The boarding at the Vienna airport was an absolute chaos; no rhyme or reason, no order just everyone shoving; I thought I was in some 3rd world country where the concept of organization and order has not reached 21st century. The web site is one of the worst, not intuitive or clear at all; it took me forever to book a seat and having to pay for it, another slap in the face. I traveled with Austrian air many times but this was just so frustrating and disappointing.

Late! I missed my conection fly !!!! Horrible !!! Im not recomended !

Delayed flight

I had a small back pack and a small suitcase. The boarding staff were extremely rude and wouldn’t let me take both on board. Only one small bag on board even though there was tons of space and I paid for premium seat. Also—they want you to wear their mask—even though I had n95. Will definitely avoid this airline in the future

United also doesn't get it and still gives people cheese or something like potato salad obviously made with mayonaise, and some spread that is either butter or margarine on a sandwich."

Getting to Copenhagen spent an extra 1 and a half in the airport dealing with lost baggage because it seems the 8 hours extra I spent in Frankfurt wasn't enough for them to transfer my bags."

The actual flight was ok. But was a mess before departing AMS. My previous flight was late, so missed my connection in AMS. Then I spent over two hours getting things settled to get another flight. I was unable to complete my request online, and no one at KLM in AMS wanted to help. They kept giving me the run-around until I finally convinced them K was stuck without their personal help. It added a lot of stress (and about 5 more hours of transit time) to my overall journey.

Lot był rezerwowany na godzinę 16:25. Nikt nie poinformował nawet o odwołaniu tego lotu. Dowiedziałem się dopiero po telefonie do linii lotniczych kiedy to postanowiłem zadzwonić, bo nie mogłem się odmeldować online kilka godzin przed podróżą na lotnisko... Przez co z lotniska do domu wróciliśmy nad ranem, a plany były wrócić za widoku dnia poprzedniego... Brak szacunku do klienta i jawna kpina ze strony KLM

Wylot opóźniony o ponad godzinę bez podania przyczyn. Walizka nie doleciała. Odbiór,gdy dotarła tylko z lotniska, nie dostarczają do hotelu. KLM przesyłał mi informacje po holendersku zamiast po angielsku.

Travelling from Nigeria was a nightmare. Those thugs at the airport gave my husband and i hell because we had our boarding passes on our phone. We had to keep bribing and begging them to let us through. It is the worse travel experience I’ve ever ever had in my entire life. And I travel a lot

Minusy: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

I’m not sure how they expect to gain repeat customers if they treat first time customers like that."
Minusy: "Missed connecting flight from Copenhagen to Geneva since flight from Newark left over an hour late.. They booked me on a flight to Zurich and then to Geneva. Had a connection to France booked separately that I had to move."
Plusy: "The 7 hr trip to Copenhagen was rough. The seats are too close together. My knees hit the seat in front of me even without reclining. When the seat in front of me reclined the tv screen was 6” away from my face. It was next to impossible to get out of the seat."

Headphones if you needed them ( lifesaver there as I had temporary misplaced mine), a blanket, and a pillow. The crew was really polite, and there was never more than one person in line for the bathroom."

Minusy: "No advance discussion about emergency exit row seating requirements, and we were not allowed to even have a paperback book to read in this row. The flight was full and boarded, so not able to change seats."
Minusy: "The SAS Supervisor at the gate permitted all preferred-level economy class ticketed passengers to board irrespective of the amount of their carry-on items - in some cases as many as three different items and many over-sized as per the measuring box located at the gate walkway, before conducting a bag-by-bag weight check on all the remaining economy ticketed passengers. Any carry-on item over 8 kgs was refused access to the airplane, and had to be unpacked at the gate in full view of other passengers to remove all electronic devices or breakable items, prior to being left with the gate agent to be placed on the plane as checked luggage. This procedure was conducted in an officious and highly non-customer friendly way, and was embarrassing to those passengers who had to "strip down" their single bag, in particular for female passengers who had overnight clothing and toiletries. A more practical and customer appropriate approach should replace such a draconian procedure."

