no one from the airline came around to offer even water. They did not try to make sure the the lines stayed a single line - too many people tried to cheat and cut in raising anger, making already frustrated and stressful situation even more so."

Once we were dropped off at the gate to wait for the slight to Split, the person at the gate said that there was no other person who could come, was forced to walk the rest of the way. This was different from all other times we've needed a wheelchair assist where a person came when it was time to go from the boarding area to the vehicle."

In over 40+ years of flying back and forth to Europe I have never had an airline weigh my pocketbook to be added to the weight my carry-on baggage for a total weight. I feel this is extreme and cheap and just an excuse to get more money from the passengers. The weight of my pocketbook is not going to cost the airline more fuel to fly the plane."

Minusy: "I was flying Norwegian during possibly the worst week in recent memory: after the breakdown at JFK following the snow hurricane on Jan. 3-4. The flight was DY 7002 to Oslo, arriving on Jan. 5. For some reason leading up the flight, Norwegian did not cancel our flight - which left at 22:00 - even though the other major airlines had. We were forced to go to the airport chaos before Norwegian cancelled the flight around an hour before it was supposed to fly. We were delayed two days. When we finally boarded on Jan. 7 we had to sit on the tarmac for 3 hrs before taking off. The pilot couldn't explain the nature of the delay. In all fairness, I am not sure how much Norwegian or JFK are to blame for such horrendous service. Probably both are at fault. Norwegian: please consider your customers' time and well-being. Cancel your flights in advance of such conditions so that your passengers, update the information on your website. Those things are in your control, even if the situation at JFK is not."

When I called for assistance in rebooking the connecting flight they told me all other flights were full and I would either have to find another airline and book connecting flight on my own or wait 4 days until they had an available connecting flight. Since my tours and accommodations were already booked I had to cancel my Norwegian flight and rebook a new last minute flight at much greater cost. Norwegian gave no reason for the delay and insufficient service on getting me to my final destination,"
