Then we proceeded to baggage claim and waited a few minutes and one of our 2 bags was there. The crew member then said "that's everything. If you're missing bags come see us." Well about 5 people on a small flight had to see them. My bag was stuck in JFK. I was told id have to come back to the airport tomorrow. At this point id been traveling for close to 24 hours. Im not a happy camper. I usually fly JetBlue and this has never happened with them. Delta acted like its a normal thing with them. I paid 25 dollars to check each bag. How can both my bags not reach their final destination together and how come this seems like a normal procedure for Delta. I paid you for a service and now I have to drive back to the airport or wait for you at home to deliver my bags whenever Delta feels like it. I probably won't fly Delta again unless I absolutely have to."

Besides making me not trust the flight worthiness, the cancelations turned my 8 and a half hour trip into a 25 hour trip forcing me to spend the night in the MEX airport."

The flight attendants were rushing and will take a while if you needed anything. I felt like I was taking a bus with graffiti all over the place."

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Minusy: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

Minusy: "I got to the airport the morning of my flight from Warsaw -Dublin and was told my flight was cancelled and no longer exists. Luckily I got a hold of my daughter who was in LA at this time and woke her up at 1am with this issue. She called the web booking company Webjet where you directed us to buy the flight, and was told by Webjet that my flight was cancelled the day before and we were not notified IN ANY WAY! By some miracle, my daughter was able to talk to Webjet and get me on a new flight last minute. Again, this is all happening at 1am California time while I am stranded at the airport in Warsaw! Unacceptable!!! I am however glad that the issue was resolved and I made it home safely. But I think someone needs to look into this immediately because if it wasn't for my daughter, I wouldn't have left the Warsaw airport due to the fact that the airline cancelled the flight and neither the airline, Kayak, nor Webjet notified me...."

Food only for sale with a British credit or debit card, won't take cash,no menu cards, and even if I'd wanted to get food, no gluten free options, which is not a lifestyle choice for me, but a necessity.Scruffy dog-eared magazines in the seat pocket. Not even an offer of tea or coffee. Check-in online would not allow me to change my seat, although it told me I could. I fly a lot, but tend to avoid BA now if I can, and this flight just confirmed that preference."

Minusy: "In our party of 3, one bag was lost -- apparently stolen at Rome airport. Nobody there from Aerolingus to go to! No complimentary food or even water from Dublin to Rome. Lousy food and expensive drinks elsewhere. Airplane from Dulles to Dublin ws old, unkept, antiquated. Serbve on airplanes was bad to nonexistent. NO coffee in the am after an overnight flight!!???"

Minusy: "London to Seattle: I was traveling with young kids, and whenever I asked for something- even as simple as ginger ale - they made it seem like I was bothering them. Also, the toilet ran out of toilet paper."

I was waiting more than 45 minutes standing looking for a solution before i miss the flight , until finally , i called the customer service( 25 minutes waiting) in LOndon , where they explained to the boarding desk that they should check the credit card to release the ticket !!!!"

Minusy: "Seats were way too uncomfortable for a trans atlantic flight. Our seats from atl to lhr were much better The crew didn't hand us customs forms in the back of the plane"

Plusy: "Everything was okay, but before boarding the British Airways crew pulled us aside and told us that they cannot allow two carry on bags ( one carry on suitcase and one laptop backpack). That's insane. We had to wait forever to get the bags checked in and make it back to the gate. We didn't feel like valued customers and never going to fly British Airways again."

Minusy: "We arrived at the airport more than 2 hours in advance since this was an international flight. There was NO British Airways staff available to help with obtaining actual boarding passes which were NOT available on the BA mobile app. Although we made the flight with enough time, that was only because the security line was short and the passport control line was short as well. British Airways should have staff available to process passengers and boarding passes, luggage checkin, etc. earlier for their flights."

