We waited standing with our carryons for over 45minutes. Nobody knew what was happening or when they will start boarding. Naturally, when we finally got on board people where blocking the aisle because Aegean didn’t bother to board from back to front as it is usually done. The flight attendants were sweet but their English was almost unintelligible. My brother works and I worked for major airlines and have never seen anything so disorganized and unprofessional."

Minusy: "From the moment I arrived at the airport, the machines would not accept my passport, then when they finally did, they would not print my boarding pass. The staff at Athens airport were not at all friendly nor welcoming. Their system had booked me into a middle seat near the front of the aircraft even though there were empty rows a little further back. Why not fill aisle and window seats first? So I had to change my seat during check-in. The original aircraft was apparently due for some sort of inspection which was unscheduled and they had to change our aircraft (either a really poor job by aircraft operations, or code that something bigger was wrong). This delayed the flight. But it wasn't until after we had all boarded the busses going to the out gate that they realized this was going to be an issue. Get off the bus, back inside the gate area, and wait for more information. The plane we were on seemed very old and in need of much attention as there were large spots of missing paying along the wing (just outside my window)."

I will never use kayak again. Their confirmation numbers are useless to the airlines. They cannot represent the airline. I was blocked from getting a seat assignment when I booked the flight. Their service is useless. I will also never book a flight serviced by another airline. Confirmation numbers are unique to each airline. The only one that matters is the one assigned by the airline servicing the flight. In my experience, Kayak doesn’t exist. It was just a front. I was forced to deal with a company called Chat Deal. Never heard of them. Never want to deal with them again. Awful.

Flight from SFO-Frankfurt was suddenly cancelled. Was on the phone for a long time being bounced back and forth between Kayak and Lufthansa, only for us to have an 18-hr layover in Frankfurt. This incident was poorly handled and we will not be usinh Kayak in the future.
The flight was canceled mid-air. It was a disaster and I missed all of my connecting flights.

The boarding process was a bit wonky. Had extra passport checks. Made what I assumed was an automated announcement that the gates were closing when they barely started boarding. The crew and cabin were great. Friendly and helpful. Cabin was clean. The food was excellent I thought. Plenty of bathrooms.
Very tight aircraft to cross the USA in. No snacks as they ran out. limited video selection on the flight and too many commercials on direct TV. 1/4 passengers coughing and sniffling without masks. Flying home to high covid risk Oregon, no wonder it is endemic. At least I had 3 Lufthansa flights where they still require masks. This may help prolong my next round with Covid a week.

Business class was regular seat with nobody sitting next to you. Wouldn’t book business for such a flight. No entertainment.
There was a two hour delay because of incompetence in scheduling fuel truck. Further, upon arrival in Roanoke, hand baggage was sent to baggage claim. We carry hand baggage because it contains valuable or sensitive materials that we do not want going through the baggage system. This is very poor and United needs to perform better.

I figured they were busy with meal service and what not in the beginning of the flight so I was patient, and I saw some people receiving their orders kinda late as well. After the 2nd hour, I started clicking the call attendant button. The female flight attendants walked by multiple times and ignored my attempts to flag them down. Finally, the male attendant came over and resolved the situation, but by then we had been in the air for 3 hours. Worst service I’ve experienced on any airline. Also, for a plane called a Dreamliner, those seating arrangements are a nightmare for anyone over 5’8”; I was uncomfortable the entire flight. It’s a plane, not a bus in a third world country; it’s shouldnt be that damned cramped and crowded."

Minusy: "This flight was run by Hi Fly not Norwegian. It was delayed leaving Newark and in the way back by 3hrs. There was no food served, only water if you requested it. And there was no entertainment in a 8 hr flight."
Minusy: "No wifi, no outlets, no entertainment, no food service, no way to buy food if not included in your ticket The 747 was operated by Wamos Airline and the plane was absolutely dilapidated. The entertainment system was from the 80s, did not function, but I was able to see a blurry image on the screen that said "Malaysia Airlines." The crew were in Wamos uniforms so the connection to Norwegian was completely unclear. The armrest next to mine had fallen off and the life preserver in a row near me had fallen out of the seat. If the interior of the airplane was in such shocking condition, I had to only pray the engine was in better shape. Truly, I wondered if I was part of an elaborate punk the entire time. Flight was delayed on the runway for two hours and then getting to the gate for a half hour. And yet still no food."

