Plusy: "Well, maybe except of these "preferred sitting" arrangement. The sit was in front of open space and restrooms. Constantly people were standing and waiting for the restroom. Their butts were literally at the "preferred sited" passengers faces. I felt, I would be way more happy in a regular sit."

Zero communication, treated like cattle by ground staff, given a €5 food voucher after literally chasing staff around other boarding gates. €5 is not “reasonable” food expense for this length of delay under EU261. Then sent a reminder to claim from insurance company. No Ryanair - we will be claiming full amount from you, and encouraged other travellers to do the same. Utter amateurs and fraudsters."

Everything cost extra charges, we had to add a non négligeable amount, in order to be seated with the kids, to have our boarding pass printed. A tiny bottle of water cost 3€. No entertainment whatsoever. Seats are uncomfortable."

Overall totally inhuman experience."
