Plusy: I didn’t even catch this flight - the connection time was impossible causing unnecessary stress!!! Just don’t sell this ticket which such a tight connection.

Minusy: Don’t sell an unrealistic connection time

Plusy: Due to the corona19 virus I was not able to travel and the airline phone lines have been so busy that I’m not sure if I will be able to change my ticket.

Plusy: Place was clean; crew was nice and attentive

Minusy: Seats are small and uncomfortable for long haul flights

Minusy: Severe turbulence and many of the Egyptian passengers didn't understand the announcements and were getting up

Minusy: The aisle between seats are too small. The carts and people can barely make it through. Aisle passengers always get bumped making it a long flight.

Minusy: I fell sick and my doctor advised against flying. Tried calling Swiss Air and JustFly.com: 6 calls back and forth and 7 hours on hold, no help. Finally got advised on driving to the airport to make the flight change at the Swiss Air counter at O’Hare. The representative told me to bring a note from doctor to switch flights. I did the next day. The same representative looked me in the eye after advising the day before and said there’s nothing she could do. Why make an elderly sick person drive to the airport again if you know already you cannot help??Absolutely terrible experience, no help from the airline or travel agency. Total loss of the full price of the ticket.

Minusy: We understand the COVID-19 crisis but a drink on board other than water will not have bid cost impact on Air Canada, for instance juice or cola,... Also, access on internet on board is now payable -$25 for the flight is exaggerated, it should be free knowing the limited number of passengers on board

Minusy: Very cramped seating, the 5 hour layover in Frankfort was rough, When we landed after 9 hours I wanted to use the restroom and the stewardess said we had to exit the plane immediately

Minusy: The aircraft looked new. However the seat widths seemed small. Awkward recline as well. The seats were just not comfortable.

Minusy: Delayed flight, missed connecting flight due to that. On the ground staff should have better coordinated from arrival to boarding of next flight. Chaotic and short staffed security personnel at Frankfurt airport. Overall a pathetic experience

Plusy: I like the notice given prior before I get to the airport on regard to a free carry-on check in. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic happy giving me the comfort of a nice travel journey. Thank you to all the staff!!!
