The seats were difficult to push back. We tried several times to push back the seat for the passenger travelling with me, however the seat would not go as far as everyone else's. Unfortunately the flight was not as comfortable for her as it was for the rest of my party traveling with me. For such a large aircraft, Lufthansa should consider boarding economy by seat section. For example, starting with the persons who sit in the back first and then forward. It would speed up the boarding process and alleviate any lines in the aisles in the aircraft. Last but not least, my parties baggage was not transferred during our quick layover from Frankfurt to Krakow. Priority should be given to passengers whose final destination is not Frankfurt. We found out that our luggage's remained in Frankfurt when our names were called by baggage pickup in Krakow. The attendant who was helping us was very cold and treated us as of we were the ones who caused this inconvenience through his tone of voice, as well as his short comments. Lufthansa needs to work on their customer service in Krakow. We were rushed by the agent and it seemed like he wanted to get rid of us asap even though there was no line. We needed to understand where our baggage was and the options available to us, especially because our baggage was carrying important items for my sister in laws bacholerette party that night. We left not knowing when we were going to receive our luggage or if it would even make it to Krakow that night. We called the Number provided to us several times during the Day, however the line did not seem to be actively monitored by an individual. The website we were provided to track our luggage offered little to no insight on the whereabouts of our luggage. We finally found out that the luggage had arrived in Krakow and would be sent by carrier. The carrier arrived late in the evening, right before we were leaving for the bachelorette party thankfully. Better communication in these types of situations would greatly alleviate the stress one feels when their luggage is missing. Aldo surprised that the airline doesn't distribute a care package (I.e. toothbrush, paste, facewash) to passengers whose luggage was left behind."

It seems that LH has these problems regularly, and they don't seem to care; I guess we'll have to try someone else to avoid suffering the same problem every time. The employees already knew the luggages are in a mess, and so were the claims. When taking LH, we have to accommodate luggage delay into our planning."

I check it on the original receipt I received by e-mail, there is ECONOMY CLASS and 1st baggage free of charge, another for a fee. So I do not understand and for two tickets I have paid 2 x 30 €."

If you have window seat, you have to cross passanger next to you (you don't need to on Swiss, Lufthansa or Cathay Pacific), there is very few privacy comparred to other airlines and my seat was just terrible for sleeping, did not go flat completely and was way less comfy for sleeping than with other airlines. Plane was an older 747. I will not flight long hault with KLM again."

Plusy: "I fly AMS to MAN regularly for work. There are a number of providers, but KLM far exceed the experience offered by low cost airlines, often for the same price even at short notice. You get a drink and snack; and at no annoying sales announcements. Miles club membership is free, even if you don't fly regularly well worth it as it halves the cost of cost of checked baggage. Peaceful airline with no hidden costs during booking."

Minusy: "flight # 742 canceled put in another plane, from other provider (LOT) going straight to Chicago; was not ready for it; we arrived at airport 2 hr before time of boarding and were rushed to plane going up in 45 min; very stressful; my daughter cried and we had no time to say good bays to family paid for selected seats - money not returned selected special meal - stayed hungry (8 hr fly) because they were not aware about our special needs; Finnair shold take care of it when canceling flight and putting us with other provider."

Plusy: "Flight was cancelled at lasy minute. so, all other flights missed. Last minute notification. rebooked on Lufthansa, but wrote wrong codes - more delay."

Minusy: "Worst food I ever had on a plane (frequent traveler), I would be afraid to feed it to my dog, let alone eat it myself. Barely ate anything, spent most of my flight very hungry. Refused to eat breakfast at all, it was that bad! Please do something about it, it is outrageous to give people garbage like that."

Minusy: "No room on flight ran out of wine and food before getting to the back 1/3 of plane where I was sitting I can say one of the worst travel flights I've ever had"

Plusy: "I liked everything about my experience on four Iberia flights. The boarding was fair by groups and they didn't allow people cutting the lines. The planes were new. The food served was very good and had a great variety of tastes to please different cultures. The entertainment system on my seat was awesome!! Customizable music playlist that was All genres of music. The navigational pages were fun and interesting and the movies were current."

Plusy: "I had an empty seat beside me on both legs of my flight. This always makes flying more enjoyable. They fed us two meals both directions. There were pillows and blankets for everyone on your seat when you arrived."

I paid extra for an exit seat that (bc the plane was so old) had cold air seeping in that even with 4 blankets on, a sweater, my jacket I was frozen the whole flight and caught a terrible cold that I have now had for a week."

Nowhere to get water. Hurriedly Boarded plane to find out we have the sit there an hour. Girl next to me was so childish Loud mouth complaining because she couldn't sit next to her bf."

Excellent food, legroom, inflight entertainment (going out my row of seats - well, nobody could get any entertainment access) all was very good. Loved the newspaper choice when leaving Gatwick. I would definitely recommend again."

Minusy: "It is absolutely ridiculous that they made us pay $100 each way for our ski bag/equipment. I will never fly either airline again. Horrible customer service as well. The airplane and its entertainment system is quite antiquated and needs to be updated. Horrible experience."

Minusy: "at least 10 people were waiting at the wrong gate when they finally announced the gate change. the gate was on the other side of the terminal and nothing was indicated on the information screens"

Plusy: "Flight was not full Nice clean 777-300 Better food service than in the past ... more snack service With Global Entry, I was off the plane and in a car in less than 20 minutes"

Plusy: "The fare was the best I found and it got me home on short notice. Service and facilities were the same as other major airlines as the flight was operated by a code share partner. Online booking was smooth and painless."
Minusy: "Nothing. I paid for economy and expect all the issues with flying economy. Finnair is in no way to fault for any issues on my flight."

Minusy: "We started with a 3 hour delay on the ground, a gate change and a 2 HOUR DELAY SITTING IN THE CABIN. While used to the down grade of in flight meals, the chicken entree was not large enough to feed a child, the salad was low quality lettuce with little else-could have been carrots. The seats were so comfortable it made sitting difficult & relaxing impossible. Not enough space to adequately describe my dissatisfaction. Lucky for Finnair I will remember it as an American Airlines flight."

Minusy: "Departure was posted as "on time" even though the plane arrived 5 minutes before boarding time and had to be emptied, cleaned and prepared for us. Then we were told there was a delay while a technical problem was repaired. To cut a long story short were were 3.5 hours late after they repaired the anti-skid system. Surely they must have known about this problem soon after landing if not sooner so why couldn't they have organised things better? A replacement plane maybe? I was once in a similar situation with EasyJet in Stansted after we had boarded the plane. They managed to get everyone off and on a new plane in less than an hour! Maybe they could teach American Airlines something?"

Plusy: "The crew was friendly and made me feel at ease (lone passenger) and the entertainment they did have various things to watch."
Minusy: "the seats was cramped, and the food was tasteless and the snack they had (chives pretzels) is not to my taste at all and they didnt have any other options (why not salted instead?) . Im lactose intolerant and I understand they dont have any other milk options apart from cow so I dont mind black coffee but they didnt give you sugar to sweeten the coffee."
