I found to be just mediocre. Maybe it's because I was living in Asia for eight years and had become more accustom to asian cuisine?? I didn't love the seat either. When you recline, your feet are cramped inside a small area under the seat in front of you. It was cramped. The ability to customize the seat recline was limited. I like being able to move the head and feet into my own customized position. The business class seats from Vienna to Amman felt like coach."

Even if they had fewer films, say 40 instead of 56, the ones they have would be more popular."

Due to this reason we had have to buy new tickets at the airport ticketing counter. So please sort out your problem with the airline and get back to me. From my bank the payment has been done yet to you. We had have double pay for one trip."

I was misinformed several times and ran around the airport with my hand luggage like a chicken without a head. Why wasn’t it brought to my gate? They had my info."

I had to call the SAS headquarters in Stockholm before receiving any guidance on what to do next. All service attendants ditched the ticketing desk leaving one poor employee to answer questions for over 70 disgruntled passengers. Very very very poor communication. Luckily I was finally able to book a flight using another airline after waiting on hold for 20 minutes with the regional customer service provider."

Minusy: "Passport control in Copenhagen is too slow to allow for a 35 minute layover. We missed our flight to Stuttgart and had to go to the transfers counter. The service at the transfers counter was outstanding and they put us onto a Lufhansa flight. In the end we got to Stuttgart 5 hours later than planned."

Minusy: "Bag drop line was over 45 min. Only 2 attendants. Flight was late taking off. Baggage fee was outrageous. Site said 1 free bag, but that is carry on only. Checked bag was €70!!!! The flight was only $85."

Plusy: "Quick, painless boarding process with friendly cabin staff and above average food. Flight was delayed about 15 minutes by a maintenance paperwork (according to the announcement) issue. Not fully booked, so very relaxing atmosphere onboard."

It seemed that noone wanted to go to termimal 5. A very nice young man finally came, he gave me frindly and excellent service. ALIS"

Minusy: "90 min waiting in the plane withou ac in IAD 4 hs delay in Copenhagen airport. I missed flight back from Athens because a ferry delay from Santorini despite calling SAS being updated of my delay. When I arrived to Athens airport, SAS staff left and KAYAK was not supportive. My tickets were cancelled from Athens to IAD."

Plusy: "The entertainment system is among the best of airlines."
Minusy: "The Lufthansa representative in Frankfurt made me check one of my bags, when SAS clearly said I was allowed to have one carry-on and one personal item. This was not a Lufthansa flight, but the rude attendant insisted on enforcing Lufthansa rules on an SAS flight and refused to even allow me to voice an objection. I will not fly Lufthansa ever after this. SAS should have its own representatives who understand customer service at all gates."

Minusy: "Wasn't assigned a seat and had to stand in a long line to wait to confirm that I had a seat for a flight I booked over 3 months earlier."

Minusy: "sas online system needs to be overhauled and user friendly. one sas phone agent not helpful, called back and the agent was very helpful"

Plusy: "The plane was well kept and the entertainment system worked well with enough choice. The crew was average: no problems."
Minusy: "The (transatlantic) flight was delayed 8 hours and the only compensation received was 175DKK for lunch. Had to stay in the airport over 11 hours due to this delay and had already had a 16 hour layover from the day before. I realize that unexpected delays may occur, particularly in cases where passenger safety is in question, but delays of more than 5 hours cause major inconvenience and I felt stuck in the airport with my bags and having checked out of my hotel room already. Just compensating for lunch is not enough. In the future a partial reimbursement for the flight, access to the priority lounge or a more comfortable facility such as a hotel would provide the passengers with compensation proportional to the inconvenience."

Plusy: "Easy embarkation, helpful staff."
Minusy: "Shock to discover that suitcases were not included in price of tickets purchased online. We had to pay the equivalent of $100 (australian) per case. My seat was extremely u comfortable as the cusihion was misshapen. The male passengers seated behind us were drinking alcohol and became loud and garrulous, making the trip most uncomfortable and unpleasant."

Plusy: "We were within a reasonable range of on time arriving, although we were delayed 30 minutes at the start due to fueling issues. Crew was average: no problems, no extraordinary acts of kindness. Great selection of movies to watch onboard."
Minusy: "Tight seats, lousy food, even for airplane food."

Plusy: "It was weird boarding last. We understand different airlines have different policies but we believe letting the elderly and families with little children should always have first priority... We as a family and with an elderly who is not 100% well have big challenges... It is always nice for other airlines to get us in earlier so the elderly and the little children can settle. This airline's policy is a shift for us. If not for the good price, we'd choose another... But it was just ok just a longer wait... Children and the elderly should always have the best benefit... Not the busiiness people.. Crazy policy!"
Minusy: "Service was mediocre. Staff was nice but not very caring like other airlines and most were older women who are burnt out... Its almost like they don't want to be there. Food was excellent but there was a charge for red wine. This is Europe. Thought the US was bad... Economy class comfort is not that comfortable as always... o well! Your staff English especially the women announcers were terrible. We could not understand hardly anything. The pilots were a lot better! Need to take English classes.. Sorry but have to be honest..."

Minusy: "Flight was delayed 3 times and when I was finally put on a flight that was leaving, they failed to check the connection in Paris (Left me 10 minutes to get from the aircraft to the other plane!) I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again."

Plusy: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Minusy: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

Minusy: "Comfort economy okis seats are wide, with good legroom, but did not recline and hard as a rock. Entertainment system hard to use, finding movies very tedious."
