Minusy: "Lot był opóźniony o ponad dwie godziny i nawet jak już wszyscy byli w samolocie, czekaliśmy już z włączonymi silnikami pół godziny. Po wylądowaniu również czekaliśmy 20 min na autobus. Łącznie lot opóźniony o 3 godziny i żadnej rekompensaty ze strony linii lotniczych."
Plusy: "The stewardesses were very nice."
Minusy: "There was only one person manning the check in line, with dozens of people waiting. Our line didn’t move for almost 30 minutes, and we barely made it to our flight before departure."

Minusy: "Unclear policy regarding check-in and fees attached. Make sure you check in early online! Avoid a stupid 55€ fee! Terrible boarding -felt like cattle being herded. Rude employees. Uncomfortable seats that don't go back at all. Left the bright florescent lights on the whole time for a night flight so they could try to sell us more stuff in-flight. An hour late."

Minusy: "My hardshell luggage was heavily damaged during the flight and the policy of the company makes it almost impossible to get a refund that is otherwise guaranteed by any air travel company. They have created a loophole that is impossible to exit in what I can assume is the majority of the cases they receive."

Minusy: "Now must pay extra to sit together a new low Baggage costs as much as another fare All flights were at least an hour late Boarding doors kept open on freezing cold Stansted tarmac creating a wind tunnel inside with no heat turned on. Poor flight attendants in short skirts and panty house working in these conditions is outrageous!"
Plusy: "There is reallly nothing to like. It’s just a flight similar to a bus ride."
Minusy: "It’s a low cost no frills airlines. It’s just like riding on a bus, so there is really nothing positive above t th experience. The worst part is the lack of directions to check in bags. At Gatwick, I had to pay for my bag in a completely different location and being the receipt to the counter. The website was ambiguous and it appeared as if one bag checked was free. Of course, that’s way too optimistic because nothing is free on the bus...I mean Ryan Air."
