There was one flight attendant on this plane that was very rude to the passengers. She was one of the younger ladies. I don’t remember ever getting her name but the way she is acting is unacceptable.

We complained to the attendant about it but she was unable to determine the cause. Many hours later, a different crew member identified the noise source and stopped it by simply flipping a switch. This disruptive noise could have easily been avoided but the ignorance of the crew member to whom we complained failed to solve it. By the time the second crew member identified the problem there was not enough time to sleep. This experience was extremely disappointing. We paid extra to fly business class so we could sleep, but this ridiculous crew error fouled our plans. We asked the crew to file a report about it and they did. Look into it. We expect a refund of the extra fare we paid, or else we will never fly Austrian Airlines again. I am an affluent person and I travel internationally 6 times per year. You would be smart not to anger me and lose my business."

Lufthansa, scheduled me and took my money, then canceled the flight, rescheduled me on a flight that could not reach its connection with its United Airlines partner. They left me stranded in Chicago both airlines blaming it on the other. Did not provide a hotel voucher, and did not arrange another flight until 24 hours later. Lufthansa and United provided a horrible experience. I will try to avoid flying these airlines at all cost in the future.

Oczywiści w moim przypadku nie dodano czerwonej naklejki Priority Boarding !!! Obsługa przy boardingu nie respektuje usługi pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład. Pierwszeństwo jest tylko przy przejściu do hali tuż przed wejściem do busa lotniskowego. Potem już i tak wszyscy jadą wspólnie, więc pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład nie ma. Dodatkowo jeśli zostaniesz skierowany przez kolejnego niekompetentnego pracownika lotniska DWC do niewłaściwego z dwóch autobusów (jeden podjeżdża do przednich schodów, drugi do tylnych) musisz się przeciskać przez cały, pełen pasażerów i bagaży pokład samolotu, ponieważ procedury !!! nie pozwalają przejść do odpowiedniego wejścia, np. tylnego mając miejsca 29. Nigdy więcej Wizzair, którego pracownicy pokładu twierdzą, że odprawa i boarding nie jest zależny od firmy Wizzair. Tylko dlaczego to Wizzair pobiera opłatę za usługi typu Pierwszeństwo wejścia na pokład ?"
Sam lot Ryanairem jest naprawdę dobry pomimo wielu negatywnych opinii. Umiejętności pilotów oraz profesionalizm obsługi jest naprawdę na wysokim poziomie. Zdecydowanie do poprawy sam onboarding, czekanie na lotnisku, wpuszczanie do korytarzy kiedy samolot nie jest gotowy i trzeba czekać dodatkowe 20-30min żeby wejść na pokład. Denerwująca jest również ich polityka bagażowa że ciężko się połapać co będzie bagażem podręcznym a co nie, dopłata za wybranie miejsca też jest już lekką przesadą.

When asked, the Ryanair deask said that they did not know anything and basically told us it was not their problem. We did not take off until after 5pm. However, it did not end there. Having never been told what the problem was, we finally boarded the plane and found that it was filthy. There were bread crumbs all over my seat and a candy bar wrapper underneath. I would have thought that with an extra 4 hours the plane could have at least been cleaned. Other than that, it was typical Ryanair, the seats do not recline, the staff is indifferent, and boarding was done via a bus to the tarmac."

Minusy: "I did not know in advance about the checked baggage charge. The web site was not clear in this regard. The cost to pay this charge at the Rome Airport was double the price of doing it in advance. This also created a lot of unnecessary stress. We barely made the connection even though we had two and a half hours between arriving in Rome and the departure of the Ryanair flight. Also, there was a delay after boarding of almost one hour."

I was asked to place the suitcase in the special cage to measure it and despite the fact that it fit the lady asked me to send it as cargo and pay. I had to call a supervisor to show him it fits. The worst flight we ever had..I ve been attack by another passenger who just throw à bag to me for no reason ...I ask the fligjt attendant to do something...she havent ..she was as rude as the passenger and told me if im not happy à The door is still open I can get out of the plane...it was one of the first time also I 've pay à big extra to have confort sent...and its been hell... I think it was like an extra about 56 euros total ... I regret that I paid for this extra....and for what I get..I deserve respect ....

Even though on the Czech air website site it allowed for 23k.I hope never to take that flight again, it wasn't even cheaper."

Minusy: "Departure delayed by THREE HOURS due to too late arrival of the plane from previous fligh. This can happen. However TOTAL LACK OF INFORMATION AT THE AIRPORT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! The flight was scheduled for 10:20 and this information was still at the information board even at 11:00 while the information about the status including a new departure slot was definitely known to the airport as well all SmartWings officials by that time!!! Flight was ok but the landing was not. The first attempt was not successful so the plane took off again when almost touching the runway and the second attempt landing was pretty hard. Explanation given for the failed first attempt was most likely only a bad excuse (insufficient distance from previous landing plane). Later I found out the flight captain (Mr. Vojta) was also the instructor for new SmartWings pilots so presume a new pilot was learning to land which as a passenger I don't appreciate to be subjected to."

Minusy: "No entertainment at all, no outlets, and all of the food was for purchase. There was no indication whatsoever that we would need to purchase food onboard (most airlines provide free drinks), and the worst part was that there was no free potable water. And, the crew were not at all nice about it. Honestly, I'd like back the 2 euros I had to spend on getting a bottle of water!"