Minusy: "TV's on our whole row did not work for the entire flight. Reading lamp was burned out. It would have been tolerable for a domestic flight but these amenities are needed and appreciated on a six hour flight!"

Plusy: "We got to sit in the emergency aisle so I can't complain about comfort. The staff was really friendly (although they were really rude on the way over 10 days earlier, so I guess we just got lucky with a nice crew for this one)."
Minusy: "You only get one free non-alcoholic drink on this flight and that's really stingy for a 7+ hour a long haul. Drinks should be free on a long haul, especially non-alcoholic ones. There aren't any free small snacks like chips or peanuts. You have to pay for everything and the menu is exorbitantly over priced. It's a cheap and insulting customer strategy. They can save a few bucks in overhead on each customer this way, but they are losing money in the long run because I'll never book with them again due to their tawdry actions. I doubt I am alone."
Plusy: "The service was excellent. The food very good. Toilets inorder and clean, even just before Copenhagen. In Chicago i had to wait about 30 min tor a wheelchair. It seemed that noone wanted to go to termimal 5. A very nice young man finally came, he gave me frindly and excellent service. ALIS"

Minusy: "They charged me 60 pounds to check my bag after I checked my bag in online. When I got to the airport, they told me I had a bag on my connecting flight from Copenhagen to Helsinki but not on my flight to Copenhagen from LHR. At the airport I was charged 60 pounds for a small bag. Crazy! Completely unreasonable. Never flying SAS again if I can avoid it."

I was supposed to have 30 minutes after leaving security at Manchester and would have done if they hadn't decided to board early. That's ok but then we sat on the plane waiting which resulted in leaving later than the original time of departure and therefore a large run for my connection at Copenhagen. Was badly organized clearly."

Spent way too much time online doing this. Otherwise trip was fine."
Minusy: "Business class ticket and traveled just like economy. Never advised when booking no business class. Boarding was like a stampede."
Minusy: "Crew at check-in at ARN extremely unhelpful. Got conflicting advice on how to check in my back pack. The whole chaos resulted in the fact that my back pack never arrived in CPH. Nobody helped me much at CPH airport as well. I had to personally go to CPH airport to pick up my luggage the next day. No compensation was offered. I was really disturbed."
Minusy: "Our flight TO Rome via Copenhagen was canceled and some of our party needed to find overnight accommodations in Chicago."

Minusy: "My bag was soaked and my clothes inside - top layer and some second layer items were wet. Some colors bled into other garments and they are ruined. Really not happy my bag was left out in the rain in Germany."

Nie zbyt dobra podróż tym razem coś kąpało kropelki wody i taki mały grad na mnie z góry dachu powiedzeli mi że od klimatyzacji dostalam chusteczki do wycierania pierwsz raz coś takiego miałam. Ale pozatym ok.

Jak zaznaczyłam we wcześniejszej opinii , przez wasz błąd nie mogłam wejść na pokład samolotu

W danych pasażera wpisano mi nazwę firmy , i nie było możliwości to poprawić , więc w ogóle nie wpuszczono mnie na pokład samolotu i bilet przepadł za prawie 2000 zł , , ale będę do was pisała skargę Zaznaczam ,że nie pierwszy raz kupuję bilet przez internet i nie pierwszy raz lęcę samolotem , Uważam ,że błąd ten leży po waszej stronie , prosiłam o wystawienie FV na firmę, a nie o wpisywanie danych firmy jako pasażera , Pasażerem była Urszula Kaczmarczyk, Wasz błąd drogo mnie kosztował , musiałam zakupić kolejny nowy bilet za 3340 zł , wydałam na bilet grubo ponad 5 tys do Szwecji z wyrazami szacunku Urszula Kaczmarczyk

Nowiutki samolot, płynny lot, super system rozrywki na pokładzie (filmy itp na telefonie / tablecie pasażera), b.przyjemna przekąska, napoje i ciastka. Dawno nie latałem LOTem, było miłe zaskoczenie.
