I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing."

The overall experience has been terrible"

We had to buy some cloth and still waiting for response from them. 3) We almost missed the connection flight (we had almost hour and a half) because the line for connection flight security was enormous and only 1 person worked in the security. Not only that we were rushed by the crew to RUN (!!!) for the bus, that was ridiculous ! We could fall and hurt ourselves."

I was not able to get on this flight even though my final destination did not have the passport restrictions of the Schengen Agreement. When I booked the flight, I was not made aware of these requirements before my flight."

Minusy: "Flight was late and I almost missed my connection in Brussels"
Plusy: "The food and drinks were good."
Minusy: "The flight left 50 minutes after it was scheduled to leave. We were sitting on the hot aircraft the entire time because the crew would not turn on the air. In addition, the host and his service was terrible. When I asked him for water, he told me that I could find it at the back of the flight and I should go get it myself. The other hostess on the other side was handing out waters to whoever needed it. When a passenger sitting next to me asked for a spoon to eat his meal, the host shrugged his shoulders and didn't come back with one. He was blatantly rude and ignored his passenger. We were also not given blankets on an 7-8 hour flight. It was only on request. People who had requested one were then asked to fold and return their blankets (they were not asked kindly) before landing. The selection of tv, music, and shows on board were terrible as well. Barely any selection. Needless to say, this was the worst service I have ever had on an airline."

I feel that the Venice airport claim was horrible as they seem to misplace luggage alot and on our transfer flight they fave us the wrong carousel. The service on the plane was great. But that was it."

Plusy: "The seats were great, we were seated in an exit row, so loads of legroom, we are tall so this is very important. Crew was very friendly and helpful."
Minusy: "No fault of the airlines, but I was seated next to a very large family with little kids and a baby. I'm usually pretty tolerant, but the back of my seat was kicked for 8 hours and the kids kept running right in front of me causing me to constantly move my legs. Ugh. Food was ok, nothing special, it edible."
Minusy: "Boarding was in crammed area in between easyjet flights. In brussels they parked at the international gates and then an overfull bus took us to the arrivals. Is brussels airlines training fast to become part of euro wings?"
Plusy: "leg space is quite big"
Minusy: "the food was poor - Cold Pasta salad"
Plusy: "Your airline 100% better then Air Canada."
Plusy: "Crew was ok"
Minusy: "Impossible to check in online if you have a visa. Avoid at all costs seats in row 15. The first row in coach has 3 seats and be row behind has 4 meaning that you are 4 people sharing 3 screens and seat pockets. No room to put your legs under the seat in front of you because they are not aligned with the seats in front. I fly all the time and have never seen this. I am short and has absolutely no room for myself or even my iPad and headphones. Horrible experience. Never flying with Brussels airlines on a transatlantic again!"
Minusy: "they lost one of my carry on bags and haven't been found"
Minusy: "We found the crew to be abrupt in manner on both flights."
Minusy: "Never flew it; had to transfer to Lufthansa flights."

Plusy: "The service was only exceptional l, there weren't too many good movies selections.overall The turbulence made made the trip worse although the whether was very.l clear. There was also a weird background noise. Boarding was terrible had to wait an hour in a long line"
Minusy: "I didn't like that Brussels air used united Airlines. UA is not very dependable and they cut corners on value for your money."
Plusy: "I like that I made it home safe:) I was greatful that I got any seat on that flight and landed at my home country:)"
Minusy: "I was tucked at the very end of the plane in the very corner without any window. Very little room for legs. No entertainment at all. So I was just napping. Good thing that the flight was short. No snacks were provided and those that were available for purchase were pricy."
Plusy: "As far as flying goes the crew where very professional, pleasant and helpful. Honestly, I did not interact with them much but they seemed to all get along well and do their work happily and efficiently. They managed a large multi cultural flight well which is likely no easy job!"
Minusy: "Seats: Why is that head rest attachment on the seat? It's AWFUL! It forces your neck in a very bad position. You have to be tall to use it properly. There should be a way to remove it for those of us too short to use it as it was meant to be used. The food on this flight was not the worst I have ever had but it certainly was not goo either. Two rice dishes...why? Boarding seemed to be slow and a bit unorganized. Why not board by seat zones?"

Plusy: "Komunikaty i informacje w języku polskim pomimo że lot był z Berlina Karta pokładowa możliwa do wydrukowania kilka tygodni wcześniej"
Minusy: "Very small plane, minimal leg room. Overhead bins very small. However, great and helpful crew."

Plusy: "Boarding line looked long but it was quick and easy. Seats were more comfortable than other economical airlines. The flight was a short one so no food was needed although offered at cost, and for entertainment I had my music and a book."

Plusy: "Great beer selection on the flight. After spending 4 days in Paris with all wine it was great to have an IPA on the flight. More importantly, the service was incredible, airport was beautiful, and transport was seamless."

Minusy: "Customs clearance que was ridiculous, a massive line that was slow moving. Took well over an hour and got out of control as many people on the flight tried to fight there way to the front. I’ve traveled to many many countries over 30 years and it’s one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. The one easyjet person that we could find had no clue and all he could do was try and hurry everyone up which added to the panic and made it worse. I won’t be rushing back to france."

Minusy: "The flight was delayed over 3.5 hours, and the employees were unable to explain the cause of the delay. The employees of the airline in CDG were receiving contradicting information and letting the passengers know contradicting information. They told us they would provide money for food, and the money they provided was only 4.5 euro, not enough to get a bag of chips. The experience going to Venice was horrible with easy jets."