The clincher for me was that they charge by the kilo for excess baggage. I had just gotten married and we were moving my wife to Asia to live with me. We had 1 extra bag and they would not even listen to our situation. They charged me $600 for an extra bag. I will never fly Norwegian Airways again. No consideration for their passengers. The bottom line - do not fly Norwegian Airlines..."

Minusy: "Where to begin, first of all the flight was delayed. And not just one or two hours, but almost 5 hours! The communication from the boarding crew was atrocious, as they did not keep us informed until maybe an hour after the fact that it was already delayed. After finally being cleared to board we were all cramped and rushed on a shuttle from the waiting area to the plane. I've been on cramped planes before, but maybe not this badly. I received a middle seat, which was alright, but the amount of space to move around in was unacceptable. I attempted to load my carry on in the storage compartment overhead but it was all taken up. That made matters worse in terms of having space to stretch my feet out, as the person's next to me were not the kindest and kept cramping me even more. The delaying of my flight made me miss my check in to my hotel two hours later. I lost most of my day I'm being able to have free time before the check in due to it. Overall, I was not satisfied one bit with the airline service. I just hope that my return flight is a more pleasant one."

Minusy: "Flight was late upon arrival, then they boarded the plane and we where stuck on the tramac for almost 3hrs with no a/c. Then the plane was un-boarded due to technical difficulty. We where told to wonder the airport till further notice. But there was no notice, I had to look online to see that the flight had then been cancelled after a 5hr delay. The 5hr delay then turned into being stuck in Bangkok for the night to catch the next flight out at 1am. they fixed the plane. But then while on the plane it was time for food service, except the flight attendant skipped me and my passenger and we where told we didn't order food so there was none for us, when on a 11hr flight do you have to pre book food? When I booked my ticket online I was never given an option to "book food" not to mention she didn't even want to give us juice or a drink, she went straight by us. Was not happy. It was honestly a terrible experience flying Norwegian Air."
Minusy: "Boarding was delayed with no explanation or update. Seat choice was an added cost. Baggage was an extra cost and even higher at check-in. You had to pay extra for a meal beforehand and if you didn’t there was nothing. You didn’t even get offered water or a soda on a 7 hour flight!"

We took the same size plane both outbound and inbound yet on our return flight all of a sudden we had ti pay for one of our bags, exact same luggage as our departure flight including the same size plane"

Loty na czas, stała informacja o lotach.
Sam lot Ryanairem jest naprawdę dobry pomimo wielu negatywnych opinii. Umiejętności pilotów oraz profesionalizm obsługi jest naprawdę na wysokim poziomie. Zdecydowanie do poprawy sam onboarding, czekanie na lotnisku, wpuszczanie do korytarzy kiedy samolot nie jest gotowy i trzeba czekać dodatkowe 20-30min żeby wejść na pokład. Denerwująca jest również ich polityka bagażowa że ciężko się połapać co będzie bagażem podręcznym a co nie, dopłata za wybranie miejsca też jest już lekką przesadą.
Lot odwołany z powodu COVID, dostałem voucher
2h opóźnienia jak na przylot po północy niemiła niespodzianka. Samolot usyfiony.

There is a lot of problems with boarding. I got charged for my flight 120$ extra .
there was a delay for over 3 hours due to fog this is toatly acceptable, beacause of flight safety but since the fog was not unknown why we were boarded and than had to wait on plane without option to go back to the terminal the boarding was on foot so there was cnot supposed to be a big problem to get back and than reboard
On time, quick boarding, no issues whatsoever.
Flight was on time. But it is often with Ryanair the loud communication about offers woke me up twice. On such early fight when passengers usually want to take some rest the loud information about current offers is not very welcomed.

Jak już wsiedliśmy, to pilot zakomunikował, że postoimy przy terminalu jakieś 40 minut, bo korytarze powietrzne zwężone, czy coś w tym rodzaju. Na ciepło posiłki tylko po starcie. Masakra jakaś."