Minusy: "On an 11 + hour flight it's extremely difficult if not impossible to get any sleep when you can barely move your seat back. Try removing some seats ...yes, I know impossible"

Minusy: "Heathrow connection process almost caused me to miss my flight, despite having 2 hours between connections. Security officer at Heathrow was very unprofessional, and took a great pleasure in delaying my processing through the security line. Specifically, I did not remove a PHONE BATTERY CHARGER from my carry-on for screening, so he proceeded to dump out the whole backpack contents, and then purposefully was very slow about putting things back in one by one.As an active duty police officer I understand the need for security and follow all the regulations and instructions to the best of my abilities. However in this case the security officer went out of his way to make the process as slow as he could. Very bad, stressful experience traveling on BA with connection at Heathrow."

Minusy: "flight delayed over 1.25 hours because we missed our runway time due to being "unable to get a head count" of the people that are on board. This should be embarrassing for BA. And i don't understand how after all the security, boarding pass and passport checks that you do not have an accurate head count of your passangers. Thus I missed my connecting flight and had to wait over 4 hours for another and got a measly 10 Euros as compensation. Minusy: "I barely made it for my flight in Chicago and that was with running. They were already boarding the other plane when my plane from Hattiesburg landed. Earlier in the day I had to get them to change my flight from Chicago in Hattiesburg because it wasn't changed for me when the delay had my original flight leaving before I was to land in Chicago. I don't fault them for someone getting sick at the last minute or my inconvenience, but it was still inconvenient."

Plusy: "The guy in the middle seat left and never came back. Smooth flight. Good crew. Got both pretzels and cookies, as well as 2 cups of ice, with no problem."
Minusy: "Entertainment system had some quirks. I choose my flights in an attempt to make sure I can watch a movie during the flight, so that's important to me. This one stopped once in the middle of the movie, but worked one I started it again. Didn't have buttons for fast forward or rewind, so had to guess on the timeline when I wanted to see something I missed. Then the flight map kept resetting to a mode other than what I wanted. I know these are first world problems, and they in no way affected the safety of the flight, but I expect more."

Plusy: "That I arrived to my destination alive."
Minusy: "It was my first time taking Virgin America and I didn't know movies weren't free. I used to travel a lot and I've never had to pay for movies. I ended up watching 12 episodes of Big Bang Theory because it was the only free thing to watch that wasn't LinkedIn videos or Disney, which really sucked. Comfort level wasn't any better than any of the other airlines and service was the same as well. I've heard good things about Virgin but my experience was just mediocre."

Plusy: "An agent found me a window seat for the Chicago-Barcelona leg of the trip with extra leg room. That was amazing. Also, the lost luggage assistant for American Airlines was super helpful and nice. Also, the 787 (I think that was the Chicago-Barcelona craft) was a very enjoyable airplane. It was super smooth. It had high tech windows that adjusted the amount or type of light that could filter through the windows depending on the settings."
Minusy: "When I arrived in Barcelona my Bag went missing. It showed up an two hours after my flight landed."

Plusy: "Excellent customer service and great inflight meal."
Minusy: "Not knowing the cause of the delay."

Plusy: "Having an open seat next to me."

Minusy: "They cancelled my flight "due to weather" when the storm wasn't to hit the destination for more than 6 hours AFTER arrival. I was stranded in PHX for TWO DAYS WITHOUT compensation."

Plusy: "Flight took off on time. Since it was a red-eye I slept most of the way!"

Plusy: "As somewhat experienced travelers, we know to keep carry on luggage as tight as possible. I was pleasantly suprised to see that overhead bins were not full! We didn't have seats next to each other initially, but the gate agent put us in the exit row with extra legroom!"

Minusy: "The group's for boarding are ridiculous. The back of the plane should board first and so on... the new plane we flew on had the smallest seats we've ever seen. When we tried to board, the crew would rudely say, it's not your turn. We were flying for a funeral and paid a lot for our tickets. We should be treated with respect. One lady said to put our luggage in the first available compartment, then when we tried, another lady rudely said, if that's not where you're sitting, you can't put your bag there. We were embarrassed and when we tried to explain what we'd been told she told us to keep moving."
